Ive had nothing but wonderful visits to this office! Every single employee Ive come into contact with here has been kind, patient and helpful, from the office staff (reception/billing), to the nurses & doctors. I was a new patient with a sudden onset of strep that would not resove with antibiotics. I was able to get an appointment scheduled in less than a weeks time with Dr Winegar. He was very straightforward, honest and thorough with his diagnosis and information regarding a potential tonsillectomy. He performed my tonsillectomy and saw me twice after surgery for follow-up visits to check my healing progress. He and his nurse, Tara, are amazing. They always returned my calls quickly if I ever had a question pre- or post-surgery, and wait time in the office was always kept to a minimum. Highly recommend this office for all your ENT needs!!

It was my first time there and the staff were super friendly and knowledgable, and my doctor was kind and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. I dont understand the negative reviews about the receptionist as she. was patient and friendly as well. It took the doctor 15 minutes at most for him to come see me. I wasnt waiting very long at all. It might have been the least amount of time I ever had to wait for a doctor.

Disorganized and VERY unfriendly office staff. My original appointment with Dr. Whited was cancelled by Austin ENT Clinic b/c of his scheduling conflict so I had to reschedule - not a big deal. When I arrived to my newly scheduled appointment the front desk lady said she had no record of me, that I no-showed my original appointment (they cancelled on me) and that she would try and squeeze me in this morning. I couldnt believe it. I drove an hour and a half to get to this place and they lost my appointment that I just received a confirmation email for? Front desk lady was extremely rude and I walked out. I was looking for a second opinion on a serious vocal chord issue and never got to see a doctor. This is the exact opposite of an experience a patient wishes to receive. Look elsewhere - this office does NOT provide a positive patient experience.

I was cut off twice by the receptionist while trying to explain what was happening with my ears and why I was calling (are you new or returning patient are you requesting an appointment). After providing all of my information, I tried for the third time to explain to the receptionist the issues I was experiencing for context, she simply hung up on me. Avoid this place!

I feel bad for these doctors for having such a rude and terrible receptionist. I wasnt even ready to give the doctors a chance to see their service due to her ridiculous and unprofessional manner over the phone. They also have a parking garage that is only free for 30 mins and then you have to start paying, and everyone knows that you will never be in and out of a doctors office in 30 mins. I cant get over the fact that she was just getting worse and worse the more we spoke, and this was because she was asking for insurance information and couldnt get it right and I had to keep repeating. But she was the one losing her cool, not me! I had to cancel because I honestly couldnt speak to her anymore.

We came here to see Dr. Nowlan for my daughters congestion and it was found that she needed to get tubes in her ears. The doctor was great to see and he was always profession and my daughter thought he was funny. The audiologists were also very professional and overall I would recommend this clinic to anyone. There is a parking lot next door for parking which is nice.

I would give no starts if I could. Went here for my newborns appointment waited in the waiting area over an hour. My wife asked where the restroom was to change our son she had to say excuse meTwice. The receptionist only wanted to scrollOn Facebook on her phone and ignored my wife. Finally they called us back late then told us they dont know how long it will be there 2 more people ahead of us. It is not okay to have a newborn waiting for hours in and around possibly sick people. We took our information and left. We will find a clinic where the staff is not rude and inconsiderate !

If you are searching for a hearing aid provider and audiologist Austin ENT Clinic is the place to go.It isn’t often that I leave a medical office by hugging the practitioner. But that’s what happened to me yesterday. I went to see Elaine Leatherwood with three pairs of hearing aids given to me by a friend. Right now I can’t justify buying my own and these were basically my only chance for hearing aids.Elaine was incredibly professional, caring and knowledgeable. Even though what I presented her was not state of the art, or a brand Austin ENT sells often any more she worked miracles as far as I’m concerned. Because she has a wealth of experience and a long (not TOO long) history as an audiologist, she was able to find out dated software that worked with my “new” outdated aids. If I had gone to anyone with less experience I’m sure I would have walked away unsatisfied-and still somewhat deaf. While my case was not the norm, Elaine treated it with the same professionalism and competence I’m sure she shows everyday. But the thing that stood out was her determination to make the old hearing aids work for me. I felt that she was willing to take the extra time and effort to see that, if possible, I could walk out hearing more than I have in years. She also asked an insurance coordinator to help find me a hearing aid provider that’s within my network. That woman was way more competent that all three of the folks I spoke to at my insurance company. Even Elaine’s intern offered me great information and help.In short, my experience was the stuff dreams are made of. Elaine and the Austin ENT Clinic staff deserve all the kudos I can give. Many thanks and congratulations.BRAVO!

Called to set up an ENT appointment. Talked to a rude receptionist named Jill. She had a very bad attitude and hung up. As a result I will not be a patient at this clinic.
