Told sales person about the tight space they need to place this in off the alley. Several years ago, went through 3 Rolloffs in the same space. Sales person checked my address on satellite, looked at alley and said they could drop a roll off in that space.Driver showed up with a MASSIVE Kenworth (he was a nice guy). But there was no way he could get that huge truck around the corner into my yard from the alley. He even tried. But it wasn’t even remotely close.I signed their contract…so I’m out $85 (my bad…I trusted their sales person) for a “trip fee”. SOL.Scheduled with another company that specializes in going in to tight spaces with much smaller trucks. And they have no “trip fee” if they’re wrong about being able to complete the job.If sales person truly looked at the satellite photo and knew the size of their trucks, they would’ve declined the job. But they knew they’d get that $85 for just showing up.Again, I’ve put rolloffs in the same spot on three different occasions years ago. So I know it can be done. I’ve seen it with my own eyes.This company is unprofessional and I would suggest all stay clear.

Curbside folks were very professional. Quick response, flexible with dates I needed the bin, prompt and we didn’t even hear them pick bin up and we have 3 people working from home. Highly recommend

Was on my way to work and was almost hit by one of the drivers. Then he has the nerve to pull up next to me to try and start a confrontation! Driver was swerving all over the place trying to get down the ramp at it and Belleview this morning!!! WOW you would think they would hire people who drive better!!!! If the company is interested at ALL I have a truck # of #217!!!$

Talked to Tyler nice guy set everything up was super responsive and answered questions I had. One of the questions I had was if we overload the dumpster how much extra is it. He replied $35/ton. We ordered 3 dumpsters from them. The last one we “overloaded” because it didn’t make sense to order in another full dumpster for the 2 yards of extra debris we had plus it takes a couple days to order one in and get it hauled off. First time we called for the last one to be picked up they came and there was a car parked in the way so they “couldn’t pick it up” didn’t bother to knock on the door of the homeowner to ask to move their car. So they proceeded to charge me $75 even tho on the known they said $70 trip charge. I was upset but it was what it was. Called them up took them 2 days to come out to pick it up which I understand. They get out here and I get a call from the lady at the office saying they can’t take it because it’s filled to full. Now I’m upset they tell me it’ll be an additional $75 trip charge. So that’s $150 I’ve spent on trip charges. I told the lady Tyler told me if it’s “overloaded” they will charge $35/ton extra and she said well it can’t be filled over the line. Now I’ve been doing this a long time and pretty much every contractor I know fills the dam bin fuller than the line. Other companies I’ve used in the past (competitors of there’s) takes my dumpster every time even if it’s over the line. They charge me extra I don’t care we move on. The fact that they can’t/won’t take it is ridiculous. In the fine print of there contract I noticed that it says if you overfill you may be subject to DOT fines if they get pulled over. I mentioned that to the lady and I said why don’t you just take my dumpster and if you HAPPEN to get pulled over by the DOT send me the dam bill. I need my dumpster out of there my cusotmer has been waiting for a week now and she gave me an attitude saying oh well DOT fines can be $10,000 and we are trying to save you money since your complaining about the pick up charges you really don’t wanna pay for the fine too. (Mind you she said this with an attitude.) I proceeded to tell her not to throw an attitude with me but I’m upset because I feel like they misinterpreted what “overloaded” means and that it’s now going to cost me an additional $500 to send my guys and my driver down there to take and unload the “overloaded” part and take it to the dump. You would think that a customer who is upset and who feels like they have been lied too you would do something for like I don’t know refund them the $150 they took because they couldn’t get the dumpster picked up?! Had they done that I probably wouldn’t have had an issue and wrote this. Either way I would stay far away from this company. I’ll take my 3 companies business elsewhere.

They were great up until It came time to deliver the dumpster. They told me the day, but never the time. When I calle Ethel gave me a time window.... never showed. Called and they said they’d be there in an hour. An hour and a half later they came. Called and set a pick up day. The day was perfect because I was off work, and had to make sure to be there to lay down plywood boards so that the truck didn’t ruin my neighbors lawn. They said 3pm to 5pm.... truck never showed up!!! Called and left a voice message asking to call back to set up a day to pick it up, and that I was upset about the service.... never got a call back, and they just came super early the next morning without me knowing. Still haven’t heard from them. Don’t consider this company if you want decent sevice.

I have been there in the past and went there today because the City of Aurora has had an announcement on their web site for months saying that Curbside was offering free shredding for Aurora residents for the entire month of June. I took the time to pack up 6 boxes of documents that needed to be shredded and then spent my time and gas driving there only to be told that they changed their mind and are not going to be honoring the free shredding offer this month after all. I am really upset with this company and will never refer them to anyone again. They are very deceptive!
