Super polite and professional. I was accidentally directed to this office instead of the South Austin location and thought I would miss my appointment but the staff and PA, being very understanding, went ahead and saw me. I did not see a doctor but was treated by the PA (Yarotsky) who was amazing and very thorough.

The staff at this office are extremely polite and cordial. This impressed. They communicated great about insurance and billing details. I saw Mark Dammert. Top notch guy, very thorough, and personable. Would highly recommend this Doctor!

The staff was super nice but visiting this doctor is a complete waste of time. The doctor was rude, abrupt, and wouldnt listen. He came in with my diagnosis papers already printed out before he even did an examination! When I tried to ask questions I got dismissive answers. I was even told that me and my family hillucinated symptoms and that I never had them to begin with, he even went so far as to say hed stake his career on it. Kind of hard to fake a red swollen ear drum, bad enough my sister made an exclamation of disgust when she saw it, but yeah were all crazy i guess! Then when I tried to ask questions to insure the diagnosis fit my symptoms and I just got vague answers like possibly and maybe. The doctor even said its not my expertise at one point even though we were talking about ear and throat problems! Dont bother with this location see one of the other doctors.

One day I wake up and my ear is clogged. CVS gives me Sudafed, nothing - minute clinic tries there best but hurts me so bad I can’t take it. I come here and they were kind, professional and competent. Got all my wax out, that had been building for who knows how long, efficiently and was provided with antibiotic treatment. Life savers as far as I’m concerned.

Dr, Mark Dammert is the best doctor Ive ever been to see. Hes not only an excellent doctor but a really great guy as well. I couldnt ask for a more personable and caring doctor in times of worry and concern about my health. I also think that all the personnel in the Eiger Rd. office are very friendly and professional. Their empathy, competence, and patience with me made the whole experience very reassuring.

Pretty disappointed with my visit to this clinic. I went for my first visit to get some meds for my ongoing allergies. The Dr came in and did an examination and asked if he could look up my nose to see if I had possible polyps. Seems pretty simple, so I agreed. He proceeded to numb the area so I wouldn’t feel anything. Nothing injectable just a spray. He gave it a few minutes, looked up my nose and said everything looked fine. Again, great news and it reminded me of my regular Dr looking in my ear when I have my checkups. Well, 6 weeks later I got a huge bill in the mail from this office charging me for my “in office procedure”. Never was I told that this would be an additional charge with my insurance company as the Dr made it seem like this is normal protocol. I called the office when I got the bill asking for an explanation. The person who I spoke too had no sympathy and never apologized and just responded with that it was an additional charge and how did I want to take care of it. I spoke to their billing department as well and also got the same response. Be cautious using this office as they will charge you extra for things that may sound “routine”.

Went in the office is dirty the staff is rude. When I went in one of the reseptionists was screaming at a patient over the phone about a payment then when the call was ended her and her coworker laughed about the woman saying personal information which is a violition of HIPPA then I got back into a room never saw a doctor cause the insist that even if your insurance covers the visit you must pay 15 percent of the cost. Legit just gouging people for money. When I asked if I could pay ten and more on payday I was told to reschedule I left dont go there. I was just trying to get my nose bleed under control

Dr. Dammeret was warm, professional, and very thorough in his assessment of my situation taking time to fully and clearly explain everything and answer all my questions. He gave me the pros and cons of all treatment options without pushing any of them. I would highly recommend Dr. Dammeret to anyone in need of an ENT.

I give zero stars but it won’t let me. The reception and nurses team were wonderful. Dr. Shepherd is rude, lazy, and dismissive. He was cold right off the bat. Then he made assumptions, refused to run tests, and blatantly didn’t care. He didn’t take me seriously and beyond that, he has blatant disrespect for everyone else in the medical field. I cannot say about the other doctors there. But he was horrible enough that I will never return.

I could not have been more impressed with Dr. Dammert and his staff. Everyone at this location is so pleasant and professional. Ive been there twice and Dr. Dammert is very thorough in his treatment. You dont feel rushed at all and leave feeling very informed and confident in your treatment. I hope I dont have to return, but if I do Ill be using this doctor.

Doctor Shepard was the ENT I took my son to visit. My son has sleep apnea and reoccurring tonsillitis, the doctor was very upfront honest and really good with my son. He listened to my concerns and answered all questions before I even asked. Very satisfied with the care my son received.
