Great service. Closed on property purchased from a non US citizen. Added complications to the transaction. Knew exactly what to do and had all of the answers to my questions at the time they were asked. Sellers had difficulty making closing time. Agent stayed very late to meet sellers to complete closing. Completely above and beyond normal expectations. Customer service is first priority with this office.

Team Davenport was excellent! Kaeri kept us up to date with all of the information we needed ahead of our closing, and Mark made the actual closing day a breeze. Their office is a very comfortable environment to finish the last step in the home buying process!Also, I really liked that they packaged up our copy of all the documents into a bound book and gave us PDF copies on a thumb drive. This will make hanging onto everything simple!
