I love this place. The people are very friendly and kind. They are knowledgeable about the products and the app that I use to control my hearing aids.If you need a hearing exam and evaluation for hearing assistance, I would highly recommend New Sound Hearing Centers.

Service was excellent , people did excellent job; only question I have for upper management is “Why do I never seem to see the same people on quarterly visits?” Realize pandemic played havoc with things, but every visit is new people.

Arrived 10 minutes early for 1:30pm appointment and, after 1/2 hour wait, had to leave because ride was waiting. Am disappointed that you have reduced staff and now seem to no longer have audiologists.

I picked up a device returned to replace a failing battery. The device was returned sooner than anticipated, I received a review to correct a fit problem detected from the initial purchase in 2020 and my annual follow up test was scheduled.
