The guy at the front Desk I think Junior is a great guy. Easy to talk to, willing to help. Truly does his job with a great level of excellence. Makes this location outstanding. They did fix my phone and Im thankful.

I made an appointment to see them and arrived early but no one was there...for over half an hour. I tried calling a million times and nothing. There were vague signs on the door but didnt indicate that the store would be closed on the day I was there. I called the Anderson location and no one answered there either. Luckily, the Cedar Park location answered (they are a franchise and way better managed) and I was able to get an appointment there.

I left laptop here to fix a battery, they couldnt do during four weeks. When I called them multiple times but every time they couldnt give me answer and promised to call back, but it never happen.Worth service experience in my life.

My experience with uBreakiFix has been poor. The online appointments are not real. They are not connected with the store, they just drive traffic to the stores, and they dont seem to know you have an appointment. In the past they have sent us somewhere else because they only fix recent models. If your screen is more than two models behind they wont have the parts (my experience with Pixels). Also they do not fix Samsung tablets. Why would the online appointment allow me to schedule if they contractually cannot fix Samsung tablets. Best to call, if you can even get through (I couldnt), to verify they can service your device! This company doesnt even know why they are driving away business.

Absolutely the worst attitude Ive received in customer service interaction. They managed to fix the issue at the very last minute but not before I was near tears and ready to completely lose my mind. Brought phone in for cosmetic screen repair. Received no email notifying that they only had one screen left to replace it and it happened to be just as defective as my old one. Replaced it without my knowledge or consent with the defective one and then when I came in the next day to pick it up, they tried to charge me $200 for it. Make it make sense. And all the while, the attitude. You would have thought I was the one in the wrong. In the end, the manager magically appears from the back with a working screen for my phone and charged me full price. Had the audacity to claim that my time was invaluable to him and also had the nerve to speak over both my aunt and I over the situation. Hardly an apology. You really can not make this stuff up. I will never return there and no one should either. Oh and my phone has been acting really glitchy since then....I am suspicious of what they did to it because it was not doing this before they touched it. Never again.

Horrible service. Said gonna order a screen for my laptop. Two months later still waiting for that screen. Did you guys go to the moon to get it? When called to say that I will have to cancel on the repairs the guy was super salty and rude. Never ever again! I rather learn myself how to fix electronics than go to you guys!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! I dropped my laptop off on August 5th. I have a service ticket that says I was supposed to hear back with a diagnostic report and repair price quote in 3 business days. I called earlier this week and was told someone would call me back the same day with an update (which they did not). It is August 16th and I have called the business 10+ times over the past two days. Nobody will pick up the phone, and the voicemail box is full. I stopped by today to pick up my laptop, and the store is closed with the lights off. (They are supposed to be open until 7pm today and it is 2:15pm). This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m attempting to call UBreakIFix customer service, but have not yet received an answer.

DONT GO HERE!!I was skeptical about leaving a review then I noticed so many negative reviews back to back. I came here for a phone cracked screen repair from Asurion. The guy that was at the counter simply said oh no we dont do that here. I was confused simply because the Asurion representative told me to come to this location. So I relayed that to him and he said ugh, they do this all the time, no we dont fix insurance phones after a few minutes of arguing back and forth. I left and called Asurion, they apologized and sent someone to my house and had my screen fixed in the technicians car. From what Ive been reading in comments. This locations needs vigorous training or a whole new staff.

What a bunch of clowns. Store was to open at 10:00 yesterday 6/26. There were eight people in line already by 10:05. Workers showed up at 10:35, didnt bother with Sorry to keep you all waiting, and explained Im not the one that is supposed to open today so dont blame anything on me Millennials- just wont own a thing, take any responsibility, or offer a simple Sorry about that. Few times in a row we can’t get service. The first time they can’t fix our iRobot. It’s fine. The second time they can’t fix my phone, but it’s also fine. But the last nail in the coffin was our drone. We gave it in January and still have not received it back😳It’s unbelievable!

Not super sure why they have a phone if it always goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message... trying to figure out why we got an email stating that our PS4 was fixed and ready to be picked up, but we just tried it and the problem is still there. No one ever called to discuss replicating, or not, the problem on their end or kept us up to date with what was happening. Love to find out what’s going on! LEARN FROM A SINGLE MOM! new in Austin with barely enough $$ to get by, DO NOT COME EVER TO THIS LOCATION!! as i separated from my husband and in need to start a new life i figured the last hope for my daughters to avoid depression from losing everything they had was nowadays every kids love for video games while i had to leave them alone bcs someone had to make money right, took their ps4 for a clean up bcs the fan was terribly dusty and loud, this guys had the odacity to never pick up the phone over more than two weeks having me driving over and over to not find an answer, when i finally was able to pick it up i was told it was checked and repaired when it clearly had heavy dust on the exterior plus i brought it back in worse condition 😡, i knew they were just trying to lie but let alone the terrible stress they put one more of who knows how many more customers is the fact that they continue on business lying to many more innocent neighbors, i understand my case didnt take that long compared to others but is frustrating and sad when u put your trust in someone that will throw down the drain the efforts that someone else makes to aquire something expensive and they dont even realize the meaning of the value, sometimes is not just material is crucial tools that save our lifes in a way 😡😡😡

Do not use this business. Dropped off a PC and they said they would call with an estimated price for the fix in 3 business days. I didn’t hear from them and called with no answer. Called again the next day for them to tell me they will call me back. They did not. Now I am sitting in front of their store to pic up my PC and it’s 4:45 on a Monday and no one is at the store when it states their business hours are mon-fri 10am to 7pm. DO NOT GO HERE

Almost 3 weeks “waiting for parts to arrive”, when I call them they tell me the parts only take a week to get there, the first guy told me 3 business days. At this rate it’s gonna be a month without my Samsung device. Would go elsewhere.

I brought my phone in with a cracked screen. They were able to repair it in about 2 hours. I had arranged the repair through Google Fi so Im not sure what they would normally charge but Fi charged me $50. The repair was very well done. The phone feels like new. I cant detect any seams or edges and the screen is bright. Ill be coming here for any future repairs.

These guys are true professionals. Ive never been one to review businesses but the customer service I received here was top notch and my all around experience was so pleasant and stress free I would be remiss if I did not tip my hat to these folks. I absolutely Love this location! My boyfriend and I came to them with a Samsung s Note 10 that had been receiving a low temp message and would not charge etc., and the staff/ techs there was Amazing! They were not sure there was anything they could do for his phone but decided to take a look at it to try and help us out anyways. After about 1 hour 1/2 we got a call and they asked us who last repaired his phone and showed us pictures of the inside of his phone; there were screws missing/ no adhesive from the place that repaired his cracked screen before them! After they screwed everything in, the phone was working fine! They were kind enough to not even charge us! They were so very helpful and knowledgeable about his phone that we won’t go anywhere else in the future except for ubreakifix!!! Thank you guys!!!Update on his phone: unfortunately, his phone had been left too long unscrewed and missing life’s etc that he will have to end up getting a new phone and we tried to get a refund from the other repair shop but they absolutely refused since he had a tony crack in the corner of his screen. I found uBreakiFix when I was in need of a place to fix my drone. Not many places will even look at them anymore. They said they would be happy to look at and diagnose. Turns out a few of them had their own drones in the past and they knew what they were doing. My controller would not sync with the aircraft and there could have been a number of reasons why it was doing this. They had the drone for about 4 days when I called to check the status. They began to explain to me that the firmware updates had not been installed and since this particular drone was no longer in production or supported by the manufacturer there was not much they could do to get it working. Although I was devastated that I jut bought a used drone that did not work, they had bent over backwards to try and find a solution. They tried to get the old firmware updates to install from a number of sources, including the manufacture. They tried other options to get it working but they could not. It turns out that if you dont install the firmware in the order it was released your entire unit will not work. I am very grateful to these guys and how much effort they put in trying to help me. I will go to them for all of my electronic needs. They are terrific and I highly recommend them!!

If I could give negative amounts of stars on this review I would. Not only was my switch in their store waiting for parts for 9 days the lack of communication and the attitude I recieved when I would call to check in on status was ridiculous. In what world does it take 9 days to get in a part for an electronics screen replacement company? YOUR WHOLE JOB IS REPLACING SCREENS! I only wish I had the knowledge to do it myself seeing as Amazon sells the part and guarantees shipment in 3 days. And when I went to the store to get my still not fixed switch I was greeted with a standoffish guy who when I asked for the manager said I had already talked to him on the phone and proceeded to walk away. Absolutely no solutions were offered or any type of positive customer service. Im glad they dont feel like they need my business because I will definitely not be going back and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Overall my experience was awful. The reason Im still giving 3 stars is because the poor guy was brought from San Antonio to cover for an undermanned store. Employees are nice, but I wouldnt recommend this place business unless you absolutely have to.

They fixed screen for Pixel 3a in April. Job was done quickly and for a good price. The repair was the same price as purchasing the replacement screen.Today the screen came unglued and I took it it. They replaced the mid-frame and reattached the screen for free and in less than 30 minutes.They will be the first option for future cell phone repairs

Im am blow away by the kindness and help from uBreakiFix it!! My spa was flooded due to the recent storm in Texas. One of my $4k machines was broken. My insurance would not reimburse me for the machine without a written diagnosis from a technician. Even though I sent a video that it would not work. I called the manufacturer of the machine but they said it could be up to 3 months for a diagnosis and I would have to pay to mail it to NV. I was freaking out and needed help immediately so I could resume business as quickly as possible. This was a microcurrent machine that tightens and lifts the muscle in the face. My clients come to see me for this service. I called 20 different appliance repair shops around Austin and now one could help me. I finally called uBreakiFix and the gentlemen said absolutely bring it in. I wish I could remember his name. He was so nice and helpful. He said he had just did the same thing for an eye dr. who had a damaged miscroscope. So I brought it in and he confirmed it was damaged. He typed up a receipt for me. I asked how much did I owe him and he said nothing. I cried with joy because I couldnt believe he did this for me. I was able to submit this to my insurance company and recieve a check to replace my machine. I am sooooo grateful for his kindness in helping me in this horrible time. I will certainly be bringing all my damaged electronics to this store in the furture!! :D

They fixed the back glass on my Galaxy Note 10+ in about an hour and fifteen minutes, super quickly. And the tech (Lucas I think was his name?) was hilarious and super nice. Also, the other tech, whose name I didnt get, fixed a minor issue with my husbands phone for free while I was there. Also, they were reasonably priced!

Quick check in, they got my phones screen repaired and in perfect conditions in just a few hours. Picked it up same day.Im very clumsy and dont know what Id do without these guys to get me back on track. The phone I broke this time was a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

They repaired my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The screen was cracked so I wanted it repaired so I could give it as a gift to my 14 years old daughter. They fixed it to Samsung standards and the price reflected it. $275.

Absolutely the best in town - Lucas went above and beyond he listened to my issues I was having with my IPhone - he didn’t have the battery I needed so he referred me to someone who could help me with one - then he discussed with me at length different phone options I can upgrade to when I’m ready - all while helping the other patrons that came in - I have a long background in customer service so I’m a pretty distinguished customer and I would give this place 5 stars - and the kolache place next door makes The Best Croissants!

$250 for a screen and battery replacement isnt the greatest, but the ability to walk-in without an appointment, drop-off, and pick-up in 2 hours makes up for that.My work phone is really important to me, and I thought I was going to be without for a day or two. I appreciate their hard work.

I could not say enough good things about this business and its owner Gary. I had a recent encounter with Cell helmet, it wasnt a huge monetary issue. I dont know know how Gary the owner found out about my issue, as I did not speak to him directly. I suspect, although he may not be on site, he takes a very keen interest in the customer service provided in his shop. Gary made sure my issue was dealt with, and he did it very timely and respectfully. I didnt think business owners like him existed anymore. He is the kind of entrepreneur I want to succeed!!!

If I could give 0 stars...I would. Specifically for their customer service. Called ahead and got a quote, somehow during the 8 minute drive the price of the repair went up $60. When I explained that that wasn’t the price I was quoted they said they could give me 5% off for the inconvenience. They “pretended” to call a manager and while we waited, another customer came in and had a similar issue and they accepted the price quoted and the pick up time because “he’d been there before”. We had been here before too, but nobody asked us! The lead tech, Michael, came out and tried to mansplane the reason for cost difference and when we were not going for it, he “invited” us to go somewhere else and to write an online review — so here I am Michael-the-lead-tech. I hope people read this and go somewhere else. Definitely don’t waste your time calling ahead to get a quote, that means nothing to these people. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time.

A little pricey but fast quality service

I would love to be able to give more stars. Dropped my phone off in complete working order to get the back glass fixed. Was told it was ready to pick up. Drove 45 minutes to get it only to find out it wasnt ready and my back camera was now broken. My camera worked fine when I took it in. Was told it was a problem with the phone and nothing they did. Clearly this is untrue as it was working fine when I dropped it off. Am now told they cant fix what they broke and I have to send it through my company and use my warranty to get it fixed. I wouldnt recommend them. I will say that the people I spoke with were apologetic and friendly. So I guess that counts for something.

Great customer service. I’ve been to this place maybe six times and half the time they talk me out of buying what I was planning to buy and give me a free cleaning. Today I thought I needed a new earpiece speaker for my phone (about $100). They gave me a free cleaning instead, which fixed it. I had to buy a phone cable for them to accept my money. I accidentally tried to buy the wrong one, which they noticed and remedied. It had been hanging on the wrong hook, so they charged me less. Nice people.

Theyre using OEM parts as far as I know, not third party replicas.If your phone is a couple years old and theyre opening it up for repairs ask what itll cost to have them also replace the battery if you intend to keep using the phone for a couple more years.

This place went above and beyond on fixing my phone with a cracked screen. I have been to other locations in Austin and they are awful. This location is out of the way but well worth the drive. I cracked my screen and Assurion sent me here for replacement (same day/$29 with Verizon/Assurion insurance) its primarily kids (18-early 20s/assumption) running this place. They were polite enough but it took over 4 hours to replace the screen while you wait and I was the very first person in the door when they opened. Very annoying to be without a phone for 4 hours in the middle of the workday (10a-230!!). Last year I had a screen replaced on my note 8 (this time was note10+5g) at the south Austin location and it took 25 minutes. Ill probably avoid this location in the future.

Took my iPad in to get the screen fixed. After I got it home the home button would get jammed underneath the screen and was unable to use it. I’ve taken it back in 3 times for the same problem and last time they told me of it did it again I’d have to pay for another part to fix it. After paying a large amount to get the screen fixed, and then it not being fixed properly I really feel like it’s their job to make sure the iPad functions properly and the customer is able to use their device properly when they pay to get it fixed.

I went in there today fearing the worst since my charging cable wouldnt stay in the charging port. Michael performed minor surgery (cleaned out the port) and got me back up and running in seconds. He even came out to my truck to help program something! Great service!! Thanks!!

Very expensive andvtricky

Very easy and fast process! Obviously it was expensive, but.. well, all phone repairs are and I expected it when I went in. The service was great though, very straightforward and easy, and the quality of the repair seems flawless, although if anything does go wrong its great to know they warranty the repair for 90 days.

Despite advertising otherwise, they are not able to work on Pixelbooks. They can only send them to Google, which they can only do with the original purchase receipt (which I dont have). Drove 100 miles (2 trips) to find out what they should have told me on the phone when I called to ask if they could work on a pixelbook. Or when I dropped it for diagnosis. Wasted half a day and half a tank of gas and still have a broken pixelbook.

These guys are my go-to guys for anything mobile repair related. Theyre honest, fast, professional, and I appreciate the fact that theyre very good about setting my expectations upfront on effort, cost, and timeline.Ive taken my wifes Google Pixel XL phone here twice now (they also repair Apple phones as well), and on both occasions, I couldnt be happier with the communication and the results. On the first occasion, they were able to fix a very obscure speaker issue that even the support techs at Google were not able to help me resolve. In fact, it was Google Support that directed me to the folks at uBreakiFix. The cost was reasonable, and I really appreciate the fact that there were no surprises. After a free diagnosis, they told me upfront what the repair would entail, and I had the option of agreeing to the repair. They offer a 90-day warranty on their repair, which really gave me confidence in their work and also reassurance that I could take it back if something went wrong once we left the store.On our most recent visit, my wifes phone had microphone issues. Heres the best part: During the diagnosis for this repair, they did a quick cleaning, and apparently, that alone resolved the issue. Since it was part of their routine diagnosis, they were again, upfront and honest about it, and they returned the now-fixed phone back free of charge! Good, honest company. Amazing place! I had a phone which the screen completely went out. I thought it was a goner. I brought it in just to see how much it would cost and see if it was worth saving or if I should just buy new phone. The staff was happy to take a look at it and do a FREE diagnosis (other places quotes me $70+ just to look at it). Turns out it was a loose cable inside and they fixed it up for me at no charge.
