Needed to wash some duvets and heavy curtains which could not be done in my washing machine at home because of their sizes. Decided to venture out and was pleasantly surprised by the neatness of the place and the quality of the machines. The lady attendant was very helpful as I havent been to a coin operated machine in decades. The machines operated flawlessly and quickly. It only took about 30 minutes per machine to wash the duvets. Drying was about 20 minutes. Would have taken much much longer even if I could do them at home. The ability to use a credit or debit card to operate the machines made the experience even better.Would have been a 5-star but the mens toilet was not working when I visited.Overall very satisfied.

Good location. Big laundromat.... havent ever seen it crowded. Big washers and dryers available for bulk items. Restroom available. Associates available in case anything goes wrong. Has an area where you can sit and eat. Other businesses/restaurants in the same parking lot in which theres an apartment complex near.

Moved here temporarily. Was looking for a good laundry facility, this is the place.Wide , open , clean! I hope the owners keep up with it staying like this, so hard to find nice clean machines that work and don’t stink. Curdos to the staff that keeps the place cleaned.Cool inside while doing laundry Love the machine variety.

The place is nice and clean. The only issue is the coin machine. I put a 5 dollar bill and I only got 3 dollars worth of coins. I told the young girl in charge.

Nice and clean environment. On average I spend about $12 to wash and dry. Kinda expensive but good. The lady at the front desk is kind and polite. Super machines that keep your clothes clean. I will highly recommend this place.

Very clean facilities with so many different size machines to choose from. Anywhere from 8 loaders to single loaders. All the machines were in nice working condition and it was very tidy in there.

Big and clean just like the name. All the CC readers worked perfectly. Washers and dryers are new and in good working order.It was pretty hot inside though, to the point where my husband and I were both sweating and if youre wearing a mask (which everyone is) it gets hard to breathe after a while, I had to pull my mask down to wipe the sweat and condensation off my face, yuck! The employees are nice and said they hope it will be fixed by next weekend.

I go far out of way to go to this laundromat. It is, by far, the BEST laundromat I have ever been. It is clean, spacious, and bright with a surprisingly appealing industrial interior. The machines are easy to operate and even take tap-to-pay. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

We love to be able to choose the different sizes of washing machines and dryers, and be able to relax, charge up our cell phones, while eating our snacks. And I am glad that this place closes at midnight, to give everyone plenty time to clean their clothes for the new week. Bring your ziplock bag of quarters or/and use your card!

This is the second time I have been here and still can NOT get a loyalty card machine says loyalty card not available and have NO access to the restroom if you come early kind of a disappointment because you have advertisements about the loyalty program and you cant even get a card 15 min after 7 a.m no attendant E05 code on washer and nobody here to help

It is Big and definitely Clean but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I could have paid $40 to have a pickup and delivery laundry service do my laundry and only have to put it all away instead I paid $42.50 to do it all myself. The cheapest washer was $5 for a light wash in warm water and the driers were big and only .50 - .75 but I had to run them 4 times on high heat so really it was $2.00 - $6.00 a drier. Should have just paid for the laundry service instead.. then I wouldnt be avoiding the mound of laundry I now have to fold and put away. Lesson Learned :-/

They keep it WAY TOO HOT in here. 100° outside, feels like 80 or so inside. This considering they have 53 dryers and 50-60 washers of varying sizes. Just to put my clothes in the washer, I pour sweat. To put them in the dryer, I pour sweat. Glad Im about to get place with a washer and dryer included.

Great place to wash! Air conditioned. Clean. Wifi. 😁 Vending machine if you forgot your wash supplies...bit pricey, so dont forget your supplies! Several XL washers and 3 XL dryers...I love the XL washers when I dont make it to wash in time...we all know when weve gone too long without visiting the laundromat 😏. Lots of large, midsize and small washers. The confusing part that gets some people is that the price that you pay is based on whether you have a lot of clothes that are dirty and need hot water versus a ton of clothes that may be somewhat dirty and you only need warm water or only cold water. So yes, before you pay, make sure youve looked at the settings beforehand. Getting a laundromat card is easier, all purchases of the card and its refills are cash only. Yes, You can use your credit card to pay at the actual machines themselves but please be aware that your bank, depending on who your bank is, will probably charge a $5 to $10 fee per swipe. Big Clean Laundromat has no control over that. Its the same as if you were getting gas at an unknown gas station. They will also wash your clothes for you. Ive never used that service because Im picky about how I dry but from what Ive seen it is used by the publicWhat else...oh, friendly staff and spacious. I dont feel like people are crawling on top of me. Cafe counter seating towards the back corner, and a few round tables if youre going to be awhile... best times in my are Monday thru Wednesday in the morning. Literally empty. If you get the day off just do it and get it over with! Hope this helps.

Called twice to ask a question and received an answer on the second call. Asked if there were multiple machines open and all she said was Yes, the place is very big. I get there and see there are a few large washers available and start to load my laundry only to be told by an employee that those are already taken. What!?!? I called and asked about the availability. She couldnt have disclosed to me that info? That employees get first pick???Ridiculous. I quickly unloaded my laundry and left to the laundromat down the street with excellent customer service AND CHEAPER machines.

Horrible!!! They mix and lost my clothes!!!They refuse to give me a phone number to call to complain the email was incorrect and no one wanted to take responsibility, needles to say this is Disgusting and unsanitary.I had to go thru other’s peoples clothes to find some of mine clothes because for what the employees were saying the clothes that I when thru belong to 3 different people that they knew about.I should know better than to trust other people with my clothes specially with COVID going on this is unacceptable and unsanitary.

The entrance is kinda tricky. Best advice, turn in like you’re going to Taco Bell and keep left. It almost feels like you’re going into the apartment complex but rest assured you’re not. The parking is clean and spacious. Inside, is cluttered free, clean and the women’s bathroom had toilet paper and hand soap! The laundry attendant was pleasant and very helpful with questions that I asked. This is definitely going to be my go to place to do laundry. The free coffee and WiFi are excellent perks!

Very busy. Crowded. The regular attendant would restrict the amount of customers that could be in there at one time. New attendants this time and they seemed to not care how many people were there. Also, customers bringing their whole families to do laundry. We do still have covid-19 dont we?

My 4 year old accidentally put the last of my coins in a running machine, asked the lady if it was possible to get my 50 cents back, she rudely replied “not our fault, can’t do it”. Therefore I had to drive allllll the way back to my house to find 50 cents for the last of my machine.

Holy cow, what a pleasant experience! THIS is how a business should be run - not only a laundromat, but any business. I had to wash several comforters, and walk in and almost immediately Im greeted with a Good morning, sir from one of the staff. The young lady then shows me how to use the commercial washer and dryer, along with all the settings, the price adjustments, etc. As I was trying to use my credit card to pay for the washer, another staff member - a gentleman - came over to offer his assistance. He, too, greeted me with a Good morning, sir. A third staff member - another young lady - greeted me with the same salutation as I was putting my clothes in the dryer later. Professionalism at its best. All the machines were clean and in working order. The establishment itself was clean - inside and out. They had a small lounge area with a couple of toys for kids, and multiple places to plug in electronic devices scattered throughout the sitting areas along the walls. The bathroom was very clean as well. Even the free, complimentary coffee tasted good and not stale/strong. I talked to another regular who uses the laundromat while I was there and he, too, couldnt say enough good things about the place. Ill definitely be going back.

Clean and friendly staff and the washers arent full of 10 year old gunk. My only complaint, which isnt really on the business itself, is people in this laundromat hoard baskets even when they arent using them. Theyll just stand there with their empty baskets in it for 30 minutes just so they can use it later. Its really rude. Maybe management could put up a sign? Its my 3rd time here and its been there case every time. I dont have this issue at other laundromats. Not sure why its like that here...

This place was great. Antonia is the lady working here, and when I walked in for the first time, she immediately walked me around the facility and recommended which sized machines I should use based on what I brought. This was incredibly helpful as they have ten different sized machines (up to as big as ten loads in one machine).Id definitely come back here even though there are five other laundromats between here and my house.

Best landry mat I have been to

The place was very dirty there was a lot of lint in the small waiting room, today I was there around 4:30 in the afternoon and the woman who attends there did not have her mask on properly and said that she had a medical condition that is why She did not use the face mask as it should be, but people who do not wear face masks should not get closer than 6 feet from people and she was very close to my daughter, me and other clients .. needless to say, she behaved very rude and haughty and it is not the first time that this woman is rude more than once that we have been, only she has been rude, she is a robust woman .. I did not ask her name but the owner must know who was working today 11 / 23/2020, we have had to be there when the other girls attend and they have been kind and very helpful when they are asked any questions they always answer politely and friendly.

Clean and the air conditioning is a plus. WiFi is another plus. You need any services? DONT COME HERE. The girl is super rude. I was trying to talk to her and she was on the phone with her friends. She talked to me as if she had better things to do. She was not helpful and was just trying to get rid of me. I’m super friendly and I understand people have a long day at work. But damn! I asked a simple question and she acted like it was super hard to say. “It’s $15”. Get another job love !

I was big and it was clean I will give it that. I used the biggest machine it held 10 loads and I had roughly 10 loads at 9.75 it was a bargain. It cost me roughly 20 bucks to do 10 loads! Though I am glad I am getting a washer and dryer soon this was one of the most economical and cleanest places I been to!

Clean facility with lots of machines to choose from! I came in to clean my King Size comforter. I needed a big washer and dryer to do so. To my surprise I didnt even need the biggest washing machine that they offered! Prices were pretty on point when it comes to laundry mats. They have bathrooms and have a vending machine for soap/fabric softener. They have lots of outlets so you can work/charge your phone while cleaning your laundry. Ill be back next time if I need to clean something large again!

Ive been here twice and have loved my experience. The owners are very personable and helpful. I was carrying a few huge loads and the gentleman there, opened the door when I was going in and out. ( I know it may not seem like much, but this day and age it seems lending someone a helping hand is a stretch). They always greet you and the place is immaculate! They even have a wash and fold service.

Staff is NOT friendly and unwilling to help even when asked. Not so clean as there is stuff on the machine from previous customers wash and on the floor. Staff is busy doing their own thing behind the counter instead of helping customers or keeping the place clean. When asked for manager (beth) was told is never available. Also this laundromat charges you extra for using warm or hot water to do your wash, what a rip off.

Best around for both do-it-yourself and wash-and-fold laundry. Very clean facility and machines.

We have been full-time RVers for 8 years and we have used 100rds of laundries across the country. We have never been in a facility as clean as this one. Machines, floors, folding tables and bathrooms are immaculate. Staff was so helpful. While we are in the area we will be back. Wish there were more places like this.

Great place to be when you have lots a laundry, get everything done at once, and the employee that was working Tammy she was very helpfully and very very nice the place was very clean, I will return and i will let all my laundromat friends know what a clean and comfortable place to go to get the job done. Very clean and quiet there were no children running around the washing machines were clean and available the attendant was very helpful the only negative experience was the dryer and the hotness of the dryer I continue to put quarters in there to get two loads of clothes dry so I probably spent $3. 25 on two loads of clothes per dryer to get them dry!! which I think is very expensive otherwise the environment was very nice.

That place is a mess, staff out there is terrible.Ill be coming here from now on even though its 10 minutes away. Loved it here

Its clean but depending on when you go it is hit or miss with the type of people you will be doing your laundry with. Last week a woman was digging through her sons hair looking for lice. Employees are always super nice. Cost is a bit much since if you vary off of the preset load you will be charged accordingly.
