Excellent service, if you require a fast service it is better that you come from Monday to Thursday, since on weekends it is usually saturated and you should wait 30 minutes onwards. The service has been improving over time. As they say, how you treat you will be treated.

Conveniently close by my house. Ive looked many places for a good barbershop. I had one in East valley, but I live in West valley now. Every place Ive gone to until today has made a mistake on my beard. Cut too high, too low, one even did a straight line on one side of my face and a scoop on the other. Da Barber Shop sat me down as soon as I walked in. A younger guy was the barber. He asked me what I wanted, and got to work. My hair and beard look great, and I paid less than ever before. Try this shop, you wont be disappointed.

I gave this place a chance twice. Both times the employees seemed irritated to be working. We walked in today & two of the employees were sitting while one was with a customer and the employees looked at us & did not say a word. We waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged & we never were so we left and took our business to Emma’s shop in old town Avondale.

Horrible service. I walked in at 630. Their sign says open...their hours state they are open however two ladies yelled they are closed in spanish. Dont waste your time going here.I told them about their posted hours and they ignored me. Just horrible

Poor customer service, poor communication. Went twice and didn’t get the hair cut I asked for and showed them with pictures. English has to be translated from one person to another. My son went in for a hair cut on his own, didn’t get what he asked for and they refused a refund. Don’t clean hair cutting tools or equipment between customers during a pandemic and weren’t sympathetic in any regards.

The worst barber shop Ive ever been too! Worst way to run a business had 5 ppl walk in after me and got cut before me not professional at all they need a number system in there or something no way of knowing when you are next .

I have came in here a few times and actually tipped pretty well. However, each time I’ve been in here the staff never seems interested in the customer. This time I came in an hour before they closed. They told me they are not accepting anymore customers. They aren’t all that for the price they charge. There are way better barbers with way better attitudes for half the price in the area.

This place was totally unorganized. There is no way to check in, they just take people ahead of you when you were there first. I waited for an hour and a half for my turn, then they took 3 people ahead of me

They don’t clean their machines.I came to this barber shop with some family and only decided to get a cut because I was already in the shop. I got a skin fade and the cut was decent. The next day my head was itching and within 2 days, I have the worst ringworm that I’ve ever had in my life. Tbh, it seems even worse than ringworm, I fear it might be something else. The cut was nothing special and I likely came away with an infection. This is first and the last time I or my friends/ family are going to this place. Terrible.

From out of town, I don’t know the guys name but he did a very decent job on cutting my hair today (mid-fade). I came an hour before they closed asked if they take walk-ins, then I only waited about 15mins. Simple.Also I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews about people showing up to this shop 20-30mins before they close. Look, showing up half hour or less before they closed when they all have people in their chairs already and no appointment was made realistically don’t expect a haircut. That goes for any barber shop really.My opinion it’s decent place if you show up at a decent time.

I rarely do reviews but this one definitely deserves it. Ive been to many barbers around town, always give benefit of the doubt but this is 3 times to this specific barbershop with 3 different barbers. This last time was the last straw. Closer to my home and had a couple good reviews. But man oh man, I have never seen such bad customer service and a more unprofessional business than this one. They truly do not care for the customer. Regrets, definitely do not recommend to anyone. Very unpleased!

Been here twice now and hoped that the first time I went there that they were just having an off day. Nope!!! Had to where a ball cap until my hair grew back for a new cut each time! Do not use this place! Almost seems like anyone that can hold a pair of scissors and clippers can work there. Save your money and used another shop.

Owner should probably consider changing the hours of operation. Barbers are never there on time. Website says that they open at 8 and well its 8:30 and no barbers. Wasting peoples time.And reading all the other reviews about customer service, they are right. Unless the barbers know you personally, they wont even greet you. Ive brought my boys to this location several times for over 10 years, through all the new owners, different barbers and different names but for some reason no matter the owner, the costumer service sucks. First impression is very important and well this place definitely doesnt give a good first impression.

Im one who travels alot , been to my share of good and bad shops... i realize ppl dont tip as they should, but very unprofessional to talk about openly in front of customers in spanish and i guess boss said something about bad reviews.. so they were telling their regulars to put 5 stars on a review.. so my honest opinion is that fades are decent, but a big issue for me is the straight edge work... its really bad, they dont put it on the skin, they use the tip of the blade.. saturday was my 3rd time here tryed a different barber each time with same result.. need sharper lines.. its a clean shop, wait time is what it is, parking is ok, biggest complaint is the customer trashing when they walk out

Many people complain about the wait. But good things come to those that wait. They do a great job and very friendly environment. The only thing is that they do need new chairs, bit old and uncomfortable.

Having been in customer service for many years, Ive learned and believe the customer is NOT always right. Having read these reviews I decided to get a hair cut and see for myself. I was greeted politely and waited my turn. I was attended by the female barber. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut and proceeded to cut it as instructed. I am not one for conversation so I was happy she did not engage me in one. Over all, my experience was pleasant, stress free, and I liked my cut. I will be returning.

Like Ivan Mejia Stated on his review. Im reviewing with my middle finger out as well not because of their hair cuts but because they always close the shop from 45 to 30 minutes before the designated time. Im giving them 1 star for that and for waiting a long time in line.

Some of the reviews are a bit harsh and unfair. Ive been here three times and its always been quick and efficient. Sure sometimes theres a wait when only one person is staffed but when its my turn they fade me up really well and I am out of the door within minutes feeling fresh.

Attempted to get a haircut after asking about how long it would be the girl said about 30 minutes. And after 30 minutes one of the girls was still working on the same guy as when I got there and the. Other girl had just started a new one. So unless you have plenty of time to sit around all day and wait. Not the place to go

So far we’ve be to 2 barbershops this morning trying to get my husband and the boys haircut. But, damnit... we refuse to give our money to people who are unprofessional and/or with poor customer service skills. I wish my clipper skills were on point. Not one barber greeted us or told us that we needed to sign in. Also we had sat there for about 10 mins when a little boy and his father were finished the little boy went to tip his barber (short girl in the middle) and she snatched the money and didn’t even say thank you! Yea, we had to leave. Grow up.

Shop closes at six on Saturday night, we arrived at 5:40, signage says open and three girls sitting at the front. All to say they are closed already. They had zero customer service skills to tell a customer that. Poor service.

This place never opens on time. They are always anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour late to open. I will never try coming here again. Further I will steer all friends and family away from this place. Its sad when my three boys tell me these people arent very responsible because they can even open on time.

This place is so unprofessional, there are three women, they ignore you I was waiting with my son no one said anything to me, one lady was finished and she continued ignore and started to do other things, then all three women continue to sayer talking to each other stIll ignoring us. It seems as though if your not a real Mexican they wont treat you.

The Barbers should really be ready to cut hair at 8am, not show up at 8:15 and make the customers wait another 10 minutes while they get everything ready.

Showed up at 6:45pm hours on door says open till 7pm. The doors where locked and the women inside just stood there and look as we walked up to door. The open sign still flashing. Just take my business somewhere else wont try this place ever again.

Its a disgusting service, you arrive and they tell you that right now they happen to you but it turns out that everyone already has appointments and they leave you waiting at least that they have the decency to tell you that all those who cut their hair have appointments and do not make sure to wait 1 hour or more
