I did the tax from them and I waited for a long time 4 months and I did not receive any amount than they told me that you will receive the amount within a month, what is this nonsense, they only take the money from you and do not pay attention to you after that

This is my second time in this office , first time for my TAXES and Nedaa the operator take care of them while my taxes kinda complicated sometimes , and the second experience for my insurance was amazing, in 15 min Amani amanda got the best rate and coverage .i will highly recommend this place from my own experience .

The delay was six months due to mismanagement and poor information from this office They dont have enough experience with tax rates.
