Today was my first time going to a-1 barber and Im certainly happy with the results. Great vibe, laid back. The workers are respectful. Shout out to ben for me feel like a new man

I have been getting my hair cut with the owner since I was in the 8th grade (currently a senior in college). The quality is there as well as the atmosphere. I think the new appointment system has made everything run very efficiently.

Fast friendly service. Clean, good prices. They always listen to my requests and I have never been dissatisfied. 👍

Like the way everyone cuts but the only problem is the open till 7pm is a lie, 2/5 Wednesday after my sons football practice I brought him to get a way pass do cut and it was closed, the door says open till 7pm. So after talking to near by stores they recommend us to Omar’s located East of A1 Barber! next to Starbucks... fingers crossed, hard to find good cuts these days!

Im only giving this rating because of the following...... Does this place open on time?!!! Why do you have a posted sign and 30 mins after posted opening, its not opened!!! Maybe change your times to post the correct opening or OPEN ON TIME!!!!!!! Theres always a long wait cause they talk more than girls do!! Its crazy!! Get it together.. this is definitely not how you run a business or keep customers! Their time is just as important as yours!!!

I wish I could post that I got the best haircut of my life here, but I couldnt wait that long. I think these guys must charge by the hour. There were only two barbers working, each with a customer, and one person waiting. They gave me a brief greeting when I came in After half an hour, the same guys were still in their chairs, and there had been no visible progress on their hair. Ive gotten haircuts before, mind you, at countless different salons. I know how long they take. Maybe one of the barbers would have been faster if he hadnt kept stopping to text on his phone every single minute? Either way, I couldnt afford to wait anymore, without even knowing when theyd get to me. I went to a nearby barber shop, waited a few minutes, and got an excellent cut (with the neck shave and everything) in less time than I spent waiting at this place.

Been here twice. Store hours say it will open at 9am. First time guys didnt get here until 920am. This is my second time here and its 935am. Four people were waiting 2 are still here. Its going to end up being 1 person waiting because I will not spend another dime on unprofessional business conduct.A1 lost a customer.

Come over to get my hair cut for graduation, i got to tell you my first time here. i come over because my friend Andy recommended. and i got to said this place has great barbers, clean and fresh cuts. The place is clean, you get what you asked for. Barbers greet everyone as soon as you walk in. They also keep up a conversation with you which is great, I felt welcome. There are a few barber shops around the neighborhood, but they are rude, and have to manners treat people. I finally found my new barber!!!!!

Whole team does a great job, had my hair cut by 3 of the barbers. They take there time and are good. Classic trims and fades cant go wrong.

Guys did a great job cutting my two kids haircut, took their time and made sure to ask if the haircut was good. One of the things I liked about A-1 is that it is first come first served, no appointments and no buddys go first. For sure coming back, my boys looked great, great customer service.

Came here a few times and enjoyed my cut, but each time i needed a haircut i debated it due to very long wait times(not the reason for one star, would of given better.) Came to the barbershop around 5:45pm for a haircut before school started and the door was locked with a sign reading After 5:30 haircuts are 30$ (usually 15$ and they close at 7) If you want to be a well respected barber dont disrespect customers, but hey what do i know. Just lost 4 customers. Also obviously we checked to see if it was some type of joke, but nah they were serious. Would have been understandable if it was closer to closing time. Instead found a barber in Maryvale who had the same amount of staff present and had a large amount of customers as A1, yet they locked the doors AFTER 7(same closing time as A1) and didnt charge anyone anymore than they needed too.

First had time I came they closed 50 mins early and told me they were close already... 2nd time I went they had 4 barbers and they were still taking forever, started skipping people cuz they dont have a list to check in.. guy told me it was going to be 30 mins for a wait but I waited for an hour and nothing so I left... Prob wont ever go back

Expensive for a haircut that takes forever,No one to greet us as we went in.Unfriendly at best.Haircut was sloppy. If you are going to charge those rates Id make sure the hands on experience is there.

These guys are the perfect example of the worst work ethic I have ever experienced. During their cuts they spend 80% on their phone or messing around with each other and their buddy clients.

Honestly the worst cut Ive ever got. Buddy that does walk ins butchered not only my hair but my beard. My neck and under chin hasnt been that badly razor burned in my entire life. Buddy needs to learn what clipper oil is. Guy couldnt even finish it, had another guy step in. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I give it a G rating for garbage.

I like to take my son to get his hair cut in here, I think they do an excellent job, it looks like each barber is looking for the perfection in each cut, and thats why I keep taking my son here even sometimes we have to wait but it is worth it. The clients are their priority and you can see it, they are bilingual which helps a lot to communicate with them for us as Hispanics...

Had an amazing service, they treated my kid and husband as family excellent service and man best hair cuts my boys ever had. Simply the best they just got a lifetime customer.

I been taking my son to A-1 barber shop since they opened, they always give great service and have the patience to give my 3 year old son a great haircut. If you want great hair cuts for your kids this is the right place to go.
