I usually dont have an issue with Conrads. The Conrads employee that took care of me was absolutely horrible. As I walked into Conrads I had gotten NO acknowledgement. All he did was look up from his computer. Then when my car was done he mentioned that I would need brakes soon. I asked him a question and his reply to me with an attitude was WHAT ABOUT IT. Rudeness!!! The manager called me to ask about the incident and when I explained the situation all he could say to me was that he would talk to the employee about the incident and see how the employee felt the situation went. Then he said that if needed to make appointments for any other car issues to make sure I call and talk to him. No I am sorry at all for the situation. Not happy!!!!

Got us in and out quicker than we thought after getting a tire issue on a long road trip. 15 out of 10, would get a screw in my tire and have it repaired again.

Went in for an oil change and was told that I needed a new oil pan (for $700) because my drain pipe wouldn’t hold the oil in my car. Then I got family involved before I committed to anything and everything changed. They told my father (who picked up the car) that “the oil wasn’t leaking so it would probably be okay until the next time I needed my oil changed”. We took it to a mechanic that my family has worked with for a long time and he stated that the oil pan did not need changed AND the oil that was put in the car looked thick and black. 100% felt that the employees there were trying to manipulate me, a 28 year old female, until I got knowledgeable family members involved. Would not recommend or ever go back.

Took three visits to balance my tires. Seems ok for now.

They recommended an alignment. Said they did alignment inspection. Avoided showing me the before alignment inspection sheet. Got car home upon inspection of an alignment was done and there is no marks on jam nuts and tie rods and there is still the factory mark lined up on jam nut and tie rod. I took pictures. Wasted $80 thanks

Last time I ever do business. entire point was tire replacement and oil change. 90 minutes declared done and tire not replaced. beyond incompetent

I was getting a flat tire and pulled right in. They got me in and out quickly and efficiently. Will continue to go here for future car trouble 😊

Took my car in for alignment which was not done right. When I took it back to get them to realign it they said I had something else wrong with the ball joint which they would have found if they had done a road check and inspection before they aligned it.

I needed to reschedule same day and they got me in and out, love that check everything, always. I have a baby and know nothing about cars so I always feel more safe when I get back in after they check. Thank you for always being so kind and awesome! I’ll always bring my car here.

Great place! Went above and beyond! Let me even take off my bumper to try to get it on the alignment rack. But. Was still to low! Thanks for trying guys. Was a great experience. Will be back just because of the people working!!

I like using the website to schedule my service. Very convenient. I had four tires put on my car.Dropped the car off at 8:30 AM and asked for a 1 PM pickup. I was told “no problem”. By 12:30 i had no call with status, so i called. Told pick up time would be 1:30. I feel that if it was going to be pushed back 30 min I should have been called around 12:00 to let me know. When i got home i noticed that they did not put the valve caps on the new tires. Also the rims looked messy with a black substance on them. This makes me think they rushed to get my tires done.

Really appreciate being able to make an appointment online, as it saves so much time! My vehicle was taken in on time and oil change and filter replacement were completed in under an hour. Very friendly staff and quick service. Ill be coming back for sure!

My guy Mike took good care of me! I like the video clip showing repair suggestions. Would have given all 5 stars to him.The counter girl was not nice. I ask her if I could schedule for my oil getting changed there because I was out of date on my sticker from Conrads. She went on to tell me that if I ever come there before, she could tell me if it was time for me to change my oil. So, I took a stroll out to my car and got the sticker out showing That Conrads, and the fact that I have been only there for the last 13 years, that’s what dragged your score down guys. Sorry Mike!

Good customer service! They do tech view videos so you can see exactly what the tech sees when there are issues with your vehicle that need addressing. I love this new feature because I am able to share with my husband so he can decide how to proceed:)

I ordered 4 Kelly Edge Tires online at the Good Year site. I selected Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care to install them because they were only a mile from my house.Conrad’s installed the tires quickly, and efficiently. They also checked alignment, and all the brakes. Additionally, they performed the standard safety checks. I waited for my vehicle, and I was back on the road within a hour. I am new to the community and had a problem with my tire losing air pressure. My son, Kevin Klein recommended Conrad’s Tire Express. I stopped in thinking I would have a long wait, but was taken immediately by the store leader, John and they proceeded to repair my tire. I was treated by friendly technicians and staff, fully explained as to what was done and shown a video of the culprit, a 3 inch nail! Will certainly return and recommend them to friends and family needing this service!

Got an alinement done today got me in and out! I first went to Christian Brothers they said If I replaced the ball joints they would do the alinement so I replaced them took it to them and they said they still won’t do it so called Conrad’s they got me in next day dropped my truck Ford F-250 off early 1130am my appointment was at 1pm they had it done by 130pm! Today was a very busy day for Conrad’s, but they had my car ready at the time I requested. Good service and friendly staff.

This Conrad’s in particular is very good. I’ve went to the Westlake and North Olmsted locations, let’s just say I didn’t get that good of service there. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for price, a little high company wide.

My last visit was for a standard oil change. I usually do it myself but due to time constraints used Conrads while I was at work. Was not very pleased when I went to do my oil change today and discovered they did not put the metal protective plate back on and removed the corresponding bolt clips/plugs. I admit the plate is a royal pain to get back on but at least give me the plate back and note you couldn’t get it back on. Additionally the oil drain bolt was also way over torqued.If you get services done you shouldn’t have to hope they put things back together. For that reason I can no longer trust them. If you can’t properly reassemble following an oil change how can I feel confident to get any engine, brake, or tire services done.

I was able to walk in get an oil change & tire rotation & wait for my vehicle this am. Was told it would be ready by 9 and it was. Staff was friendly and waiting area was clean & complementary coffee soda & popcorn was available while I waited. Thank you for the great service this morning.

The Avon location saved the day! Many other locations were changing my appointment due to a decrease in staff! Kaitlin at the front desk was one of my all time favorite people. Even thou they were short staffed, she did everything possible to satisfy me. Give this women a raise cause she deserves it. Will definitely be back to this location!

I had a blown tire replaced. The cap for the tire was not replaced. I returned and complaints about it. Thinking it was replaced I left. A day later, I looked around my vehicle as I usually do to inspect any concerns and found that the cap from a back tire on the opposite side was taken off and placed on the drivers side replaced tire. Cheap tricks gets no more business to that kind of slight of hand from a once respected repair shop. When something small can be a trick then whatever cannot be seen leaves one to wonder of honesty of a place of business as one is led to believe.

Walked in for an oil change and left. I was gone less than an hour and it was done. Been going to the Avon Lake location for years and havent been impressed lately. Definitely be coming back to this location from now on.

Avon Conrad’s treated me well!! They even sent me a video showing their inspection. They didn’t oversell me. I am not going to lie...I might have called him Jimmy first, then Johnny, then James, but Jamie is the real deal. Dropped off car for oil change and muffler replacement. Rob was super helpful throughout the process. Liked the video he sent explaining what needed replacing. Even ordered a second muffler when the first came in defective before I knew about it. Solid place. Solid people.

Car was in and out in about 30 minutes which I appreciated since I was waiting at the store. There was no popcorn or water available which was offered to me. Please refill your cooler😔

Needed tires for our Xterra. They gave us several options to choose from. Set it up for the next day. Job was completed quick and painlessly. Checked the alignment and it was ok so no extra work was required. We have purchased several sets of tires for different vehicles and they have always taken great care of us. Thanks guys !

Did a great and quick job fixing a flat tire for me.

It took 3 separate visits for them to find the leak in my tire.My previous experience with this shop was for suspension noise. I had just replaced the springs from a different shop. Conrad’s failed to discover that the bushings were missing.They’re not thorough

MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT ALL THE WORK. THAT HAS BEEN DONE.WHAT DID I PAY THEM FOR??????Had my daughter pick up the car after having tires put on. Upon arriving home with the car we found they did POOR job.1st One of hub caps was bearing hanging on.... Had to fix that myself!!2nd All four valve stem caps were missing.... ALSO had to fix myself!!In MY OPINION a VERY INCOMPETENT STAFF. Maybe the Manger should be out there inspecting his mechanic’s work instead of worrying about the next sell.

Won’t ever go back. My buddy at Car Parts Warehouse told me this place will charge as much as the dealer and he was right. Actually it was more. After standing in their lobby listening to two technicians argue should of been a clue.

Way overpriced. They inflate prices almost double other places. Might as well just go to a dealership to have work done. Also, I was never offered a vehicle inspection.

Tires that were on sale were not in sock. Seems to be a common theme with Conrads to get you to buy the lesser quality tire that they have in stock for the same price. This has happened the last few time I have been there. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Sad to see a once great company I have referred many people too fall apart.

I had got an oil change and after it was done I got a list of expensive estimates of other things I needed to fix on my car shortly after my check engine light came on I am really suspicious of Conrads intentionally breaking things just to have me come back and pay to get it fixed I found another car repair shop that showed me the problems and fixed them for a lot cheaper also one of the mechanics told me it looked like my oxygen sensor was ripped intentionally I will never go back here so please check your parts if you do come to this location I know you guys try and scam people out of money

I will never go to conrads ever again. They scam people everyday to boost sales. And because people trust what they say a $15 oil change turns into a $250 + sale.

Not satisfied with the Avon branch they are rude went there to get an oil change my oil life was never reset on my truck and I was never given a window stick that says when next oil change is due then I was told my tires were all low on air pressure which are not even a month old and that same branch installed the tires so I simply said that is the air pressure you guys put in the them and the lady rudely said okay I will never go there again I’ve given you guys $1230 in two months and that’s how I get treated
