This laundromat is suffering neglect. Its in a great area but unfortunately the dryers are broken and are not being repaired. The washers are now starting to suffer the neglect as well. Its kept clean and the attendant is friendly.

Lies. Says it closest 11:00pm. Showed up at 9:30pm just to dry clothes and the lady tells me they are closed…. Bad for business when on website it clearly says it closes at 11:00 pm

Would have liked to given 4 stars however the biggest issue. Piece of advice when you start your machine washing machine make sure the handle is fully closed. If not youll think that it didnt read the card and scan it again. Youre going charged double. Theres no indicator to tell you its fully closed and they will not refund you. What I believe is an error on the manufactures side. Or maybe even the Wasa terior itself trying to make a little extra money.

Went to wash some big things. Clean and well priced.

This place is awesome, any machine issues they will provide free wash or dry to compensate you. They are covid19 compliance, you can not get in without a mask, very clean, good machines, and they take card or cash. They have detergent, fabric softener, chips, drinks, inside.

I come to do my laundry here regularly and I havent had any problems, it is also one of the more cheaper options that I have found in the North Austin area. Tons of different sized washers and at least 50 industrial sized dryers. They also offer a free dry two days of the week (Wednesday and another day that I cant remember of the top). Theres always one attendant on hand.

The establishment is physically open with no attendant if you have an issue. Good luck reaching someone on the telephone.

There are a lot of trashy laundromats nearby but this one has class. Lots of machines. Free drying!! The staff here was very helpful and the clothes came out great.

Dryer number 66 has been broken the whole afternoon. I just wasted a whole hour trying to dry my clothes there. And the first time the clothes came out wet I requested assistance from one of the staff members to have my clothes moved to another dryer and have them swipe their card so that I didnt have to spend money again and she said that could not be done. She said the machine had stopped and all I had to do was start it again. I did that and came back another half hour later to find my clothes half dried and wrinkled. I did not bother to ask this girls name (petite, young girl with hair dyed in light brown highlights) because clearly she did not know what she was doing and she was wearing earphones while I was trying to explain the situation to her. I ended up just leaving and telling her again she needed to put a sign on the dryer because it was not working! To this, she responded with a simple ok, thank you. So point of this review. Hire people who have a basic understanding of customer service and just basic manners in general! I never had a problem before at this place until they started firing people and hiring new ones.

Love this place. They have a certain time for free drying. Its always very clean. Their staff is very helpful and kind.

Clean. Dryers free if you wash there. Always an attendant present. They also have giant machines you can wash comforters and bulky stuff in.

It was my first experience at a professional laundromat, and I was blown away by the quality of customer care. Helpful staff, clean facilities, and my laundry got done fast.

Bad place the clothes doesnt wash well and is very expensive

I got there at 9:40pm theres a sign that says last wash is at 10:00pm but the doors were locked and the lady inside said they were closed.

It is not good loundary no public restrooms for customers, you should go somewhere else if need to go restroom I dont know why city of Austin is not fine them for not to have restroom for customers

Dryers free certain days and I usually only spend 2-5$ on my clothes.

There prices are the cheapest in town , very clean and friendly .

On Sunday, February 16, the place was very congested and almost 50% of the machines out of service, so I forgot some packages. At 2:30 in the morning I went to look through the windows, if my packages were there, and the lady scared me like I was a stray dog, even though I wrote on paper the purpose of my presence there , he closed all the curtains so he couldnt see. But how curious; 100% of the machines, balers and washing machines, and all full of white pieces, were working. I have photos and video.

Those who attend have a bad attitude, it seems that it bothers them to serve people, personally I have seen and heard that they treat people with pride.

The dryers are free ... but be careful it is a lonely area on Tuesday, December 15, they entered to assault the jewelry that is inside this laundry ... therefore I would not return ...
