Literally have been going to this place since I was a baby. Clean, friendly service, quick to get things done, cheap. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because sometimes the large washers and dryers are reserved for staff usage only, and the machines wont even be getting used at the moment.

I took a Lyft to this place and got there at 7:40. The doors were locked and the employee came and told me they closed at 8. I pointed out that it was before 8, like the sign said on their door. He walked inside and locked the door. When he let someone out 5 minutes later, I again asked to wash my clothes as it was 7:50 now, I had already paid for my ride over there. He started yelling at me, “you are making me angry!” I left and came back the next morning. Left my number for a manager to call me back. Was instead called by the employee who verbally berated me and refused to connect me to a manager and hung up.

The best darn laundry mat Ive ever been to. They have a huge 9 loader washer and awesome dryers. The staff members are down-to-earth, resourceful, and very friendly.

Don’t use this place. Dirty machines, no customer service. Their machines left grease on all my clothes and there was no one in the store to talk to.

Love to wash here because its close to my house.

They have good working washers, a clean place to do your laundry and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

They have a Wash n Fold service which is convenient if you have the means. Sadly many of the machines are in disrepair and it is quite expensive compared to other similar places. The most frustrating thing for me is that they call themselves a coin was but the machines do not accept coins. Also they are not requiring customers to wear masks even though the state requires them and they could be fined. This business generally pays no regard to customer experience or safety for their employees and patrons.

Great place to wash great service

I see alot of bad reviews but for me, this was the cleanest places I have been to. The 2 employees who were there were very helpful!! It is a pain to have to buy a card to put your money on but it wasnt that bad. Just cant lose that card since we had to pay a dollar for it!!

Machines work well, dryers are fast! You use a reloadable card for the machines. So you dont need change. Use cash or cards to reload. Some machines were not working but its close by and reasonable prices.

It’s supposed to open at 8 due to Corona I showed @ 11 the doors was locked , I was outraged having to stand in the heat waiting on the opening associate to just make it to work on time! Stood outside dreadful 35 MINUTES JUST fOR NOBODYYY TO STILL NOT SHOW! Can y’all please hire reliable employees!

Clean. Friendly. Now they use the card system so no more dropping coins. 😆. Clean restrooms. TV and free Wi-Fi. Snack and drink machines. (Drinks were empty tho😒) and it seems theyve added a few bigger washers. Great for those huge comforter sets or big plush toys.

Good place they will wash your clothes and fold them. But just didnt like the fact that all the coin machines were broke/out of order and also you have to purchase a card in order to wash but even when you do that you still run into issues

I recently moved to moved to Austin and moved into a space without a washer and dryer. I can not be more happy with my 7 interactions with Coin Wash and the Staff that I have interacted with. Im a Welder/Fabricator by trade so my work clothes are DIRTY, I do separate my work close from other Laundry, but all my laundry comes back very clean and smelling good. Im grateful to have found them! I highly recommend there Wash/Fold Services!!!!

Mika was so helpful to me and helping me get my comforters in large towel loads washed. I was a little skeptical about bringing my belongings to a laundromat but she made me feel comfortable leaving it there. You dont find many employees as good as her. 5 stars of the way

Nice staff washer and dryers work excellent

More than half of the machines are broken and all of the $2 basic washers are out or service, its just dirty and gross. Gonna go elsewhere from now on even though this is most convenient.

On Sunday the machines were either broken or in use so I decided to use their same day fluff and fold service. 6 hours and $25 later I get my two loads of clothes back in a large plastic trash bag. I got home and found all of my clothes (especially my work clothes/scrubs) were not only wrinkled to hell but so scorched from the dryer that there were burns on my shirt and pants.

EXPENSIVE LAUNDRY MACHINES. MOSTLY ALL OF THEM ARE OUT OF SERVICE THEY DONT BOTHER TO FIX THEM , REALLY DIRTY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service. They are basically customer repellents!! I would give it zero stars.

They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I put $20 in a coin machine and only received $10 worth of quarters. After the owner checked the camera, he lied and said I didnt put the money in. The lady who works with him said I used the money to buy a soda I already purchased. When I asked the owner what I should do, he told me to call he police. When th police arrived he left with only the black lady who works with him. The police asks if they had a card and she said no. She told the police officer she can call the owner on the phone.I over heard them talking about me before the police arrived saying thats why they dont like balck people and theyre black themselves and the owner is asaian. and on top of it all, there is no air conditioning in here.

One of the workers was outside in his car downing a 40. Washed our clothes and when we took them out the dryer they smelled like piss. Went to a different place. Roaches were in the screens of the machines, running around. Very dirty place.

Says they open at 7 am but there wasnt anyone there to open the doors way past 8 am .

The lady working here is horrible and lied to me I couldnt buy laundry detergent because she has no change?where is the owner Im not letting her get away with her bad attitudecand lies

The staff here will not refund your money when the machine does not work and looks for a reason to blame you instead then they dont speak English at all if you ask for the manager they walk away and dont respond to you i will never come here even if its the last place on earth.
