I hope Manuel Escobar Sr. is no longer working in this business, or I hope not. He and his daughter in law (Jennifer) worked me over for two years (Oct 2006 to August 2008) with an offer and comprise, which I now know I was never a candidate in the first place. It cost me two long years of mental anguish, $7200 and I got slapped with federal tax lien. After I received the notice from the IRS stating they were not accepting the offer, I called and Manual was conveniently out of town and could not be reached. Weeks later I finally caught up with him and he offered nothing, no explanation and no refund. I have over 250 emails from this firm telling me we were 15 days from reaching an agreement with the IRS. This company falsely advertised professionals they did not employ. Before you sign any contracts, ask to see licenses of any professionals they claim will be working with you. If you choose to do business with this family affair company, save all emails and avoid phone conversations as you wont have any recourse of the conversation.
