First I want to say weve purchased with this dealership more that 2x...sales department always great Im sure because they have to be. The service department definitely lacks the customer skills the sales department has. I understand due to Covid parts and things are delayed. I dropped my vehicle off for the AC to be repaired on a Monday...2 weeks later I got my vehicle back. During this time we had to call them for updates 🙄 several times hung up on by whoever answers the calls. Finally when my car was ready for pick up, the service guy brings the car around...when I get in the dashboard, doors and armrest are dirty...you had the vehicle for 2 weeks and the mechanic didnt have the time to clean up his mess? I mean not only for professional cleanliness sake but Covid is still hanging around. When I got home I looked under the dashboard where the pedals are and again the mechanic failed to properly reinstall the underside. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone. Id take my vehicle back for them to fix it but theyd probably keep it a another 2 weeks. Very inconvenient especially when they dont have any courtesy vehicles to loan customers 🙄

Had a really great experience with with the service team. Donnie goes above and beyond for his customers. While I was waiting for my turn I Witnessed Donnie giving amazing customer service to his other customers. This man needs a raise. Work was completed in a timely manner and Donnie communicated with me along the way so I knew that there were no delays and I knew when the car would be ready for pick up. I normally don’t post. But I was really impressed by my trip to Avondale dodge service department. Thanks again Donnie

The service department was great. It was very busy & they got in & out 30 mins before they told me so I was able to be early to my sons game. It was clean & there was a TV & coffee. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Car was done in about a weeks time very informative but had to wait for a bit to receive the car.

Ive been going there for years since I bought my 2013 journey. I have had the same service man for years. Robert has always been detailed about everything when I take my car into tire shop for routine maintenance oil changes etc. He always does and outstanding job and goes beyond in my opinion his duty, to give me outstanding quality service. And I always highly recommend him to any of my family or friends who have Dodge vehicles.

I have used the service department twice. They have large letters saying quick service on their wall. The 1st time it took 3 hours this last time, it took 5 hours. Im really not sure what theyre doing in there, but it definitely seems excessive. At least, they have a decent waiting area.

We receive great service here but they don’t tell you the correct wait time. I was told an Oil change would take less than 2 hours and it was 3 1/2 hours total. Good thing they offered me a ride home and came and picked me up also.

Price Givin before diagonostic was $155 when picked up the vehicle it was $171. When I called I asked what the total cost would be. They told me $155. Second the diagnosed that my fuel pumps needed to be replaced and might have to tear into the engine for further diagnosis. To just have the fuel pump and to tear into the engine I was quoted $2100 with no garentee that would fix the problem. What they said they did is what I told them I did, switch coil and plugs around to see if that would change the code. As I checked my coils I noticed they were not changed around since I marked them with numbers. I also asked the service representative if I would be charged again for another diagnosis if the pump didnt fix the problem and was told I would be charged for another one . Im not pleased with your dealership. Seems your not customer friendly business.

The service was fantastic. I just wish they didnt move my mirrors around and adjust my seat and leave it where I had to reset everything. Not really necessary to adjust all my settings for an oil change.

I have a 2018 1500 limited and the technology is still a mystery to the technicians here at this location. Im thinking about taking it to somewhere else. You shouldnt have to accept substandard service.

Left a big grease crayon smudge right in my line of site on my windshield. If youre going to provide a courtesy wash dont leave that on the windshield.

Awful service, they didn’t check my battery during the multipoint inspection… it was dead! Then they rotated tires without securing the hubcaps back and now I need to buy another one $75 This is common for this dealer service center.

Went to diagnostic check engine light on and also had a gas leak . Which they took apart the back seat and when got the car back they just left the back seat on the floor and never put it back the right way I took it in
