I love this place. The staff is soooo friendly and helpful. It is super clean, even the bathrooms (yes, theres rust or something is cracked, but it is CLEAN). The machines work well - I only need to put my clothes through one cycle in the dryer and theyre dry! Rare for a laundry mat. Plenty of space and seating. All the coin machines work. Its great.

The man there this afternoon around 6pm had that place nice and clean. I duly note this bc it was my first time there..... if I should ever need a coined washing machine.... this is my place! Nice and clean.

The attendant is very nice and accommodating. The place is clean and they have a variety of sizes of washers to handle any laundry need you may have.

Large laundry mat, clean, not crowded and affordable. The machines are excellent and the staff is very good.

Love bringing my laundry here it’s very comfortable and relaxing. Tons of washers at various different sizes dryers also have options. They have a coin machine that goes up to 20$. Laundry detergent is also available for sale. Bring your tablets or computers there’s free WiFi available also! I love this place and would recommend it to anyone! 🤙🏾🙌🏾 ps. They have really amazing dryers very fast and easy wash and dry! ❤️

This is such a great laundromat pretty much the best one Ive ever used. They used to be super cheap but they raised the prices. I still come here because theres always an on-site person there to help out if your washer or dryer steals your money or just wont work and the customer service is absolutely top-notch!

I really love how late this place is open, it really works with my schedule.The washers and dryers are qaulity and there are a lot of them, overall clientele that come here are respectful people who don’t bother you and It cleaned my clothes well.Very pleased, thank you for offering something of true value. There was an older gentleman who was wearing a dish washing cloth as a mask and the attendant did nothing. The cloth hung down from nose and swayed, not covering his mouth. He kept roaming around the laundromat, drinking his coffee while exiting and entering several times. The male laundry attendant only kept speaking with the man about new years, where his mother is at and UT football. Ive been coming here since 2007, never will again. Way to enforce the Masks Are Required sign.

Machines work well but they do not take credit cards. Only coins although there is an ATM machine on site

Way too crowded on the weekends. Pick a slow weeknight to go and it will be more efficient.

I had a great experience doing the laundry for a year here.The owner was nice. He was very helpful whenever I had a trouble with the machine.Beside that, there are cool things to do other than watching tv. Even then the movie was also interesting.

The washers suck and it stinks bad

Ive been coming here for the past 6 weeks, every time I go its a quick visit. I dont have to wait for washers or dryers. Its clean and no one bothers you. Granted some of the machines are down, but its cool. Staff has always been pleasant.

If you have to wash your face covering make sure you bring a spare otherwise they will kick you out and you cant keep your eye on your laundry not all that clean. it is large so you can do a lot of laundry other than that its a decent place.

They actually have quarters in a coin shortage. My new favorite spot to do my clothes fast.

Nothing fancy. It’s a laundromat by my house. Not horrible. Sometimes some machines are out of order and most times it takes so long to dry our clothes completely. Tasty Mexican food trailer outside though.

GO HERE....Not crowded, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Feels like your in a sauna, but it is Texas and a laundry mat.... so you might shed some extra weight.... Amy’s ice cream is straight across the street..... I do get a lot of homework done here...

Why does mgmt take so long to fix things including washing machines and the water fountain? Its July in Central Texas and it just seems courteous to hv operative water fountains. People may need a drink or to fill their bottle. That said, I am grateful for this place as I prefer top loaders, and the price is right on them - the way it should be. Its usually very clean including bathrooms with a very friendly staff. And as others have said, plenty of seating. Probably due to the large student population in the area, the prices are some of the most reasonable. I hope they stay that way. Other laundromats Ive experienced in Austin are ridiculously high. I have been going here for years...and this laundromat has steadily gone downhill.One of my biggest peeves is that they don’t recycle (come on...this is Austin). Today I walked in to find 16 washers and 20 dryers “Out Of Order”. People were standing behind others waiting to get access to the dryers. Just pitiful. Broken equipment is common place here. Washers are not kept clean . . . are left filled with old powdered soap and softener. The owner obviously does not care. Employees are friendly though.02/25/20 UPDATE:This facility now has a new owner. Problems have been (or are being) corrected . . . Ive noticed a marked difference in the upkeep and while many of the machines are still out of order, it is obvious that the new owner is investing in the laundry mat. Glad to say that the terrific employees are still there, too! Adding 2 stars.

The place was clean, friendly. Actually had attendants that were actually helpful. Two TVs that kept me entertained. I was even comfortable with neighborhood, so much so, I walked to eat. Nice place.

Dryer #13 burned and ruined my Pottery Barn Down Comforter!! Attendant on duty was not very helpful and refused to call the owner, told me to come back on Monday (it was a Saturday afternoon). I have washed and dried this comforter exactly the same since I got it and the dryer not only burned the comforter but the dryer sheets were scorched as well. Attendant was not interested at all and didn’t inspect dryer or put a sign on it. I won’t go back just based on that experience. The comforter cost $300 and like I said, no previous issues and I don’t have a w/d at home so have used several different laundromats over the year I’ve owned it without issues. I blame the dryer, not the owner but the owner for hiring the attendant...

I just have to update my review. I really love this place. It is accessible by public transportation. There is even ice cream across the street and a taco truck right outside. There are toilets available. There are tvs to watch while you wait. The owner just replaced several washers of various sizes and prices. The dryer prices increased but are clean, large and HOT, bravo. There are several coin machines available and a very helpful and nice bilingual staff to assist you when trying to figure out how to use the machines. There is plenty of seating while you wait and its always calm and clean.

Been going there over the years as time goes so does quality, upkeep,.there is never HOT water I hate to write this but its the truth and there is no refunds for anything wrong....it was not always like that. The help there is great but they can only do.so much.

The operator here WILL move your laundry and completely deny the fact. I found my clothes stuffed into a machine in the single load section after the manager lead me there after complaining and insisting for 20 minutes that I used a specific machine . Im fairly sure they dig through your laundry and rifle through. Never had this issue but this new employee is dealing dirty.

The machines work, theyre a fair price, its reasonably clean, theyre open late, and theres plenty of parking. Those already put it a step up from other laundromats. I couldnt get the WiFi to work from two different devices, even with the evening assistant helping me, and they need to do some repairs to the ceiling. Theres room for improvement.

The lady who was working tonight was staring at me and my boyfriend with a dirty look the entire time (got her on video), the washers didnt clean my clothes and left washer hole stains on my pillow, and the dryer sheets were all out. Not to mention, no A/C so it was hot as hell, and the wifi sucks. I am NEVER going back....EVER!

Does not take CCs. The other SpinCycle has the ability to use a CC instead of just coins.But this place was clean and pretty good prices for both wash and dry.

Helpful staff refunded my money when the drier want working properly. Theyve got a lot of double triple & even quadruple front loading washing machines

My go-to laundromat. They have wifi, most of the machines always work, and people are usually friendly. It gets a bit warm in there sometimes (hmmmm wonder why, maybe its ALL THE DRYERS- not much they can do there)... It gets the job done for sure.
