I have been coming here for over a year and have never not loved coming here for either doing my laundry or wash and fold drop off.Today was my last pick up as I am moving back to Houston and I would like to call out Ms. Maggie and Lalo. You guys have always welcomed me with the utmost friendliness. Every time I go back home and put my items away, every single piece clothing is folded neatly. Thank you for always doing an amazing job with our clothes. It made our days easier!I will miss coming here!

Was a little pricey but the manager was super nice, I forgot detergent and you can only purchase it with cash, she helped me out. Very clean place. Helpful staff.

Really wanted to like this place as it’s relatively clean with an attendant present at all times but I spent way too much time struggling with their faulty payment card. Every on of my dozens of visits I’d have to ask the attendant to help me get money on the card and/or get the card to work in the machines. On my final visit, the attendant got extra snippy about my dilemma, so I completed my laundry, left the card on the counter, and walked away. I’m bringing my business to a coin operated laundromat with a better attitude.

The place is super clean, and #CoinFree. They have 18lb, 30lb, and 60lb washers, you have to buy a #laundrycard ($1), in order to operate the washers/dryers.Washing costs range from $2.99-$8+ and drying is 48¢ every 6-8 minutes.The employee was very helpful and very nice 😊

I went in with a whole set of bedding (comforter and all) and got it all done within 30 minutes. I walked about 8 minutes to get to the store, and when I walked inside it was clean, and cool from the heat. I hadn’t been there before so I went and asked an employee named Maggie for help on setting up a laundry card and which washer to use. She was extremely kind and helpful and made the whole experience easy. I would definitely recommend going here!

I work in the customer service industry also and know how difficult it is to stay in a good mood. Im hoping you pay your staff a living wage. It will guarantee theyll stay. Well worth the couple more bucks an hour.

Ive been to this laundry place and its very clean and quiet and u can wash ur clothes and dry them with no problem,the only thing is there money change machine,I put in 20 dollars and it gave me 10dollars in quarters,I didnt notice the sign but it has if u have a 20dollar bill to ask the lady for the quarters cus the machine dnt give u all the quarters,but thts my fault for not reading everything,I was jus excited to wash my clothes cus its near,its safe and empty and all the washers and dryers work properly

Best laundromat ever! Its always clean and the staff is very kind and friendly. I forgot an entire load of clothes there and after realizing it, called them in hopes of finding them there. Not only were they still there, but they had dried them and folded them. It was over a hundred dollars of new jeans, so you can imagine my relief. Thank you so much Laundry Works, for your honesty, care, and thoughtfulness!!

Clean interior and plenty of nice machines, but the process was made tedious by the lack of laundry cards and the attendant, who was more confusing than helpful.

I have machines at home but due to the volume of my clothing business still use Laundry Works weekly because it is the best option. Vibrant area with walkable food. Well kept business with high quality Electrolux machines. Never any lint left on the clothes. Fast drys. I have tried other laundromats and they suffer from bad washes, a sketchy vibe and an eternity to dry. Laundry Works is tried tested and true - have been using for 5 years now.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a machine and the when I told the attendant he immediately stopped what he was doing to fix it. Later I saw him volunteer to help a woman carry her laundry out to her car.

Best laundromat / washeteria in Austin. Maggie the manager is a super friendly and helpful, and runs the joint like its her own pride and joy. The building is small, clean, quiet, air-conditioned and well-lit. They have card (credit and debit) and dollar (thank god no coins) payments, so its super easy to get in and out. And the machines are amazing - brand new and super fast. You can literally get a month of laundry washed and dried in under an hour. I cant recommend this location enough.

We cleaned, dried,and folded 3 large loads of laundry in 1.5 hours and later discovered that we forgot 2 items. We called and they found our stuff! The attendant was very professional, kind and helpful.

A very clean and comfortable laundry mat. Instead of inserting quarters, you buy a laundry card with cash or credit card. This is what you use to pay. The smaller washers start at $2.49 and the largest is $5.49 while the drivers are 0.43 per 8 min.The attendant was great. He was very helpful to me as it was my first time to use a laundry mat of this sort.

Pretty great that you can put money on a laundry card with a credit card. Not so great that you will pretty much always have money left over on the card. Also theres no option to just pop change in the machines; it all has to go through the card. EXCEPT if you want to buy soap. That cant be purchased with the card. And only pods are available.Overall a very clean and quiet place, though, with modern, quick washers.

Staff not wearing masks when you come into the small space, or wear them under their nose. They also allow people without mask to come in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even when busy Ive never had to wait. Ive only been to maybe 5 laundromats in my life but this place is by far the quickest and most pleasant! Machines work great and I can usually do 3-4 loads and be done within an hour!

So far so good. First time today. Great machines. Great service. Very clean.Washers are a ittle pricey, but you get back what you pay for. Drying machines are fast and cheap, but may require more than one swipe.

Very convenient, especially since you do not need to scrap together coins (there is a laundry card system where you can fill your card with cash or a credit card). Fast and efficient, high quality washers of various sizes too! I highly recommend this place for a smooth laundry experience. :)

My fav. High efficiency ElectroLux machines get the clothes super clean and then spin all the water out. Seriously, the dryers use 8 minute increments for a reason. 8 minutes will get the sheets dry, 16 for towels. Relatively inexpensive and in and out fast. Friendly staff and customers.

I will start by saying that the facility is clean. I worked out with the owner a deal for me to drop and have my sheets folded for my cleaning company on a weekly basis. All was well until the they changed management and employees. I came in 3 weeks in Jan to pick up my order. At that time the new employee advised that I owe 60.00 and that I need to pay it if I want my sheets. I advised her to call her manager and I got on the phone with the owner. The manager Lisa advised me that she is on a shuttle from the airport and to wait for her to get my things. I felt like I was being held hostage along with my items. I refused, I lost it. They advised me to provide receipts, which I did and I got nothing but sorry for the mix up Since then they have done nothing to make this situation right. I advised the owner that I will leave a review on how things were handled. He finally reaches out as of today asking what I would make me happy. I advised a free drop and load due to how I was handled. I dropped off two separate loads this week at the amount of 78.00, he declined crediting one. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive just gotten back from Laundry Works and I cant be happier with my experience.No quarters needed! They have a machine that takes cards and cash and gives you a card to use on washers and dryers alike.In addition to staff present, they have security cameras and free wi-fi.The facility is very clean, the machines are brand-new and hi-tech, energy efficient, and water-saving.The expense is comparable with other nearby facilities.They have a scale, which will help you decide which machines to use.Washing and drying your clothes should take about an hour, probably less.I was greeted at the door by one of the owners who explained the new machinery, which is simple, but not intuitive to use. Next time Im sure Ill be able to get through the process on my own without any direction, although Im confident that someone will be there to help if I cant.The dryers, if not unloaded, will periodically spin, keeping your clothes from getting wrinkled.As I left, I was wished a good-night by name by the other owner.Go there! Keep it open!

Have done my laundry here and had no complaints until today. I stopped in around 10 pm and asked the attendant what the hours were. She told me they close at 11:30 pm last wash in at 10:30. So i loaded one wash in and ran an errand. when i returned at 10:50, the place was dark and locked up!! I called their phone number and was told the attendant probably went home early! Not good business people!!!!

Ive been here once and the facilities are clean. However today Sunday at now 7:53 it is not open there is no one here. I called no one answered and there is no voicemail setup. Their hours are 7:30 to 11:30 Monday through Sunday. There is no way to call and make sure that the facilities are open.

This laundromat has first rate washing machines and dryers, it is clean, and the attendant is extremely helpfuI. She went out of her way to show me how to work their machines. I went there today, and would go back in the future.

Fair price, but dont come here in early morning. The sign states opening hour 7:30am, but this Saturday opened at 8:30am...

So pAssing through town and need to clean my clothes and pet laundry. I use a machine that has problems and my laundry is soaked. After waiting in line to speak to the attendant (Tom) I let him know that my machine is locked. He then starts to help the other person in line. I ask him am I not next, havent I already been here over an hour.. can you please open my machine? He scoffed and says I guess. After he opens machine tells me he would recommend that I send it through another cycle. I exclaimed that I didnt have any more money and that it was fine. So now leaving a laundry place with soggy clothes and a clueless boi that thinks that its ok for that to happen.

Very nice interior. Dryers are very cheap and extremely fast + effective. Clothes smell very nice and feel clean coming from the fast washers.The equipment is all new and seems hard to break. The washers also require less detergent than normal which is good money savings.There are some free parking spots.I especially like that theres no need for customers to clean lint our of the dryers manually.They have some really big washers in case you have quilts, bedding, or just a ton of clothes.The laundry cards are free + easily and quickly loaded with credit card. Its nice not to worry about quarters anymore.The staff have always been very kind to me.Fast + secured free Wifi. Speed test on my phone showed 41 Mbps down, 6 Mbps up, and fast ping/low latency.A couple nice water fountains.Couldnt think of a better laundromat. Highly recommended.

Always clean and the dryers never leave my clothes damp

First time here , the place was clean and in order .have washed at other laundry works before ,so nothing new to me . Well I load up my machines and put the required amount of detergent in all my machines . the machine stops and says start not allowed . Im told by the attendent that it was my responsibilty to put the right amount oc soap. He also asked me what type of soap i used ? Because good soap would clog the washer. Well that left me Lost ???? Never heard that one! Also he lost the keys so he couldnt restart the machine . After all this several other people machine said the same thing . To top it off he said it was gis first day . Very unsatisfied and i was told i have to be responsible for thier machines going down . Dont waste your money here!!!!!

Vey expensive for the size of the machines and there is little space for folding clothes.They also use a card system that has a $5 minimum load. So if you have a bit of money left on the card you cant use it or get it back in anyway. Your only option is to refill it past $5 and use their washers again, but Id rather lose the money and go somewhere else.Editing this review because the machines do clean well, but there is still a lack of folding space that makes it difficult to laundry here.

This place is pretty clean and was really well staffed and organized ... for the first year. Lately, the machines are down often, the late afternoon folks are less friendly and helpful (the morning lady still rocks but, I think she leaves around 3pm). The afternoon staff are not keeping up on sweeping, tidying up or emptying dryer filters. I watched three people in a row take wet clothes out of different dryers after a full run. After the first time, attendant on duty realized the filter was full, blocking the heat. At that point, one might have proactively emptied the others but no, she just let folks waste their time and money on malfunctioning machines and did nothing to intervene unless asked to. She also didnt feel like she should refund the price of the dryer even though customers have no access to check or empty the filters themselves. My roommate and I insisted but, I felt bad for the college kids (particularly the international students) that I watched after us with the same issue. I will make sure my next visit is complete before 3pm.

This place was horrible! Left my laundry there to get done and two Tshirts came back with holes in them. Ran into owner and he was super rude. Will never go back there again!

Posted hours are until 11:30pm walked up there and someone was still inside, said her boss said she could close at 4pm, which it was 3:55pm, then why have posted hours?
