I go to Terri, she’s great and always does a great job and takes her time. There is a bit of a language barrier but it’s not a problem, she always gives me what I want.

Love the service. Im from Nebraska and I had to come all this way to get my pedi done right. And I liked the way she took her time. I will be visiting again.

NGL I have had my fair share of experience in a nail salon. But even throughout the pandemic and craziness going on LE Nails never fails to take care of their customers. Always consistent with quality and care and welcoming I recently decided to grow my nails out and the dip powder makes them longer and stronger! I Refuse To go anywhere Else

After what I saw today, I needed to make sure I came in here and give a review.1) They are absolutely AMAZING I have been coming here for 2 years now and they NEVER disappoint! They do a clean and beautiful job every single time. I did come in a little close to closing and told them if they didn’t have time it was fine I would come back and they still took care of everything I needed and wanted.2) While I was in there , there was a customer who was completely rude and just a nasty human being and they handled the situation so professionally and calmly. Better than what I would have done if it was my business.Seriously if you haven’t been here to get your nails done , please come in! You will not be disappointed!!!

I had a wonderful experience. There were TONS of options and they did exactly what I wanted. It was also less expensive than some of the surrounding salons, my dip with accent glitter was only $40. I paid $35 for a deluxe pedicure and was able to choose the sugar scrub and lotion that I wanted from their body bar.I was struggling to find a regular salon since moving to this area, and I have definitely found it. 🙂

I liked this place overall. The pedicure as far as the massage, hot towel, paraffin wax, etc was one of the best I’ve experienced. The finish on my toes could have been a little cleaner. I’d go again and just request another tech.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am not sure how a business stays open when they are so rude and dont listen to your request. I went here to get the ombre pink and white and even showed the lady a picture of what I wanted (see below) and she ended up doing whatever she wanted. Any request I made she turned it down and ignored me. As she started I mentioned the pink was WAY pink and she told me thats all they have for that color when theres a million pink dip colors in their wall. Super upset cause I may be getting engaged and I will definitely need these re done elsewhere. I asked for a refund and the manager said no, I asked if I could come in and get them re done and he said no. Please save your money and time and go where customers are appreciated.

Been going there for years and they are great. I have trouble with ingrown toenails and the technicians always know how to handle them WITHOUT pain. The place is very clean. They speak English very well. They are friendly and always willing to help. I like the place.

I had a GREAT experience at this place. The employees are really nice. I have been going to sassy nails for over a year and am always impressed by their costumer service and amazing work! Highly recommend i miss getting my nails done here unfortunately I had to move and can’t anymore but they have this set called out of the ordinary I got it everytime I went to get my nails done I loved it it’s all natural and it’s not acrylic the powder is actually the nail color and you can grow it off! Super friendly they have walk in services they do close at seven if I am correct and it’s 45 for the full set 50 for like a design or something but I love it love it love it I’ve always been super satisfied❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is a wonderful shop and they use products that really heals your nails to grow. The SNS powder dip is amazing on my nails and I love the products they offer with pedicures.

I used to really love Le nails when they were in the smaller building in the same complex. While Im glad Le is successful, since he expanded I feel like it is just too busy to get quality service. I think the focus had shifted to how many can we handle instead of how good of a job they do for the customer.

They really keep up with all the toes trends! Its a great place, super clean and I love how sanitary they are when performing all their services. This salon is an amazing way to pamper yourself! Sign me up! Cant wait to come back!

My daughter got her nails done here a few days ago coated $45 . She got stiletto nails. I understand its a little extra but that much an for only to be polished. An they were curved weird an ones loose. Definitely will not be going back to this place. Too bad my nail guy was out of town .

Good place to go for dipped nails and pedicure. Depending on who you get of course. Julie is the best at dipped nails. Pricing is great compared to others in the area.I just wish they clean their equipment and store more often. You can most definitely see areas in which need improvement.

Been going here since I moved to Aurora in 2017. The quality of work is A1. When my family comes in town I take them to this nail salon. They are awesome.

Love love love this place. I have been having my nails done for two years. All staff are wonderful to be pampered by. I highly recommend to all. They do at times get busy so appointments are recommended but they will try to fit appointments with other staff members. Highly recommended for people growing nails out. SNS nail gel has vitamins in the powder. I have gone two years and broke three nails only due to smashing in car door. Again highly recommended to get your pampering done.

My friend and I came in for the “luxury pedicure” with gel nails, $55 each. Great. But the girl who did my friends feet scraped her feet, the girl who mine did not. My heels are still extremely rough (the day after) and some nails are jagged and Un-shaped. They also applied the incorrect lotion, scrub, and wax scents to us both. Very disappointing in comparison to other salons in the area.

The rudest staff. They think you can’t understand their language but try setting your phone to Vietnam auto translate and you will find out what they are saying about you. My first time coming to this place, my friend and I were deciding on a central location to meet up for nails and catching up. My manicurist and her team were friendly and patient with me as I was getting a dipping powder mani for the first time! Love this nails, too!

We went yesterday and got our nails done. They had actually done a really good job, but we went back today because one of my daughters nails felt loose. We went in and explained what happened. 4 people came in AFTER us and they helped all those people. We waited for an HOUR for something that took less than 5 minutes for them to fix.I was so happy yesterday, I planned to go back...now, I will never go back to this place.

This nail salon used to have amazing pedicures when they were right next to subway. The lady who did my toes was always sweet and nice, unfortunately she ended up quitting due the rude owner. I chose to never get my nails done by the gentlemen who runs the shop because he is very rude and does not listen when you ask him something. He thinks he knows what you need.I was in a rush the other day and all I wanted was a simple full set with white tips and it turned into a huge argument. I told him I wanted acrylic nails with the white tip he told me OK made me wait 15 minutes, then tell me he can’t do it. If he would have listened to what I had said in the beginning the whole problem could have been avoided. I will never go back, the new store is nice but the service is horrible. I think that man should be taken out of there and the ladies should run it.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! $50 for a good combo ( includes pedicure and gel manicure). I was totally shocked... The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, every detail well thought out and executed. The prices are cheaper than other places in the area. Overall, my nails look goooood =D. WILL BE BACK!

I came here to have my acrylics removed and the guy that did it kept trying to sell me a manicure. I guess he didnt like that I refused to spend more money because he literally just started ripping them off with a metal tool. If I wanted to ruin my nails and feel that pain I would have just ripped them off myself at home. Dont waste your money here.

This was my first time at Le Nails. I was referred to by a friend. Lee was amazing, professional and very courteous! My first time also having my nails dipped in powder. I love that too. Great atmosphere, very clean too. Thank you again Lee!!

Have been going here for a while now and I have never had a bad experience until today. Long story short - I’m not sure if the younger ladies are on summer break from high school or college (I’ve never seen them before), but they were extremely rude. The normal ladies that are there have never been that way, so I was a little surprised to be treated like I was annoying for having an opinion on how I wanted my own nails to look. Just a heads up for when you go next - grab one of the more experienced ladies.

Worst customer service ever. First time I have ever been there. The staff is rude and called me a liar about another salon being cheaper. The quality of nails I received are horrible. I called the owner the next day, he told me to come in and he would fix them. I went in, of course they were speaking their language, I am sure talking about me.... Did he fix my nails, NO. Oh, but first told me to change my review before he would fix my nails. Do not ever go there. Terrible customer service

This was the closest nail salon to my hotel so I dropped in one morning for a gel manicure. Luckily, They had a cheap combo about gel manicure for me. I just paid $50! The ladies here were very nice with a calm and professional demeanor. My pedicure looks amazing, it was entirely painless. Guess Ive found my go-to nail salon :)

I’ve been to this place a few times it started off great but when I go back quality of work &service decline EVERY time.. only Once have I got my nails done EXACTLY how I wanted &actually lasted more than a week.. none of the employees can speak understandable English. When you tell them something you don’t like they get offended.. &well they can’t even call to let you know your eyelash appointment was cancelled. Saying bcuzs they don’t have a phone number but they have you put a phone numbers &name when you check out to pay.. NEVER again will I give this place a chance..

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this nail salon. I came in last Sunday to get my nails done to have the nail tech rushed to get my nails done. They use dip powder only. on Monday I started to notice ridges/lumps on my nails and come Wednesday one had already started lifting. Just went into the shop to try to get my money back. Was told they dont give money back but could refile them. I dont have time nor do I want them touching my nails again. I waisted $50 on a nail job I cant stand. Real awesome customer service they have here. Again DO NOT go here.

Van is amazing at what she does! She knows how to do every shape, pointy, straight almond. I didn’t like the color I picked, she changed it for me right away without getting mad or charging me extra. I am so glad I found her!!

Cant say evertime I go there is good but this time I had a great experience. Amy is really good at waxing eyebrows and doing nails.

I have been coming here since September. They are trained in the SNS process better than any other salon. The ONE time I went to another place, I quickly regret my decision. They take feedback and will make your nails as long, square, round or thin as you want. Le makes sure he hires the best!

I absolutley love this place! Went for the first time a couple weeks ago and Lyn did my nails. She took the picture I gave her and did them perfectly without any complaints. Heading back tomorrow to get them redone so hopefully I have the same experience. If all goes well, I have definitely found my new nail place!!

I guess when Le is out they charge whatever they want. I got a refill and she charged for long nails as well. My nails are not any longer then they were 2 weeks ago with my last refill. On top of that she didnt want to do my design or use the color I wanted. So no design and left with pink nails because I didnt have time for her to remove the color. I requested 2 colors and she did all one color despite my repeat request for black. No tip today and will never go back to her again.

I wanted to do something special for my party coming up so i gave this place a try. I thought the ladies here really took their time with me and didnt rush even though it got really busy. The place is nicely decorated, clean, and a superrrrr friendly atmosphere. Price was very fair, especially for all the time and attention they gave to us. To sum up the experience, I would say, Awesome :)

Quality and Price. My nails usually last a good 3 weeks to a month before I have to get them redone when I come here. Other places around the area claim to have SNS but they use generic product. This is the only spot Ive found that uses the actual brand name. Love it here.

I absolutely love Le and his wife Lyn. Ive tried other nail salons and none of them are personable like these 2! They both greet me by name and when giving a wait estimate are always spot on. My little kids often come with me and they have no problems with that. The new SNS products are the best! I go back every 2-3 weeks for more.

The first time I went to this nail Salon I immediately loved it. The place doesnt smell like fumes. They all do such a top quality job especially for the cheap prices. They are all so friendly and would definately recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming to LeNails on regulars basis. Always get Dipped nails and Pedicure. This particular time the owner does my nails and ask did I want nails cut. I said no Because the dipped nails makes my own nails grow long. She said since I didnt want my nail cut my manicure priced was raised from$35.00 to $ 40.00. The reason I get dipped nails is for it to help own nails grow. It does not make sense for her to charge me more for a product thethat is suppose to make my nails grow long. It defeating the purpose to have them cut down. I was not happy. Also the owner was not friendly and she was rough doing my manicure. I told her I would not becoming back to her.

My daughter is a teenager and spends her own work money to get her nails done. She was super unhappy with the way they looked and I took her back within an hour. He said they look fine and it is what she asked for. He also said he only refunds if you tell him before you leave. I explained to him she is very young and is not comfortable complaining. He said I know but I wont give the money back. Really horrible service.

The SNS is fabulous and lasts FOREVER. Its expensive but worth it. Make sure you are very clear about any designs that you want, because they will do a good job if youre communicating what you want effectively. Super friendly staff, beautiful new salon.

Ive been going to Le Nails Salon & Spa for years and Im always pretty impressed by the quality of work. A bit on the pricey side, but I wont go to another salon because of the great customer service and attention to quality. If I have any problem with my manicure, they fix it right away, typically for free!

The staff doesnt speak much english, but the wait time was 0 minutes and the service was great! Up the street at iliff and tower the wait time was 30 minutes 6pm on a Tuesday; whereas this salon in the king soopers parking lot got me right in.

Came in as a walk in and I totally enjoyed the experience! They were meticulous and accommodated to my requests. All my cuticles were trimmed perfectly and the gel was applied evenly.

First time there for pedicure and LAST!! I specifically asked ( Kathy ) not to clip my nails just to file down and that’s the first thing she did. I absolutely hate having short toe nails. I said I told you I didn’t want them clipped. She said nothing and basically ignored me, She was doing everything so rushed she was hurting me when cutting cuticles and when it came to scrubbing my heels. Very disappointed.

Best nail place in Colorado!!! I love my nail tech Boa she is amazing in shaping your nails and making sure they look as if they are your own. She is great at doing Sns Manicares! She is Great. This nail place has the best customer service and treats everyone so nice.

I was There when opened with several other customers and at least 6 employees and not one of them greeted the customers. Nails looks terrible, not even, horrible. My nails literally looked better when I got there then when I left. Wish I could give 0 stars. 3.5 customer rating is bad and would be even less if we could give 0 stars.

Normally I get quality work done here but today I went in for a basic mani and pedi and it is awful! I showed another technician my nails and they wouldn’t fix them. Not filed even and the tips are smeared and have fuzzies in them. If I could upload a picture I would! I am very disappointed in them this round. Didn’t even come with massage. I skipped the pedi altogether I was so disappointed.

Went in for redoing a dip. However, they had a brutal party for 8 with an appointment right as they opened with only 2 technicians! No greetings, no clarification, and a general sense of not caring at all! I will not go back here. They are completely unprepared for even their set appointments that were made weeks in advance! Theyre service is extremely lacking. I went elsewhere for my dip!

I went a got a manicure here and I didn’t get any of the normal manicure treatment. The lady did now fix my cuticles nor did she rub my hands as to what is normally included in a manicure. My nails look as though I could have done them myself.

If I could I’d give this place a 0. If gone to other nail salons who do my nails faster, prettier and cheaper. I only came here because it was closer to where I live now, stayed here an 1hour and 30 minutes, my nails didn’t come out to how I wanted them to and I paid 50$ for this. The lady next to was supposed to pay 40$ and they tried to charger her another 10$ for no reason. A customer came in saying she had an appointment yet waited there for 30 minutes while everybody else was being helped. All in all this is such a bad place to get your nails done. Tan does great work but the owner is super arrogant and his customer service sucks! My sister told her nail tech that I needed an appointment the last time she was in. She told my sister what day and time (how else would I know what time to show up). I walk in and my appointment isn’t on the books. Not a problem. Tan does great work so I was fine with rescheduling but the way the situation was handled has made me never want to go back. When the owner checked the books and didn’t see me on there, he had no desire to use this as a time to tell his staff to make sure they are writing down appointments as they should. The only thing he gave me was No you don’t have appt. if I don’t why am I here on a Friday morning at 10. He didn’t even address my sister’s tech to ask her what happened. I realize that all companies have misses but how you handle those misses will make or break your clientele. If you’re looking for a place that makes things right and good customer service.. don’t go here. The first time this place crossed me I let it slide but this is the last time. And I know I’ve brought them multiple customers. Your success can be ripped from you at any time. Lee... humble yourself.Just an edit due to the owners response. When I was in the shop you didn’t say that. You simply looked at me after standing for 5 minutes, knowing that I thought I had an appointment and then said, “You don’t have appt, she does.” If you don’t communicate then how am I supposed to know what you’re trying to tell me. My birthday was Friday and I took off work on my birthday so I doubt my sister made an appointment for when I was working. Either way your response to “go to another shop” is proof that your customer service is garbage.

Since Ive been going more things have gotten better with Lees nailsNow my issue is their prices change depending on who does your nails. Lees technicians are really good . But if youre on a budget be prepared to change your budget.

This place was by far the RUDEST and most expensive place to get your GEL MANI AND PEDI. The most I’ve ever paid was $55 that includes tip and other places I’ve been to have done better jobs. This place charged me $75!! Just got a mani and pedi. Never again, such a rip off! Do not come here

The wait is crazy, some of the staff arent plesent. The girl that I finally got after be moved around and waiting 45 mins did a nice job. A little thicker then I like but its ok because, I couldnt wait any more.(total time 2 1/2 hrs) so, I will make sure I have more time next time. Also, make sure they cute your cuticles because I ask and she only did one hand and done. Overall, she did a good job for me to give them a second chance and three stars for now. Ill up date in two weeks

Terrible service. Went in with a picture of pink and white ombré dip nails and got passed around to 3 separate technicians only to end up with orange and white crooked and smudged nails. Went to Le to complain and he was rude and hostile towards me and my mom. He was only willing to fix the crookedness of one of my nails and didn’t care at all that we were unhappy. While I was in there a customer came in with an appointment with a specific technician so Le asked the customer already with that tech if she would move over and wait. Mind the fact this lady already had started her nails and was wrapped in foil.

Not horrible but Im just not very impressed with the way my nails came out. They look a little cheap. Dont think Ill ever go back.
