DONT DO IT. Felicia was totally unprepared, unorganized, and failed to meet deadlines. Additionally she negotiated a 1k retainer for the work I had asked for. She only did one of the two years and she stole an additional 6k from my bank account without my permission. Her work is worthless, Ill have to pay someone else to come in after her and clean up the mess she left.

Felicia is awesome. She communicated very well over email to set up our appointment. She was friendly and polite from the moment we met for our appointment and she is very knowledgeable and answered our questions and concerns.She gave great advice and was very thorough to get me the best refund possible.She will be my tax preparer/consultant from now on.I don’t need to look anymore for someone to do my taxes and I’m positive you’ll say the same after talking and meeting with her.
