I was able to get a larger return doing my taxes on my own and in less than 30 min. I PAYED $322 TO YOU ALL AND SPENT OVER 2HOURS AT YOUR OFFICE. The gentlemen that helped me was nice but really hadnt worked with my type of situation. Had I known that I would have never gone to you all. I will be asking for a refund on the fee I payed to have you all do them since I was able to get more on my own.

The experience I had at this location with Douglas Gray and the Manager (Rubbie Salinas) was that of ZERO integrity.SIMPLY AVOID BLOCK ADVISORS UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE DECEIVED AND ATTEMPTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF.Long story short, the employees here attempt to deceive and up-sell you for SERVICES YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE INCLUDED.When you reject making another appointment, the employees then decide to do only half the work you are already paying for. Ultimately, Block Advisors promote their employees to be deceptive and basically take advantage of tax services.Furthermore, Douglas Gray has his own tax services at Digikeepers.com in which he is constantly attempting to steal business from the company he works for. When I informed him I was not interested in doing business with his Digikeepers, Douglas Gray then decided to act as if my future quarterly taxes were not included in the services I was already paying for. Basically, his approach is to do half the services you are paying for with Block Advisors and then try to manipulate a necessary appointment with DigiKeepers to do quarterly taxes and other services THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE INCLUDED WITH BLOCK ADVISORS.His knowledge on taxes was also highly questionable. His expertise reminded me of when I was 18 years old filing my own taxes on TurboTax for the first time.Come to find out, the manager Rubbie Salinas knows all about it and continues to allow this behavior at this location. Rubbie will attempt to act extremely surprised, and then claim she will submit a claim for a partial refund if you DO NOT CALL CORPORATE. However, there is no partial refund claim. In my opinion, Rubbie tells people this with the hope everything is forgotten after a month or so of hearing absolutely nothing back from her.I will make sure to share this story publicly and also with anyone considering to ever use any of H&R Block services.

I may take on the experience myself next year, hence the 4 star of likelihood in returning next year, but I do firmly enjoy being in regular contact with Richard Foltz.A True Legend.

Unprofessional, rude, and argumentative Manager and front desk person. I believe I was overcharged for the service. In 2019 I paid a fee of $39 (orginal price was $60 since I was a new customer I got a discount) this year I paid fee of $174 unbelievable. When I asked why the price was so high manager came in trying to school me, she was unprofessional and argumentative! I must add that Pierce Gray gentleman that did my tax was extremely professional. I will NOT be back not refer my friends!

Great service. I go because:- I have had good experiences with Block Advisors- My tax situation is complicated enough that I cannot simply sit down one day when I have some time to get them done, but also simple enough that a CPA would be overkill- The advisors make time and are knowledgeable enough to give tax advice for the current year- Cheaper than a CPAI cannot speak to how well Block Advisors would handle a client that needs a LOT of attention, but for most people with taxes that are hard enough to be annoying, but simple enough to not need a CPA, Block Advisors is great!

DO NOT TRUST BLOCK ADVISORS. These people say that they are highly qualified and experienced which is NOT TRUE. Advisors in this office have conflicts between them and have different opinions. They do not research and simply say some statement based on their knowledge. I had to do my own research even after paying them 300$ and convince them about the option that was supposed to be filed. They are not even ready to ammend my return. Their service is not at all reliable and they charge more then the service provided. Very bad experience and some of the advisors are even RUDE.

A family member went to Block Advisors for tax assistance for 2015 tax March 2016. Information about a K-1 for a passive investment was incorrectly communicated to IRS via an amended return in May resulting in incorrect tax due notice from IRS which was paid because Block Advisors recommended immediate payment of the incorrect tax due amount. After many phone calls and two office visits, Block Advisors filed an Amended return resulting in a refund in August from IRS of the incorrect tax due that was already paid based on their advice. in Oct., we received a notice from IRS asking that we pay back the amount refunded in Aug. We went to the H&R Block office to request assistance (again) and were told we would have to talk with the Block Advisor person who had signed the original return and both Amendments. However, we are unable to get a phone number or an email for the person who signed the return. I was told today, Nov 7, that the person who signed the return would be able to call me back till 8 days later, Nov 15. Phone or email contact with a person that can help seems to be impossible. Your experience may be different, but this has been my experience trying to resolve a tax problem created by the people I went to for help.

Ive been doing my taxes for the last 2 years at this location with an excellent, polite, and knowledgable tax advisor named Swati Pratap. On each occasion, Ive been kindly greeted and am usually in and out of the office in a very satisfactory amount of time. Swati does a fantastic job of laying out all of the details, answering any and all questions I have, and making helpful suggestions for the next tax year.
