Love this nail shop fast efficient and friendly. Very clean shop. The owner Kimmy is an amazing woman. The Man whom works close to the front door on the right hand side is freaking awesome. I enjoyed getting my nails done and designed by him yesterday 8/13/2021. A must go

It was pretty good. A little pricey compared to other shops. The guy did a good job on my acrylic nails and toes however they didnt properly sanitize tools after use on other customers.

I went to get my nails done, and asked them to do my nails like the picture and got something completely different, the nails curved so much. And they didn’t even look like the picture I showed them. They just used the fake nail and put clear acrylic over it. Not just that but the price for these horrible nails were $60. If they couldn’t do the work they could have said that from the beginning. I wouldn’t have to paid the much money for some HORRIBLE nails. They also di WHATEVER they want. I would not recommend.

I set my appointment up at 2:30. They had me wait in the chairs 30 minutes. Why I waited that long? Idk gave them the benefit of the doubt I geuss. She tried to charge me 100 dollars for my full set nails. Assumed I wanted gel and shilac without even asking me. I asked for a swirl like design she said she is charging me for the amount of nail polish she had to use. Honestly I have no problem paying for my nails and whatever the amount for the kind I want. But they weren’t even that much and it was simple colors. And I had to wait 30 minutes and pay that much for my nails?? Service was very very poor , pls beautiful women save your money and your time. It’s not worth it here. Will not be back!

Hate this place... made an appointment at 9am and kimmy just filed my nails and told me to leave because she would take too long and she had customers waiting. Do not recommend!

This place is unprofessional... I waited 45 min to be seen when I had an appointment. Richard never washes his hands after working with ppl. ESP. After the Covid, cleanse anything or having proper shop products is not their thing. I could go on about how horrible my experience was! Be safe, stay away from this shop because they only care about getting you in an out except when their backed up... so be prepared to wait an hour in their dusty waiting area!

Loved it i went on sat to do my nails with lovely nails paid 80.00 and the nail polish peeled of in 1 day. Called next day to get them fixed was told no have to wait for a week. Called kinmys nails got me in 15 min.

Horrible.The prices are operated for the service, facility and location. Basic pedi and mani 50.00.They dont use the spa for the pedi, they dont add any product to the water ie foot sorting.When I was speaking to the technician no on responded. Even though the person who answered the phone spoke English. Finally a customer told me that her nail technician knew English and he partly answered my question.Shortly, after he was chatting it up in English, so I was simply being ignored. Never again this is the worst place I have ever been to

Had an appointment with my daughter and the nail tech was rude. I was trying to get his attention and he told me to talk to the other nail tech. All I wanted was to let him know that my daughter and I where here for are appointment. So I just walked out with my daughter and went to another nail salon.

From 5 stars to 0 if is possible I used to love this place but this last time the guy whose my nail did a really bad job I told him to fix it and did NOTHING waste of my time and money

Meh, I got my nails done at this salon today and the guy doing my nails was way too rough, he was rushing, and just didn’t seem to care about the quality of the manicure. They didn’t even correctly execute the nails I wanted. I asked for a French tip and ended up with a clear nail, I was just so eager to get out of there that I just kept my mouth shut. Overall I will not be back.

Everyone working here had great attention to detail and gave us the full pedicure experience. Dont expect a quick trip; they take all walk-ins and are thorough. Great, affordable prices!

This salon has gone downhill. Ive been going there for 6 months and I finally walked out today. They had me wait 45+ mins when I had an appt! Theyve done this the last 2 times i got my nails done. Im fed up with the unprofessionalism and their lack of skills to create the simple designs ive requested. Stay away!

I use to come here so often this is a regular place for me but the last couple of times I’ve gone, my nails have not came out the way I’ve wanted them. Kimmie is usually very attentive with customers but this time around she was so rude, I didn’t expect for her to kick me off the chair all because I wanted to make sure my 70$ nails where worth the 70 dollars I paid. Plus the sanitary is bad!!! They don’t wash their tools after a pedicure. They broke at least two health violation rules!!! Calling the health department tomorrow.

A whole hour wait to get my acrylic nails removed. The employee also didn’t wash hands between touching someone else’s feet to then touching my hands. It’s not very sanitary overall.

The next day after my nails were done they started to chip, the lady doing my foot was so rough I had to tell her to stop. Very dissatisfied and expensive for the abuse 😒

Im always satisfied with my nails. I went to another nail salon and paid more and my nails looked really bad. I had a very hard time trying to get them off. I will drive a little further to Kimmys from now on because I know my nails will look good and I wont pay more.

Wait time was good service on the other hand was horrible myself and daughter went in for a full set the guy that did my nails was very slow and couldn’t do the coffin shape very well on top of that my nails were not smooth which caused the polish to look very bad as well... I would not recommend anyone to them ever..They received two stars based on the wait time cause service was poor..

Ive been going to Kimmys since 2010. I have never had a problem there until a few moments ago. Richard, nail tech, part owner decided to yell at my 10 y/o daughter telling her to sit down. I asked him what was the problem shes just standing there watching the other kids. He was very angry & yelled that my daughter messed up toilet paper. Really Richard??!! I dont know what his problem is but when his kids are there they run all around that salon. Like I told him, you dont want nobody yelling at your kids so dont yell at mine. Tell me what the issue is and dont assume that its ok to yell at my kids, you a*sh*le!! I didnt even finish getting my pedicure, I left. You dont get anymore of my business & I know you dont care but if I started to protest in front if your establishment you would care because my dollars do matter!!

This location gives additional up charges to add on to your cost. My mother was charged 65 dollars for a rebase for her and my sister. That price was without the design. The owner stated the 15.99 rebase on the window was not their updated cost for rebases. I was informed that it is 19.99. They also stated she was charged for having long nails, but they didnt charge for the length when she got the full set, but added the cost at the time of rebase?!? #StayWoke#DoNotSpendwiththiscompany

Men its ok to get a pedicure once or twice a month if you love your spouso stop tarring up the sheets with them crocodile toe nails & foots lol

Been going to kimmy for over 15 years. Seems like the service is getting worse and i be in that place for 5 to 6 hours some days. I can not continue my services here.😢 i do not feel like a valued customer of 15 years.

3rd time Ive gone and the owner is who did my nails this time. She asked me,how short I wanted and I said short. And theyre long. My pinky nail was so long, it got stuck and jammed on my steering wheel. It cracked, and my actual nail bled.I got home last night, and I was taking my jacket off and my pinky nail snagged and ripped off,completely. My real nail looks like its going to fall,off.I will never come,back.

If I could give this place a zero I would the guy that was doing my nails hes smudge them and didnt try to fix them at all the equipment was dirty they trimmed way too far down on my cuticles and not even 25 minutes after I left my nail broke in half taking my real nail with it this is by far the worst nail salon Ive ever Bentyl I will never be coming back

Ive gone to Kimmy twice and both times were good experiences. My sister has been going there for years and hasnt had a bad experience. The prices are great and the service is good as long as you make your appointment before and not walk in. The only bad thing is that the workers dont speak great English so it takes time to understand them. Also the area isnt that great neither is parking but its worth it.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. I went in there today and asked the nail tech Tommy for gel/shellac he ignored me and continued to grab the regular nail polish and I told him once again I wanted shellac and he said it will be $3 more and I said ok thats fine. He stops what hes doing and says will if you want shellac you have to pay now like Im some criminal who couldnt pay $3 more for the service, mind you another women came in and ask for shellac nails and they didnt make her pay up front before they started. I will never spend another dime here and will be reporting them to the BBB.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORSSSSST EXPERIENCE WITH NAILS EVER!!!!!! First the guy messed my index fingers up with crooked nails, my middle finger was crooked as well. And when I told them to fix it another girl came over to help him and literally looked at him and said what did you do? He put too much acrylic powder on my nails and I asked for square and they came out coffin shaped!!! On top of that I paid 25$ for some BS nails that I have to go get replaced in a week because theyre horrible!!! Nothing to show off seriously.

Thats life...Thank you for also working with me whenever there was a situation kim would handle it personally, swiftly or take care of it herself.Kimmy is very easy to get along with and to communicate as long as YOU are very respectful to her.Being surrounded by Vietnamese culture and language sometimes they can be misunderstood or it can be intimidating to others.It takes alot of dedication to handle alot of the customers that come in and out of Kimmys nails. I have to say that I am grateful for her and her prices. Definitely when it comes to the shellac nail polish most places are charging $45 or $50 on your own personal nail, they do not charge that amount and is 2 times lesser.As a Panamanian female I dont feel I am being misled or used.I will continue to come here to get my nails done and to get my feet done as well.

I just left kimmys nails furious...i have been a repeat customer for many years.....we walked in today...i was seating in the chair for over a hour waiting to get my pedicure...as i sat there and watched them take people that had walked in way after me...i got up amd said something to kimmy and she didnt even care..i have never been treated so poorly...they didnt even care that i was upset and walked out..im very disappointed...i wont be back...they really lost a loyal customer....

Short staffed, loong wait, dirty old equipment, cheap, bad customer service. They prioritized other customers even though I was waiting longer. Just as expensive as higher class salon. Dont recommended at all. Very disappointed with their service and disgusted by their quality of salon. Didnt manage to even finish getting my nails done walked out very upset.

I have gone to kimmys for 5 yrs and I have lived in Co. Springs and drove to Aurora to have my nails done!! Thinking There work is remarkable!! For the last year living in lake wood and driving to Aurora and now Clayton to Aurora..I have always been told to walk in? No appt. I went there yesterday of course from my house, because the site said they would be open until 7:30..I arrive and the doors locked at 6:50...I say to kimmy what happen and she says sorry Got a party come back tomorrow!!I have went into this shop on many occasions and sit for 2 hrs before served!! I am tired of terrible customer service especially to loyal clients who tip well!! I am not going back there again!! Because I refused to be treated like just a client even though I know I am!! My nails could of been fixed quickly!! And was turned away and I have been loyal to them and refered a lot of people their way!! No more!! I will not go back there!! It was never about money for me!! But every time I went in there they knew I wasnt worried about money and there were times that I would tell them want I wanted and ask them how much it cost and Richard would say oh just bring in $100 and we will give you change!the last 3 times I went there hasnt been good service! I also went in one day and Richard got almost a $100 out of me that day by not listening to how I wanted my nails done!! And assuming I wanted my feet and nails the same!! And after asking him to change it he got a attitude!!! Twice I have gone in there and paid for my eye brows to get done after my nails and I have been told wait just a minute and I wait over 20-30 minutes and get aggravated and say I have to go just keep the money as a tip!! Forget $10 after u been some where over 3+ hrs..the prior time I went and got a pedicure he scrubed the side of my foot so bad that he made a large sore on my foot that took forever to heal!! This is how u get treated when ur nice to someone for there services and u show appreciation because u believe in morals!! I have wrote good reviews on this place and so has my husband because he gets his feet some there 1-2 a year!! Well neither of us will go back and I as of today have made a appt with a prestige nail salon instead of dealing with people who barely understand English!! I stand up now for myself because I am done with people thinking I have to use them!!! I dont have to do nothing and just like I am your client!!! You are a servant you were suppose to serve me as treat me as I treated you LOYAL because I paid you and tipped you well!!
