These guys saved me!!!! They fixed my basement in NJ after giant storm and major sewage back up in my basement. It was awful but they responded quickly and they worked so hard! Had a strange musty smell coming from my 1st floor. Turned out to be sewage backed up in the crawl space. I have a large 1900+ basement/1st floor with only a 1 foot crawlspace. From the first time Servpro of Aurora showed up they were extremely professional, got all the water and sewage pumped out. The damaged section of the basement encapsulation membrane was also removed with zero residue left behind. They also brought in air scrubbers and high end air drying machines for the crawl space Super clean work, on time, responsive and highly professional. Estefany Sanchez, the Servpro Crew Chief made sure everything was done with zero issues and was in constant contact with me to reassure me everything would be taken care of. Thank you Estefany.

I am not much of a review guy but really feel compelled to share my experience with ServPro of Aurora. I woke one morning to a strange sound and quickly found that I had a pipe break and water was flooding my finished basement area. After getting through the panic stage and turning off the water to the house, I grabbed everything I could save.Not knowing even where to begin I blindly called ServPro for whatever assistance I could get. Very quickly, the owner had a couple of guys on site to check it out and I felt comforted rather quickly. It was very evident that they have done this before and knew what they are doing. They were extremely calm and professional while the world was spinning out of control on my side.From that point, they did everything---cleaned everything up---removed, saved, restored my furniture.....actually provided the carpentry to replace the damaged wall and flooring...assured that the area was clean of mold or any after effects. I could not be more satisfied.Most importantly, as a consumer--they really did everything and genuinely seemed to care about our family as people--not just another job. They were always professional, prompt and forthright in our conversations and really worked with us to satisfy our needs from the moment I made that first call at 5:45 in the morning until I got by basement back.I sincerely hope nobody has to go through the process of a broken pipe and the damage that occurs, but if you ever do---do not hesitate to reach out to ServPro of Aurora---they were really awesome when my family needed help.
