Ive always had an excellent experience when I have an issue with a broken device: be it a cracked phone screen or in the case of today, a piece of a charger stuck in the charging port of my iPad. Jason was able to use a tool to pop the stuck piece out right there, and didnt even charge me for it. Great group of people, great business.

I brought in my husbands I PAD Pro for repair. They found the charging port was not working along with an internal part that needed replacing. This was not an easy repair job as they had to be careful the screen would not break when they took it apart. They kept me up to date during the process and the I PAD came back repaired perfectly. I needed my iPhone battery replaced after work. Called them and they said they could get me in and out quickly. Showed up and was helped immediately. The battery switch out took only about 10-15 minutes. I’ve had my battery replaced before elsewhere and Hi-Tech was much cheaper. I got the high capacity battery for cheaper than a regular battery at the other place. I highly recommend these guys.

I tried to make an online appointment which did not work. The price online for my repair was cheaper than what I was quoted, Jason said he would honor that price. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm & was told it would be ready when I got there after work (approx 530pm). I was able to have someone else drop it off, closer to 1130am - 12pm. When I went to pick it up it was not ready & I was told the screen was being picked up as the one they were trying to use there was an issue. That meant that it was not worked on until right then. So having it dropped off early did not help, my appointment time meant nothing & the biggest issue I had with it was that nobody called me to give me a heads up that it would be longer & that there was an issue. Once the repairs were completed & I was paying, Jason said I will go ahead & discount you $15. I even gave him a tip because I am a nice person & I tip. When I looked at my receipt that was texted to me when I got home I noticed that his nice $15 discount was off the wrong price & not the online price. Yes I still saved $5, but that is not what HE stated to me that he was discounting me. When I called him today to tell him & I started off that I was NOT asking for anything back but just to let him know, the entire conversation was argumentative & rude. His answer was You still got it for cheaper than you expected. Yes that is true, but when someone is calling you to inform you of the error, and not asking for anything in return, but just to inform you of it for next time or the next customer, you do NOT have to be rude! I was not going to write a review until todays phone call & how rude he was when I was just pointing out what had happened.

We went in with an iPhone that’s charging wasn’t working, we would’ve had to wait a full week just to have apple or Best Buy look at it and Jason fixed it in two minutes, it was a simple fix that at any other store they probably would have charged us a lot but he did it for free!!! I apologize as I am posting this review about 4 months after my experience... but its better late than never! I had a fantastic experience. Jason was so easy going and professional on the phone when I scheduled a time for me to come in and drop off my iPhone. I felt like I had known him for years. I was in and out within 30 minutes. He even promised to put my shattered screen on the wall! I felt like I got special treatment since he went above and beyond and let me watch him do the repair (how cool!). He gave me great advice on getting a new phone case, (and in fact, he gave me this really cool orange and black Otter Box case that I absolutely love). Next time I have any phone problems (which is likely as my iPhone SE is quite terrible), Im going back to Jason. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S7 outside on the concrete a few days ago and cracked my screen. That was the first time I had ever done that without having a protective cover on it. Thankfully, only the glass was damaged and not the LCD, so I came across Hi Tech Gadgets and am grateful I did because they charged me half as much as what other companies did to replace it, and they were able to get me in next day!Although they didnt have the gold glass like my phone, they replaced it with a white one which was just as great as the other one. No issues at all! I really appreciate the prompt service and excellent care of my phone. Not to mention they had one S7 case there that one of the guys was selling personally and it was perfect timing. My phone is fully protected now!

So we visited here only to be toldthe ONLY way is to WIPE ITWell,,, she researched and kept trying and was able to reset the password herself. WITHOUT WIPING IT!!!It was a long process. Beware!!! They had an IPhone X advertised on Craig’s list for $400.00. I messaged them if it was still available without discussing the price. When I visited to check out the iPhone the sticker was marked $500.00. I informed him that his CL ad said $400.00. He looked in the computer and ran to the back to change the price, than like a wise a** asked me if I had proof of the $400.00 price. All he had to do was tell me they made a mistake on the listing. I took my iPhone 6 Plus in because my Siri couldn’t hear me. That was the only problem. I get it back and my Siri is working but now my back camera is broken. I called them up and said hey my back camera is broken now what happened. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault the camera didn’t work. So I took it to another place to get fixed and they said it wasn’t my fault and that the camera was physically broken. When I mentioned this to Jason he got mad and yelled at me and my wife and said because he didn’t fix it that it’s not under warranty and he wouldn’t fix what he broke. Don’t go here there not trustworthy.
