Even though I had an appointment, an oil change was going to take 3-4hrs but thankfully a shuttle van was able to take me home.

I took my car in for service and a good experience. Great customer service honest mechanics.

It was a bad day for sevice I think they over booked the day, they were short handed, only one shuttle normally they have two. Waited 1.5 hr for a ride. Took over 2.5 hr for oil change.Most of the time has been good not much wait time. Staff tried really hard give them credit they did the best they could.

They had a part I needed that other dealers didn’t have and for much less too- I called around. Thanks guys!

The service folks at the welcome counter were great. The waiting area great also.Total time waited was just over an hour...great also.The problem I think is that there is no test drive after the service. Id there was one the mechanic would definitely have noticed the shimmy in the wheel and the pull to the right when driving. Both defects are highly noticeable at speeds of 45-70 mph. I mentioned that I was heading to San Diego the next day. So, my problem is I dont know if I (or my daughter) can go to a Honda dealer to get the problems looked at. The shimmy and pull to the right were NOT present before the service.Id love a response from you folks at Honda.So, poor job as far as car performance goes but good job on customer interaction.

My experience was good, everyone wanted to help. However, they have signs to wear masks but some of the staff arent wearing them or enforcing other guests to wear theirs.
