I had some minor road damage which incurred while traveling back from California. My front and back splash guards were hanging off. I took it to my dealership, they quoted me $800.00-$900.00. I usually have a good experience when I go to Cien, but my last visit was terrible. It was hot in the office and they only had one fan and that fan was blowing in the area where the staff were sitting. Considering going to another place for further work on my vehicles.

I was in town visiting relatives in the middle of April. Just before leaving to drive home across the desert, my SUV started making a “strange whining noise under the hood”. Not wanting to get stuck, I decided to have it checked out first before heading home. Dad recommended taking it to Cien where he takes his cars. Anthony and his team checked it out. After a thorough analysis and tightening up a couple things, they were unable to pinpoint the cause, but the noise went away and has not been back since. I tried to pay them for their time, but since they were unable to find anything concrete, Anthony wouldn’t take anything. Not living in the area, I am not sure when I will need service in AZ again. That said, if I did live nearby, I would be a regular Cien Motor Werks customer going forward. Thanks again Anthony and John (I think that was the name of the mechanic that checked out my car).

My experience with Cien Motor was nothing but exceptional. My Audi needed immediate repairs and when I dropped off my vehicle Anthony asked very detailed questions to get a better idea on what work needed to be done. After they ran a diagnostic test on the vehicle they called me same day with a detailed list of what was wrong and what parts and labor was needed to repair the vehicle. They provided me with the exact cost of the repairs and estimated completion time. My car was ready next day and ran better the day I purchased it (used) and the quote given on the repairs was the same when I picked up my vehicle. They performed better then what I was expecting and everything was well explained by Anthony. They will be my “go-to” shop for any future work or repairs.

Asked several auto places how much to switch out my ac blower resistor for a Land Rover. Two places were well known mechanic shops and one a dealership other than Land Rover. All said they couldnt do it. I call up Land Rover and even though I had the part they said 390. I cringed but in AZ you need that air. A coworker suggested that I try Cien Motor Werks before I take it to Land Rover. They were able to repair my vehicle in 45 minutes and charged me 80 after tax.Air works great, definitely made y list as a go to mechanic shop.

I have been going to Cien Motor Works for a year now may be but their services are always on point. I took my car in for numerous repairs and even having to deal with my insurance they did an amazing job. They even went as far as to repair things that weren’t covered with my insurance to ensure great quality on my car. My insurance wanted them to work with used parts but Cien Motor Works demanded new parts and wanted nothing less than great. I definitely will continue to go here and thankful for the services of Alyssa who was professional and efficient during the time my car was in their care.

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle to this place and both times was a great experience! Very friendly staff they walk you threw everything you need done. I had several things needed done for my vehicle and Anthony was able to explain to me the most important things needed done right away i highly recommend them ! You wont be disappointed!

I broke down in my Cadillac down the street from this shop. I called and spoke to Anthony the Service Advisor and he and 3 other men from the shop came to me and pushed my car into the shop so I didnt have to pay for tow. I would highly recommend this shop. They are courteous, skilled, efficient, and affordable. I will be taking my car there for all future repairs or service.

Not too happy with their service. Got work done. They broke the clips on the dash and didnt say anything so I had to take it back for more repair. They vacuumed my vehicle. Then they offered to detail and wash the seats. Was advised it was a new service and would be charged $50. I thought it was a great deal so I brought it in. Well...They vacuumed it! It was just vacuumed after the vehicle repair. Did they wash the seats like any other detail place? NO. I paid for nothing. I could gotten the same service at a car wash place for less than half of what I paid. I wont go back. They lost my business. Wont refer anyone else either.

Not knowing much about cars, I assumed I would be taken advantage of. Instead, everything that needed to be done to fix my AC was explained to me in full detail, prior to any work being done. The office personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimated price and time of completion. The work was completed ahead of schedule, for a hundred dollars less than I was quoted. I paid them in full and asked for the keys to go get my car. Then they pointed out the door and my car was right there waiting on me. They walked me out to my car and when I opened the door, to my amazement, the interior and floor had been wiped down and vacuumed. Good prices, quality work, on time and excellent customer service

This is the place to take your vehicle!!! They stand behind their work. I had a repair made to my transmission and my brakes pads replaced. A part that was replaced on my transmission was defective as a few hours later, there was a fluid puddle under my vehicle. They towed my vehicle to the shop, made the repair, offered a loaner vehicle, and to drop off my vehicle at my home! The experience was so wonderful I am bringing in my other vehicle later this month.

Tom and the crew at Avondale Service and Parts were excellent. Having your vehicle worked on can be frustrating, but not with these guys. I dropped my Jeep off on Monday for an oil pan and rear main seal. I was quoted a very reasonable price and they had the work done in under 24 hours. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quick and honest work at a reasonable price.

I have received nothing but the best in customer service and timely repairs with these people! I have had multiple vehicles and multiple issues repaired from radiators to AC compressors. I even just had a situation where after a repair it looked as if something could have been damaged in the process. I did not know if it was them or just another thing to become damaged with age. When I mentioned the damage I was anxious of course because I dont want to falsely accuse anyone. However, they were professional and neutral the whole time. They are even repairing the damaged part without any cost to me. They have just gained a life long customer and I will probably take work to them I could have done myself just because I want them to be around in the future! They have gone far past trustworthy in my book and I will recommend them to anyone. I thought this kind of customer service did not exist any more, but here it is.

AND they are fair beyond...my car wasnt ready at COB Friday night, they lent me a car til I could get a rental...who does that? CIEN does.. thanks again!!Hadn’t really needed services on my Touareg, but was consistently seeing their giant cards in my mail. Finally needed a brake job, called Nathan and asked questions, took it in and had a perfect brake job completed. Came back a couple days later for an AC cabin filter swap. Ive had my car serviced at Cien Motor Werks twice now and I am super satisfied with the outcomes. The first time I went it was a simple oil change and new air filters. The second time my car needed to be towed to the shop for new serpentine belts and an idler pulley, which they fixed right away! They are very helpful in getting my car to the best condition it can be and best of all the staff is extremely friendly, this is now the only shop I will go to again. :)

I own a 2002 Buick Rendezvous which was having problems with the anti lock and traction system. The local Buick dealer wanted over $4200 to replace transmission, engine mount, and a rear hub.
