I want to thank Herman for all the work he has done for me since I met him over 3 years ago and for his help with my tax returns.He was so professional, gentle, and friendly! and the fee was way so less than I was expected!I wont hesitate even for a second and I will call him whenever I need help.

Because we are not expert for tax issues and we visited your office.Ok, if your job is ONLY preparation of tax documentations, your advertisement and your word on the front of office are lie.I visited there Feb 2017 and the tax preparer told me that I could receive the tax refund around ~3 weeks or couple months. And what is the result? I have not received it. In the meantime, I received the several mails from IRS. And I know what were the problems based on IRS letter. 1. Wrong document form. 2. Missed document 3. Probably wrong type of tax return request. Now your answer is only document preparation is your job.. And you are saying that you did your job and if I need additional work, I have to pay more money.I dont know the different thing comparing with TurboTax.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In February 2017, I asked Yuliana for a tax return document.But I have not received a tax return yet. (12/23/2017)For 10 month, five times from IRS, I received a letter that my document was failure or error.Every time I found Yuliana again. I fixed my work.However, Recently, I received a mail from IRS to attach a document.If you do not file by December 28, your request is closed and you can not get a tax return.I informed Yuliana and her company about that. An answer came from her and her company.Our offices are closed until January. Reading through the notes, this would be something we would be able to do for an additional charge.If you want the cost for us to help, please advise. There is no guarantee that IRS will refund you these taxes.Thank you and Happy Holidays,The Tax Spot .We already paid $500 in advance and in full payment on her request.and I have not received tax return due to paperwork issue for about a year. and I received such an e-mail from her and her company.When you asking a tax return job, I hope you choose your company well.
