I love love love this salon! The owner Phi is the BEST! She knows I like a particular style of polish and bought more of that kind so that I have a ton of choices! They are always so friendly and accommodating! I get so many compliments on my nails and it is all because of the fabulous job they do! Very clean and professional! Would highly recommend!

Service is always great. Gals are a bit quiet but I dont mind. The main gal, sorry I forget her name, is always friendly. Ive been coming here for about a year and always get the same thing but Ive seen others get lots if neat actual designs and colors.

I love this place! Found it by accident and now its my go-to. Super chic and has so many options! Over 400 colors of dip and everyone is so professional. Love the fun atmosphere. My nails always last about 3-4weeks. Ive been getting my nails professionally done for 11yrs and this place is definitely a 10/10 in my book.

I really wanted to love this place. I had two very good experiences before this last experience.I was seated with a young gal, I distinctively asked for her to save the length of my nails when she was applying a new set. She did really well until she ripped off the nail that she freshly glued on because it was crooked - mind you it had already dried because she moved on to other fingers then went back to my ring finger.I get my nails taken off professionally and this is what I see.Also, I asked for a almond shape nails and NONE of my nails matched this last time. They were super skinny and not rounded at all. The owner finished my nails after the first girl left?If you do go, please sit down with the woman who is very thin and edgy - she knows what she’s doing. And I don’t think they respect her enough because she does do quality work out of all of them.This is very unfortunate, I really liked this salon a lot.

I had a pedicure, it was bare minimum, nothing special. Had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen.

My nail tech did an amazing job! Im sad I didnt catch her name, but she did exactly what I wanted and she was such a perfectionist with everything she did, just like I am! Will absolutely be coming back and recommending people to go here!😍

This is the first and last time I go here I went in for a eyebrow waxing the waxing part was not so bad when the lady started to pluck the rest of them out I can feel her taking little pieces of my skin off and she did I hurt like hell she kept saying sorry but kept doing it. And it still hurts

So I stopped here last Friday! Completely by accident as I was lost lol I had my 4m old daughter with me... I had already planned on getting my nails done that day and decided to do it here! So glad I did, I got short tips as I do heavy lifting at work, the staff was super friends as were other customers, one of the customers and a nail tech both held my daughter just cause they wanted to! They had no problem with her being there... as to why I wrote this review lol... well I had broken a nail Saturday day, oh I was mad at myself.... long story short, I called them today after they opened to see about getting in to get it fixed, they got me in at 3pm and did an amazing job! Looks great! Would highly recommend to others!!! And will surely be returning

I usually come here every so often for my acrylic set and it’s usually great every time I go. Today I went in the morning and first off I was traded between two different women because the other available ladies didn’t want to work on my nails and the lady I was traded too, she was nice but her work ethic was not good. She barley put in effort to cleaning up my nails and she didn’t even paint my nails very well, there’s paint on my skin as well as the acrylic powder product and certain areas of my nails aren’t even painted. I was supposed to have square shaped nails and instead I got a rounded and uneven shape, the top of my nails are slanted and Not only that but most of the female workers are great but one in particular just didn’t seem like she cared about good customer service. When checking me out she barley talked and walked away as soon as I put my card into the card slot. I work in customer service it’s just common decency to at least look like you like your job and act like you do as well.

Being new to the area, I was skeptical in finding a place to replace my nail tech (Luan from Guam). My first nails was beautiful, however, it didn’t suit my lifestyle. I loved it but it wasn’t for me. Then I tried my first go at dipped nails and I absolutely love it!!!! I can’t wait to see Ms Kim in about 2 weeks. She is so sweet and funny. I love her stories. I highly recommend this place. Nice. Clean. Great customer service.

Today my 16 year old daughter was getting her nails done when all of a sudden she passed out. Everyone including the customers in the salon at the time took such good care of her until the ambulance got there. Thank you to each and everyone of you!! After we left the hospital she wanted to go back to get her nails finished lol 😂 they did a wonderful classy job on her nails thanks Kim xxx you guys rock!!

I have been here twice in the past month for acrylic nails. I recommend Hai. She does such a great job! I cant speak on any of the bad experiences people have had here, but mine have been great, and while I was there, the other clients appeared to be happy. The salon was packed though, and they did have to turn people away. So Im not the only one coming here despite the negative reviews. I also believe in tipping well. I see people leave without tipping and it irritates me. These employees work all day every day and apparently only get one day off per week. Thats nuts.The only bad thing was just having to wait about 10 minutes even though I had an appointment. I didnt have to wait at all last time. But I could see everyone was busy and hustling, so it wasnt a huge deal. Sh*t happens.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I’ve been going here for awhile and they do the absolute best work! Their customer service is fantastic as well.I went in yesterday and the color I chose wasn’t the color I got (labeled the same # as the sample I picked but wasn’t nearly the same color -manufactures fault, not theirs) they immediately offered to redo them with a color I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with the result too!

The pedicure was very nice and relaxing . Very well done .My manicure / full set of acrylic nails was another story . For some reason , the technician made some of my nails thinner than others ? causing them to be pretty weak . I got my nails done a day before a friends wedding , and the next day , my right thumb nail broke at the wedding 💔 .Personally, I’ve never had nails break so easily and so soon right after getting them done from anywhere else .And some nails ended up having grooves and dents in them from an uneven base or something .Unfortunately , my whole full set of acrylics experience was not the best in this instance . The whole thing seemed rushed and not executed properly .Hopefully this was just an off day 🤷🏽‍♀️

Love this place. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in Saddle Rock. I can’t tell you who I go to because then that persons schedule will be too full to get into get my nails done every two weeks but I believe everyone there is top notch at powder dip, shellac, acrylic and anything else you want done. Especially powder dip ombré!!

I love that the time is taken to do it right for me at this salon. Even if I am the last customer my requests are met and the job is done right. The owners are responsive if you need anything.

Terrible service, rude management. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and when I complained about the pedicure I paid extra for being extremely fast, as in, the woman put lotion on my legs and the wiped it off with a towel. I politely brought it to the managers attention and she asked the employee, obviously the employee said she had done it so the manager went to review cameras. She then came back to me and said I was lying and that I had received a massage for almost 2 minutes. I told her that was the time it took her to rub lotion on me and she said that was what their massages were for the pedicure. I told her I paid almost $10 more to add the massage in which was the difference between the standard pedicure. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to the fullest extent. I maintained my composure throughout. Also when I was in there a girl in her teens came in to get a re-base and the same manager said they didnt have any time for walk ins until the following Monday, mind you this was a Friday. Then 2 woman, of a different ethnicity walked in and requested a re-base and they sat them down and helped them and didnt have any problems with it. I called in afterward to make a complaint about the whole ordeal and the manager was condescending, rude, and completely unprofessional. There are so many nail salons in the Southlands area you can go to instead of this place.

I am a regular at Nails and Co. I always get my full set and rebase done here because they have a very good price and usually great service. I had a scheduled appointment but it took a while to be seated. The lady that did my rebase this visit was very slow. I believe just learning acrylic. Which is GREAT!!!!! The end results were very good though it did take about twice as long. The only thing is, she tore up cuticles pretty bad. Still trying to keep them hydrated and looking normal. Great salon and price! I will definitely be back with hopefully a better experience.

Staff was really great and had us laughing! The nails turned out amazing and my sister cousin and I were all in love with our nails!! They do some of the best nails ive seen here with great staff definitely recommend going here! The inside is also really nice and clean and makes you feel comfortable!

This salon is hands down my go to salon. Ive been searching for a nail salon that can perform up to my standards and this salon exceeds my expectations every visit. I live in Westminster and the drive here is without a doubt always worth it. Friendly & welcoming nail techs, and most importantly the work they do is perfect. Highly recommend.

Lady said that a dip was only $25 when I called. Got there ended up being $45... dug into nail when using the electric tools. Almost hit in the face while drying my nails. The ladies get distracted very easily. (She was doing my nails. Realized there was a sequence on her shirt about to fall off and started picking at it.) 100% DON’T recommend.....6 days later. My dip already popped off while I’m trying to get into bed. Not impressed. Hurt. And chunks of my reagular nail came off.

I came in for a simple manicure and pedicure. I paid more for the “better” pedicure with a massage. They rushed through it, hurt my feet, and nails. And were just rude when I said it hurt. They laughed and started speaking fast in a different language. I told the manager, Kristen that I wasn’t happy and she told me some people never are, and I told her that with the prices people expect better service and she responded that they didn’t need my money and if I’m not happy don’t come back. Needless to say. I was appalled after I had just paid over $130 dollars.

Unfortunately, the reviews thus far are correct. Had a great first experience, the second experience was sub par. I loved the way my nails looked but the staff was rude to my mother...on her birthday. Three days prior I called and specifically made an appointment for my mom, when we got there the tech we requested was doing a pedicure, we understood there was a wait even though we had made an appointment. Forty three minutes (yes, 43) later, my mother had to ask the requested to wash his hands after touching the woman’s feet without gloves and had only gotten the tips glued on to her nails and the tech went back to his pedicure. My mother had to get up and ask if there was someone else who could finish her nails. The owner yelled across the room to have someone finish my moms nails, that tech didn’t even bother getting up. My mother left, nails unfinished, upset and disrespected on her birthday.The requested tech then came to speak with me, a conversation so short yet so lacking. There was no sincere apology or humbling of himself to try and resolve the issue, there was only a simple and dry “you can’t please everyone”. Trust me, no one was pleased by Nails & Co in my situation. I waited through the remainder of my services for the owner to come speak with me. She did not. Instead she sat down to get her nails painted. I had to ask the owner to chat privately. The talk went as expected, I said my peace, listened to the excuses given, was interrupted, was given an insincere apology and was left once again feeling dissatisfied.When one runs a business and one is the manager or owner of that business it is solely that person’s responsibility to assure that anything gone wrong is resolved and discussed in a prompt and timely manner. That was not done. The reviews for this establishment are not wrong - great service but lacking in customer service and decorum. Humbling yourself, listening to the guest, not making excuses and aiming to come to a solution are how one handles a successful business. Understandably, we will not be back. However, I truly hope this salon does better in the future after this unfortunate and regrettable experience, as they have very talented techs and the latest in technology.

Most painful pedicure I’ve experienced. The cuticle cutting was so rough. I got the gel on my nails and it is peeling off after one day. Will never return and encourage people to go to any other salon.

If you want to be disrespected and talked to with ZERO sense of manners and that is from the owner then go here. I wanted this place to be my regular go to because I truly liked the way my nails were done however when you are disrespectful and have zero customer service on how to talk to someone and be treated with decency the rest is overlooked. I walked in on one occasion asking if they could fix my chipped nail and she said that no one would be able to do it for another 3 hours. I proceeded to sit down and wait to see if anyone would walk in for a walk in appointment. Sure enough five minutes later some one walked in and asked if they had room for a walk in and yes she said they did and to have her pick her color. I was of course then approached and told to have a seat to have my nail fixed. This is not equality.

Been here before and apparently you get treated much differently depending on how much youre spending. When I get pedicures and full sets for myself and daughter and spend $100+ theyve been ok.Came in just to get my acrylics removed and Im leaving after getting scraped repeatedly, was left with my fingers in acetone for almost 30 minutes then no oil put on, and they took off the nails so fast that they flung the acrylic all over me AND the poor lady sitting next to me. Disgusting :( I wont be back again
