I’ve been coming here since I moved to Denver a year ago and they have never once disappointed!! I generally get dip manicures and today wanted something fun for a vacation I’m taking this week. Seriously such a talented group of people working there! And always so nice and kind with their services and professionalism. The nails always last about a month and have never chipped. Thanks so much guys for making my nails look so beautiful!!

My favorite nail salon in Colorado!! I literally drive all the way from the Springs just to be catered to here. I use the word “cater” because that is truly the experience you receive as soon as you walk through the door. Also, I love the fact that you can have more than one favorite nail tech here. I’ve had a different technician each time and all are equally as talented! This set was applied by “B” :) Appreciate you JT Nails 🥰

I have been coming here for about 2 years now. Pretty much biweekly for dip. I saw Amy when I first started coming and she was great. After she left I started going to Heidi who is AMAZING. She always does an amazing job and is always so sweet. It’s rare for me to continue going somewhere once who I was seeing leaves but I really love this salon. Plus the owners are so nice and have always been very attentive to everything.

I came to get a full set of shellac for my birthday, unfortunately, the nail technician did a poor job she seemed like she didnt know what she was doing and was shaking while doing my nails lol. They were way too thick, uneven, and lumpy. I paid $75 for this set and nails started falling off at 2 1/2weeks. What a waste of money.

Went for the first time today 04-02-2021 I did a walk in and saw that the place was packed. But even then I got seated immediately and had my nails started on in maybe 5 minutes. The place is very clean and they take great steps in cleanliness throughout the whole time. I kept my nails simple but even then its still a beautiful set! Absolutely love them, the lady was quick but still did an amazing job. I have found my new go to salon.

I went in for an appointment and wasnt happy I left a review I got a call the same day I left the review with an offer to come back and fix my nails I truly appreciate it I went in at my schedule time and Tims wife fixed my nails and Tim polished my toes!! He also offered to give me back half my money I told him I didnt want that I just wanted my nails fixed correctly!! Im Happythanks

I have been to this salon several times and I have always been so happy with how my nails look. Todays dip and art just put it over the top. I had made a quick appointment at the last minute at another salon to get a dip before I left on vacation and it ended up so terrible and bumpy, but I was stuck with it. As soon as I got back, I made an appointment with JT Nails and the amount of time and care my tech took on my nails absolutely shows in the finished product. I wont make the mistake of going anywhere else again

This nail shop is unprofessional!! You make an appointment with someone you prefer and they toss you to someone else. They over book and act like they don’t know that you made an appointment. Tim start you and hand you off to someone else. They can’t keep workers it’s always a new person. He handed me off to this girl I wish I got her name. She cut my finger made me bleed. Didn’t care at all. My nails were horrible! She slapped on acrylic thick and walked away! Tim came and said oh yeah it’s bad and tried to fix it! He didn’t care neither. My nails were ugly! He still charged me full price! Never again! Thanks for this horrible experience!

Pedicure not worth the money. Paint is sloppy and bubbly. I could painted my own toes at home better. And the heel of my foot is rough and dry. This is my 3rd time there. But my first time getting a pedicure. Definitely not satisfied. This is literally my feet in my car in the parking lot of the nail shop. How my feet still dry and rough!

Amazing job! Zoey was my nail tech. She removed the prior dip powder, advised on what was best, since I have natural long nails, and it came out beautiful 😍! Prices a bit high, but worth it!

I had an incredible first experience here. Went in for a rebase but my nail tech was knew my nails from a different salon were lifting and wouldn’t last. I got a new gorgeous set. I will definitely be coming back!

Good nail salon, decent salon prices, and very professional with you, but please don’t make an appointment for one thing then switch it to something else when you come in, these employees already work their butts off, and to deal with indecisive customers makes matters worse. As I said before it’s a good nail salon and the management and employees are awesome, 10/10 do recommend.

Since I moved to Colorado, Ive been to at least a dozen different nail salons before I finally found JT Nails & Spa. This is definitely the BEST Nail Salon Ive ever been to!Luxurious, Comfortable, Clean, Spacious, Relaxing... just a simply Beautiful and Tranquil atmosphere.The staff are extremely Knowledgeable, Talented and Friendly (but not too friendly - they always remain Professional first and foremost).The salon offers every service imaginable related to Nails, Waxing and even Eyelashes from the bare minimum to the most extreme. All at Shockingly Affordable prices!

Wonderful service, I got exactly what I wanted, and without judgement of my atrocious nails that they made beautiful. I will be coming back driving from the springs, and I highly recommend them!

I came in for my appointment for a specialty set of acrylics with gel polish and foil with rhinestones for my birthday 3 weeks ago. Absolutely no prep work was done on my natural nails besides a quick file before application. My cuticles (which were very dry) were not touched whatsoever. The requested design was done well, but they were not applied close to the cuticle at all, I’m talking about looking like they were a week grown out upon application. Not but 4 days after I had them on, I began noticing lifting. I lost my first nail on day 5, and then I kept losing nail after nail every few days until 5 out of 10 were gone right at the 3 week mark. I called to see what could be done and was told that upon return I would be charged for a full new set and that they only guaranteed their nails for 2 weeks max between each fill. I am NOT impressed with the service or the results especially after paying $75 BEFORE tip. I’ve had sets from other salons stay on and looking pretty good even at 6+ weeks when life got to hectic to get in for an appointment. I do not recommend this salon whatsoever, especially since no effort was made by the staff to rectify the situation when I called them. Please go elsewhere and don’t waste your time or money.

I paid 95$ with tip for ombré dip long , but I can say they do a fantastic job great quality they also give you all your nail files also , the best thing is not one nail has broken peeled or chipped and I’ve had them done for 3 weeks , even though they are pricey it’s because they do good work ! I will always be a customer going forward

I really wanted to like this place but my nails do not look good.i asked for a design and the sticker kept lifting and she put glue on my nail and just pushed it down leaving my nail to look deformed and she just left it that way. I walked out disappointed then I went back in because I decided I paid good money for my nails and i still left a decent tip. I went back in and told her to just take off the stickers. She seemed upset and then was rough with my nails after.. left them extremely chunky and the polish looks spotty. she also nicked my fingers twice.

This nail salon is incredible! I wish I had found them sooner. The artists are very talented and always give me exactly what I ask for. I’ve been 3 times now, and the gel polish lasts SO long and doesn’t even peel. Very clean, and they do a great job!

I came in for pedicure and manicure with acrylics. Sat for about 15 minutes before they started on my pedicure not a big deal not a big deal. Was seated to start my acrylics, one man started them filed my nails, glued the tips on, began to shape the tips, and then left and started on a new client. Waited a whole 45 minutes before I got up and left. Was still charged full price for the pedicure in addition to gel nail polish. Do not go here!!!!

Tried JT nails and spa for the first time today. Party of 3, myself, my daughter and granddaughter. 2 pedicures and a set of nails. We couldnt be happier. By far one of the best pedicures Ive received. My nail tech truly took her time. She was a newer nail tech and so she requested some help with my toe design from one of her other senior nail techs and they worked together to provide me the best experience.

I had a simple manicure/pedicure here yesterday. I ended up crying in the parking lot afterwards because I was bleeding on my toes and fingers from having my cuticles “trimmed”. I thought the tech was being too rough on my toes, but I trusted him to do a good job. During the manicure I had a better view and stopped the tech after he cut 2 fingers in a row. I had my nails done in anticipation of my boyfriend popping “the question”, and now my left ring finger looks awful. The polish application is uneven as well. I was on the verge of tears when I left, so I didn’t speak up and paid for the service, but I regret coming here deeply.I immediately went to the drugstore after my appointment to buy disinfectant and bandaids. Fingers crossed I don’t end up with an infection, or this appointment will cost a lot more than what I paid at the salon.

I expected more because of the reviews. At first glance my nails look really good but the more you look at them the more that you can see the bumps in the uneven layers. I went with a friend and she didn’t want acrylic and before even asking they glued the nail on. The lady told her that it’s fine and next time they just won’t do acrylic at this time it’s too late and she hast to get acrylic. Any other place would’ve given her a discount or done something about that.

I Love this place, all of the workers are polite and professional. The salon is really clean and well stocked, and even though they get busy, the mood is always calm and mellow.

I been there on Tuesday 3/30 with two of my friends. We all done with manicure. Its nice salon, the service is good but the person who are done my manicure ask me 3 times if I would like to do the color and I said no. After that she is not happy to do it for me. She doing very fast and not been a good services. She was cut my toenails and is hurt so bad. After that she wasdo color for my friends and again her nails is not a good looking at all. One of my friends do manicure with person who name is Julia, she is pretty good services and very deep clean for her. My suggestion, they should training people better for service. I will go back again and I will book for Julia to do it for me.

Love love love this salon. Tony and Ryan do my nails everytime I come whichever one is available and there is never a design they cannot do! Their work is amazing !Pedicure wise, someone different is always doing my feet which is fine but probably the last 4 pedicures I got my heals were still rough. Overall salon is great, friendly and clean. Everytime people ask me where I get my nails done I proudly recommend jt nails .

I’ve gone here for years and I normally get good service but the last time I went the guy tore up my cuticles!! They were bleeding for days afterwards and I got charged $15 “design” fee for 2 small stripes on the tips of my nails which I thought was not worth it for the work put in. My index nail also broke not even a week later when I was itching my leg. Pretty disappointed but nice people just awful experience.

Like so many others I decided to come here because of the reviews. My acrylic nails looked amazing when I first left but once I got home I noticed a bunch of bumps and unevenness. Also my pedicure wasnt the best. It looked kind of sloppy. This place is also very pricey. They charge for things that should be included for free such as shaping. The nails I initially wanted they were trying to charge me $120. When I asked another nail tech what shed charge she said only $80 That being said I wont be coming back.

I had really high hopes for this place, considering the good reviews they had as well as how nice they were over the phone. I’m not one to write negative reviews usually because I work in the service industry and I can relate to having off days. However, I just feel that when a business loses 3 clients they should be given an explanation as to why, as well as future customers when considering coming to the business. I made an appointment for 3 deluxe pedicures at 6pm. We arrived at 6:02. Upon arriving we wore told to wash our hands. We did so, after that we were told to pick out our colors. About 10 minutes after that they escorted us the “v.i.p section” to wait. We waited there for 30 minutes. So a total of 40 minutes of waiting time. In that time we saw 3 people who arrived AFTER us, get their pedicures started. When we were first sat down in the v.i.p section an employee asked if we would like an water or soda. 2 of us asked for a water politely. They were never brought. That wouldn’t really matter much to me except that they were offered in the first place. Don’t offer something if you’re going to never bring it over. I understand the place was busy. But don’t allow 3 appointments for 6pm to be scheduled if you have an influx of walk ins that usually come in at that time. And if they were appointments and not walk ins, that’s disappointing because you knew you wouldn’t have enough staff. Another thing I’d like to mention, we saw an employee use the SAME nail drill for 3 different customers she was doing nails on at the same time WITHOUT sanitizing the drill in between uses. When (I’m assuming the owner) saw us standing up to leave he came over and apologized and said we would be starting our pedicures soon and offered a $13 discount off the $53 pedicures. In my opinion it just wasn’t worth staying. They had 20 minutes till close and we knew they would’ve rushed the pedicure that would usually take 45 minutes to compete. No employees want to stay working 30 minutes after closed. So unfortunately we left. I’m honestly surprised they have so many good reviews. I wish we could’ve been another good review but unfortunately we didn’t have that experience.

Loved it here. Had an appointment for a Thursday afternoon. No wait time. The place was super clean and a very comfortable environment. Bee did my nails and she was super friendly. In and out in less than an hour!

Called this morning to schedule an appointment for 5:30 for me and my daughter,2 pedicures, a manicure, and a full set (with an almond shape)Came in at 5:33 maybe. Walked in and told them my name, they asked me twice if I made an appointment, I repeat myself and chalk it up to a language barrier, in hindsight I now see they double booked us as they seemed overwhelmed and lost.I am told to go wash our hands and pick a color. Me and my 6 year old head off to the sinks.Stood around until we were directed to take a seat. We wait in the chair for over 30 minutes….30 minutes.Not great but I again chalk it up to small business owners trying to hustle after COVID closures.But then another person comes through the door and another and another all “with appointments” too. YikesA kind gentleman comes and starts mine and another woman starts my daughters pedicure.All in all the pedicures were good, the reason for my low score is for the acrylic set.There just not worth it. Nearly $60 dollars for a very simple almond shaped French tip. And when I say I had to intervene on these I’m not joking.Their not shaped well at all and there was no clean up under the nail. I first knew trouble was brewing when a male nail tech with light eyes hovered over her saying things with a concerned tone and clearly kept saying “almond” shape in his native tongue and showing her his phone with an example of almond shaped nails.Uh oooh..It turned into a complete circus with at one point multiple techs critically hovering over her shoulder.She was getting FLUSTERED!There is currently hardened white tip powder chunks under my nails and their obviously slanted to the left.And keep in mind I was charged extra for shape.She did try but in my opinion if you can’t do something don’t experiment on a paying (1st time) customer. PeriodNot to mention they closed a 7:30 and I was being pushed to pay before my services were even complete…we’re talkin nails still wet…..like no…that’s not how the nail world works.Im a phenomenal tipper as I have been on the other side before, and hated only tipping $20 (on a $110 tab) but seriously did the owner let this level of quality leave the shop (she saw my crooked nails and had the audacity to complement them!!)If I owned a nail salon I am examining every set of hands and feet leaving and confirming that they are 100% pleased and not just rushing them out because it’s Friday…I don’t think the set will last long to be honest. We’ll see…

For my first services in Denver, I am pleased with the services my daughter and I recieved today. My daughter got a full-set dipped ombre service and I got a deluxe gel pedicure and gel mani. It was relaxing and the end results are beautiful.

Everyone here is so friendly and they also do great on my nails! This salon is clean and well maintained.

Very disappointed with JT Nails. Just moved to the burbs from downtown Denver and walked in to absolute chaos. We were told to “wash our hands” and no one even directed us to where the sinks were. I literally had to tell 3 different people what color I wanted on my nails and it still ended up being the wrong color. There was an absorbent amount of random people behind where everyone were lined up getting their manicures. I saw very little cleaning, no temperature checks, and a super unfriendly chaotic driven staff. I spent $100 and was there for over two hours and didn’t even leave with the color I asked for. I will not be back. This place is awful.

This was my first time getting my nails done at TJ Nails but it won’t be the last time.

The shop was newly expanded and redone and it is absolutely gorgeous. The menu of services offered was so great and for reasonable prices. I got a mountain breeze pedicure and an ombre dip and my nails are so beautiful!

I needed my nails done & I wasnt happy with the place I went 2 weeks ago. I Googled nail salons & JT Nails was the 1st one up. I got to my appt the welcome greeting was very nice I was asked to wash my hands I was then seated with a young man named Tony. He was very nice, he started on my nails he was very gentle then another gentleman came over checking on all the clients asking if we would like water making sure everyone was happy. Well in less than an hour Tony was done removing & replacing my Dips, let me tell you I will not be going anywhere else. My nails are the best just the way they should be & Tony was great. I think I even have my daughter changing salons after she saw mine.Thanks you so much Tony for beautiful nails & kind gentle customer service. 😊

This place is fantastic! I tried SEVERAL nail salons before finding this GEM. I even drive longer just to go here. I always get a perfect mani/pedi. They are fast and efficient, very clean, organized, and they keep appointment times. They provide great service, they even give me water, never had a bad nail technician, nails are perfecton... needless to say they have a customer for life! :)

I went here of their new location and wanted to get a pedicure.Overall it was ok, but just ok! I paid 83$ not including tip for a basic pedicure with one acrylic toe extension.The guy who did my pedicure was constantly distracted looking around while doing my pedicure. On top of that he didn’t file my heels well enough, some parts were still rough.At the front desk it said each person gets their own file due to COVID and it’s additional 2$I paid for that but the guy never opened a new file he used whatever he had in his tray.I just didn’t have a pleasant/relaxing experience.Won’t visit again.

I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure on Feb 8th. The facility is nice - very spacious with covid and wasnt too busy. My gel pedicure was relaxing and has lasted. There were several issues with my dip nails which I did not initially realize because it was my first time getting dip nails. Dip residue was left under my nail beds which I noticed after leaving when I was in my car. I also experienced some cracking within a week then many cracks within a couple weeks. I left with wet nails too. A final topcoat of nail polish was applied and I was told not to touch anything for 5 minutes because its a natural product. The dip manicure I got elsewhere used a gel topcoat so I left with nails that were fully cured. I recommend and prefer Trendy Nails off Hampden. I read that dip nails are supposed to last weeks! I was hoping to get 4-5 weeks out of my nails but was desperate to get them redone at just 3 weeks. I hope this is helpful and the business will discourage employees from taking shortcuts. There are more than a few other poor reviews from dip nails here.

I had to change my review after trying this place again about 7 months later..I came here about a month ago to see Tim and now I wont see anyone else. My nails lasted an entire month!! I have never had my nails last that long without chipping or at least one breaking. He is amazing. Wonderfully done.

I thought after being referred to this place I would have a good experience, I was definitely wrong! This is the worst pedicure I ever had! The health of your feet is important and for my feet to feel the same way as I walked through the door was wasted time and money. I asked Julia to re-scrub my feet which was not received well and yet no improvement on my heels. I truly caution anyone who wants a good pedicure to rethink this place!

Just love JT Nails. Their recent remodel is so elegant and beautiful. Was so excited to be able to come back after the Safe at Home phase. They are very safe and clean, have several efficient procedures to reduce risk to clients and I feel very safe!

Customer service whats OK but service provide was awful. I have to go back the next day because the gel polish was peeling off the same day of the service, only few hours later. Oh and dont forget to bring your own nails supplies or else you will end paying for those items.

Well this was my 1st time seeing that I’m from Birmingham I located them online.. I must say..They started on time. Don was able to duplicate the picture I showed him. The whole team was friendly well SAFE.. was asked to wash my hands even before being seen.. I will definitely be back!!

I had a disastrous set of acrylics that were removed painlessly. I got dipping powder for the first time and I love it! I also had a late appointment and past closing time but no part of my service was rushed or short changed. I will definitely be back.

Tony did my nails and they look amazing. This nail salon is taking covid precautions very seriously. Customers wash their hands before service, socially distanced between customers for pedicures and manicures, and new tools each time (even before covid happened). They remodeled earlier this year and it’s so much more cleaner.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly there and they make sure you get exactly what you want. When I first got there a gentleman (wish I would’ve caught his name but I assume he’s the owner?) went above and beyond helped me pick out the exact colors I wanted. Heidi did my nails and she was awesome!! I’ve never loved a set of nails as much as I love these and they even happily took the time to paint my daughters nails while they were closing up shop! I won’t stop coming here from now on!! 10/10 would recommend.

First thing I have to say: OMG I’M IN LOVE WITH MY NAILS!!!! Id you looking for place that they take there time that you feel pampered THIS IS IT, don’t look anywhere else. This was my first time here and it will not be my last for sure. My nail tech was Don and he made a beautiful, elegant full set and I’m soooo in love with it. I also decide to try the pedicure and let me tell you I almost fall asleep it was so relaxing and my feet feel like baby butt, so soft! This is the best nail shop I have been to in Colorado. My boyfriend got a Pedicure and now his feet look brand new. I love my nails and they look amazing. JT nails is always immaculately cleaned. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the nails are beautifully crafted. I will be coming back here and referring friends and family as well. I love that it has such a luxurious atmosphere yet is not over priced.

Very nice nail salon. The staff is very nice, attentive and they always provide exactly what you want. Good location, off of Parker Rd. Vanessa did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Very happy with the service it is the only nail salon I visit.

I came here for the reviews and I was very disappointed after getting a gel manicure for a wedding event. The older lady did a very poor and careless job. My nails look bloated and uneven. By the third day the gel was coming off. They should give better service for the high prices they charge. This was my first time there and Ill definitely wont be back.
