I go here regularly. Everyone is always nice. They never do anything without fully informing you of what needs done and how much itll cost. Also, the prices are great. Theyre honest, affordable, fast, and friendly.

I have looked for a good honest place to service my car. Jim and his staff are top notch. They do great work fast and complete. The service is second to none. I will not take my car anywhere else.

Excellent service! We moved to the west side from the east side. So finding a new mechanic was a must. I grew up with a father owning his own gas station/auto repair shop/convenient store. So when he retired, I realized how spoiled I was not having to find a good mechanic for my car needs. Let me tell you, if you are having trouble finding a place to take your vehicles to, look no further. These guys are awesome! Jim and the guys are wonderful, skilled, honest professionals. I recommend them to everyone who needs a mechanic. We’ve had many thingsdone. Our cars are older vehicles that needed some love. But thanks to Jim, are vehicles are safe and reliable again. I rarely write a review, but I felt I have to !I took my mom’s old Corolla for an engine light check, they charged me 70$ for diagnostics, and gave me an estimate of $655 to fix the problem . So I decided to shop around, and It turned out to be a $240 job for exactly the same thing !!!I will never do business with these guys ever again. They are highly overpriced !!!

We had an issue with our car after driving through a deep puddle and stalling out. The engine wasnt working properly and had to get it towed in. I had called the Avon Super Lube and spoken to Jim before getting it towed getting it towed, and he actually tried to give me advice so that I wouldnt have had to bring the car in st all. Unfortunately, my engine was so full of water that it had to be brought in and worked on. Even so, Jim made a point of being ready for it as soon as it arrived and kept me updated the whole time. Very professional and customer-focused. It is always comforting to know when you have found a trustworthy autobody shop, and the Super Lube in Avon is definitely one of them.

They always take great care of me, especially Jim. Fast and friendly with good prices. Unless the dealership is giving free oil changes on new vehicles, I never go anywhere else the last 5 years.

I have been going to SuperLube for many years. The service has always been great. This past experience at the Avon location was excellent. Jim the manager is very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. He is one of the reasons I keep coming back. There prices are so much better than the car dealers and other automotive repair places.

My headlight and fog light was out in my car----AutoZone replaced my headlight, and Jim replaced my fog light for free! I then needed tires---He replaced my tires, did a wheel alignment, and informed me I needed rear brakes! One of the best auto shop experiences Ive ever had! Jim was honest, kind, helpful, and the most knowledgeable person that Ive ever dealt with as a technician. I will definitely go back for repairs! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Always great service with integrity. On one occasion, I went in for a tire rotation and balance and would have easily paid for both; however, the attendant told me that one of my tires was still properly balanced. He checked another tire and told me that it was balanced as well and then subsequently told me there was no reason to get my tires balanced on that occasion. I then was only charged for a rotation instead of both a rotation and balance. And today, I went in to get a valve stem replaced on one of my tires and they told me, upon further evaluation, that the stem was good and that a small small piece of ice clogged it. They unclogged it and didnt charge me anything for fixing it. I offered to at least pay for their service and time and they told me not to worry about it. On yet another occasion, I watched an elderly lady ask for all kinds of service for her vehicle and they didnt take advantage of her. Instead, they told her that only half of what she requested was necessary and they fully explained why. Instead of this woman paying $300 for service that they could have easily done, they only did what was necessary, saving her about $150. This kind of integrity and character in a business service is greatly appreciated by me and their customers. I recommend you get your vehicle serviced there.

Experienced technicians and friendly staff.In for tire rotation, out in less than 20 minutes, including topping off fluids.Been here several times for our concerns, this is about 30 minutes away from home.

The gentlemen behind the counter was fast and efficient. And for once when I went to a auto repair shop the man wasnt trying to swindle me. I paid for everything that was necessary and nothing extra. They were awesome!!

I had recently installed a stainless steel bolt on muffler system myself and it needed some bolts tightened. Being on jack stands this was a huge pain for me as a home mechanic. I noticed that their website mentioned custom exhausts. I gave them a call and they told me to come in and they would have a look to see if they could tighten it up for me. They put the car up on a lift, grabbed a few wrenches, and tightened it all up for me. When I asked what I owed them they told me it was on the house. I was there for probably about 15 minutes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were up front and did not try and scam me into any services while I was there. I would definitely return in the future for any car needs.

The counter guy was friendly and the shop is pristine and looks professional. Service prices are mid tier when compared to other garages but when you get service their, the work seems professional, well done, and speedy so definitely a shop to consider of in the area. Their is definitely cheaper but you would compromise time or professionalism when it comes to other shops.

I came to Avon shopping and my brakes went out. I googled car care and this store came up and was open! Jim got me right in, fixed the car and gave us a car to use. (We didnt miss out on any shopping time❤) His professionalism was beyond any that I have experienced ever! Thank you Jim and staff for being so professional and caring. I felt like I was someone. In a crunch for auto repair no time for waiting with car dealership. Decided to comb the neighborhood for auto care. Not thrilled, because of so many unpleasant experiences. Stopped by superlube (wasnt my first choice) and then lol well I havent been back to the dealership since! First appearance super clean shop second JIM THAT SUPER ENGAGING SMILE with approachable personality and all in for getting the job done! Thirdly a time conscious awareness and loaner and then I was hooked. I am a sincerely pleased customer a few years in and I highly recommend!Thank you Jim and thank you for such an AWEWOMEand pleasant crew!

I needed my fuel lines replaced. I called multiple shops and was quoted around $850. Super Lubes quote was only $350, what a bargain! Or so I thought, until 2 weeks later I once again smelled gas. Well, his lines with cheap compression fittings broke and I had to get them replaced again... for around $850 by a quality mechanic. Long story short, I came here to try to save some money but instead threw $350 right down the toilet.

Trust ... When you take your car into be serviced, you hope to get an honest answer to what needs to be fixed, and what can wait to be fixed later. Thats what you get at the Avon Superlube.

Guy at counter wouldnt even hear us out. He quickly dismissed us when we said something about a transmission which we told him might not be the problem and we werent sure what the problem might be. He didnt even offer a diagnosis. We went down the street and got great service from Alan at quick shift even though he charged more than superlube. Service is everything and this guy sucked.

I would highly recommend Superlube Avon. They are very professional and provide excellent service. I have visited them several times and I have never had a problem. Prices are very reasonable and you can just walk-in rather than make an appointment for basic services. One of my wind shield wipers broke and they fixed very quickly at a very reasonable price.
