I have gone here the past 3 years to get my car inspection. As always, great customer service and great experience. No wait time when I went and was in and out in about 15 min. The guy is super friendly and made it very easy to check in and out. Just make sure you have all your car paperwork and it will be a breeze.

This place pretty much robbed me!I took my car for a full synthetic oil change and was charged $129Job well done but the price was so high that I thought they were just desperate to make a buckWill never go there for anything EVER againThe actual mechanic heard me complaining about the price after the oil change was done and the proceeded to check the other fluids on my car.I guess he felt bad for what I was charged.Yeah! I rate this place a five star for over priced oil change

I came here for services I didn’t feel comfortable doing myself. They were professional, did an awesome job replacing my battery cables, redid the wires insulation and cleaned too. Pretty good price and in good time.I got my inspection here too. I wasn’t able to pass the first time but they helped me out to get it corrected and were able to get me taken care the very next day. I most definitely recommend coming here.

HONESTY - I went in for what I thought I needed, which was an alignment. it took the owner only a few minutes to let me know that what i needed was two new tires because one was splitting and about to blow. he directed me to a tire shop because he didnt have the size i needed.He didnt try to sell me what i didnt need and helped me get back on the road. you can bet i will be back to this shop the next time i need my vehicle looked at and worked on. honesty and integrity go a long way.

Mr Garcia, is a wonderful honest gentleman. His work is one of the most affordable and reliable that I have found in Austin. His shop and his work is very clean and thorough. Even if its far for you, he will be worth the effort. I had an alignment job that he completed. When I arrived, my vehicle had been diagnosed improperly by Sun Auto on Slaughter. He corrected the diagnosis and reassured me that the parts I needed to replace were minimal. Two years later and his diagnosis is still true. I only had to replace one tie rod end. Thank you you have a lifetime customer.

Nice guys and everything, however after a year of getting my muffler replaced, the welds were bad, exhaust was leaking, and the muffler cracked. Called to ask about a warranty and inquire about getting a replacement, but they never called me back. Pretty bummed because they seemed so nice

I showed up after hours on a Saturday with a blown out tire, they stayed late and replaced it with a good used tire for a good price and got me back on the road even though they were closed! They saved me a lot of hassle of trying to get my car to an open shop on Saturday evening since I had no spare tire. They didnt have to help but they did and they didnt overcharge me so Ill be coming back for sure.

I thought I would support local small businesses by picking this repair shop. Big disappointment. Dropped of my car to get my horn checked (horn switch on steering wheel did not work) and one break light was not working. Quote was $15 to $20. Technician called an hour later saying the horn switch is broken, can only be ordered with new airbag module. Estimate was $500 for labor and parts to fix the car. Investigating the broken horn switch and brake light bulb change was $50.I declined the horn switch repair - checked the horn myself and found a wire disconnected below the steering wheel - connected it and the horn worked again. The technician told me before he checked the wiring and the switch in the steering wheel was faulty. Wrong! I also checked with Jeep dealer and the horn switch can be ordered and installed separately (not that I needed one anymore) - a task that is very easy to do and takes less than 10 minutes to install. Very big disappointment with this repair shop: Wrong diagnosis, wrong parts recommended, misleading information to customer, too much time quoted.

We moved to Austin, 6 months ago and the hardest thing about a moved is finding the right business. Weve been to the local dealerships, Christian Brothers was a big disappointment, it was expensive, didnt fix anything and it turns out, I do not need half the stuff, they said we need it to get fix. I want to say Mr. Garcia and his son, fixed my husbands car, fixed our suburban and he was honest, his prices were fair(believe me, very fair), he didnt push stuff on us, he even told us, what could wait and what was need it, other shops always tell you you need it now...not Mr. Garcia. I found my mechanic, the most friendly, honest, mechanic Ive met in years.

Had my car towed over there and explained that Auto Zone cleaned terminals and tighten them after car had stopped on me. Garcias said 99% sure it was terminals but had to do diagnostic so would be 80.00. Later called me and said he changed terminals because not hooked up correct (although have been connected like this since I bought car) took car for drive to Brodie and back and ran good but kept stopping. Said he saw oil leak and would be over 500.00 to fix if distributor. I asked if he did diagnostic test and he said no, the 80.00 was for replacing the terminals. I could of done this myself, so he lied about the diagnostic test being done as he told me from the start. I would not recommend this place for changing terminals. Later a friend took a look, it was a hose that had busted and he replaced it. He did fix my truck once and he did a good job that time. Up to you .

Quick Easy Inspection

I was very happy with the service. They got me right in and took care of all my needs. I would recommend them for any of your needs.

The owner was so horrible. He doesnt know how to write english. Im deaf and i use sign language. He didnt clearly warn me that he will charge me for diagnosis. He didnt explain clearly. I was upset and i walked to my car. He was running to my car and took my key. Refused to give back. Then i Had to call the cops on him. Owner acted like childish. Greedy. Tricked me. He will do the same thing to you. Do not go to that shop ever again.

This is by far one of my worst experiences ever. i took my 2002 Chevy Caviler here to have the fuel pump replaced and have a new fuel filter installed. TED the owner was so rude and unprofessional not only did they severely over charge me for the work over 600$ for a job that took them about an hour i picked up my car assured everything was ready to go. the next day the car left me stranded at campus. i called and ted was like its not my problem after some back and forth he finally towed the car back to his shop once it arrived he called me and said there is nothing wrong the car is working fine . not only did he insult me but he also called me a liar i went and got the after arguing with him stating something was obviously still wrong i requested to see the receipt for the parts he placed in my car he refused and said i was insulting him. he told me to leave the car over night and he would check it in the morning the next day he said that he had it fixed and i could come get it. i drove the car to the as station right down the street went inside and when i came out the car didnt start. when io walked back over he told me once again its not his problem now Im stuck with a broken car and no money to fix it.. avoid this place like the plague !!!!!!
