Only place close in Parker open later hours on a Sunday. Super friendly mother and daughter running the shop late the Sunday I went in and had great energy to support their customers who walked in with out appointments.

Went in on a whim cause they were open late. I am so glad I did. Diana and her mother were the best. Diana has a great eye for design and one steady hand. Her mom..... great on the feet, hardly jumped from tickles, and that woman can run spot in your feet and legs you didnt even realize hurt. Walked out feeling like a million bucks and extreamly relaxed. Thanks so much ladies :)

I had a great experience during my first visit. I called late on a Sunday, before stopping by, to make sure they had time to cut down my acrylics and change the polish color. I was given all the details, including their business hours, pricing, and availability... all over the phone - so I knew what to expect when I arrived. Upon entering, I was greeted right away, told to grab a polish and have a seat. I had pleasant conversation with my nail tech through the entire service. I truly felt welcome and not like a bother to anyone. My services were completed quickly and professionally. I love my nails and will definitely be returning.

Been going here for the past three years. I am not sure why they are getting such poor ratings. They are kind, respectful and overall accommodating. Give them a chance. Be respectful Be kind.

I just wish I could give a negative review... I work close by and my usual nail place closes at 7pm. I came here after work and had my 2 remaining acrylics taken off and asked for a new set. The lady wouldn’t talk to me when I tried to make conversation... when I left (which I was there 2.5 hours just for acrylics!!!) I felt rushed out the door even though they weren’t closed yet. There was acrylic chunks under my nail that were missed. Her Pomeranian was barking at me and scared the daylights out of me and she laughed at me! The dog barked everytime I stood up! The lady was very rough with me and kept going over my finger where it was split on my thumb and it kept bleeding! When I went back 2 days later to talk to a manager, the same lady was there and told me to come back in a few hours and she’d fix it. She then told me it was because I was too hard on my nails that 2 had chipped... I literally hadn’t worked since I got them done and had done nothing to chip them! This was a week and a half ago and I just went to my usual place and she had to take all the ones that lady at this place did because they were ALL lifting and chipped!!! I’ve had my nails done with acrylics for years so this isn’t my first rodeo! I have been dealing with my mom in the ER and then I went to the ER so I had to cancel on my usual nail lady.. missing so much time at work I picked up as many Shifts as possible which happened to be when my usual nail salon is open. I found this place since it’s close to my work and open late.

NEGATIVE STAR!! I needed a fix for one nail! I called ahead and asked for the cost of a repair and was told 5.00. I get here then the price doubled to 10.00 for ONE nail!!!! I don’t even have tips I have sculpted nails. At first she act like she didn’t know what sculpted nails were and said she couldn’t do it. Then she pulled out the form to do the sculpted nail. The application was sloppy. I have stiletto nails with evident sharp points she gave me a crooked almond round nail. She acted like I was the most difficult rude customer. She yanked my hand and was constantly moving my arm and twisting my hand. Once she was finished she literally dabbed my hand with oil and said “you’re done” Um hello where is the polish to match my existing nails? I had to mention polish and had to pay first before she even put it on like I was gonna just walk out! I felt highly offended considering I seen other people get the full service and paid after polish was applied. Maybe because I was black vs white I got treated differently. Maybe they thought that I didn’t have money to pay for my services because an original 5.00 fix that turned 10 I can’t afford. 😒 I will never go back here....EVER. I suggest you don’t either especially if you’re a minority.

This place is amazing! The nail technicians are all friendly and amazing at their jobs! I usually get acrylic nails done, and they always last! Which is really impressive because I definitely put them to the test! And nail designs are so easy for them! You just explain what you want and they can do it by hand. I had her do hearts on my nails. Took her five minutes and they looked beautiful! I go elsewhere and it takes at LEAST a half an hour! This place is amazing!! Highly recommended!!!

The customer service was nice however, my nails came out completely uneven on the sides and they let me go home with chipping and cracked nail polish. this salon is completely overpriced. $61 dollars? ridiculous. i’ve been to places where i’ve gotten better nails for $35. i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive gone to Tropical Nails 3-4 times now for pedicure. All the manicurists are awesome & love the fact I can bring my own polish. Kim is really good & makes sure nails are perfect & dry & helps you put flip flops back on. I took my daughter here too & she loved the leg message. Highly recommend & get a lot for your money

Great waxing! The owner did my wax and paid good attention to detail. Unlike many places, I did not leave with lots of missed hairs and sticky wax on my skin. I will admit I was a little worried seeing some of the reviews about nail service, but it was last minute and the only option around. I was pleasantly surprised, I was treated very politely and they did a great job.

I ran in 3 minutes before they closed and she still allowed me to get my nails done. She was very friendly, quick and efficient! Very pleased... Will definitely return

Do not go to this place. I work on my feet and I look forward to pedicures. I came here once before and I wanted to give another try. I really regret coming here. This was only place that was open on Saturday afternoon. Do not come here under any circumstances.

Im really disappointed at myself and the shop. I just stopped in to this place because I had time before I pick my boys up from school. I asked for gel polish like i always do at other nail salons. I usually pay $25 for a gel nail rebate. This store charges $20 just for the nail polish. Just crazy! Im mad I assumed it would be similar to other shops and mad they feel ok charging that.

Only been there twice and will never go back. The first time my nail broke for no reason after a day. Went back to get it replaced and it broke again in an hour. The second time I thought Id give it a second chance. My nail yet again broke...after only washing my hands. Not to mention how sloppy the nail polish was and it was all over my fingers. And my nails were cut uneven. NEVER GO THERE!

HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time! I came in to get a pedicure and shellac manicure. The shellac manicure was done HORRIBLY!! They charge you to take off a previous shellac manicure ($5), and not all of the nail polish came off. The lady doing my nails then preceded to paint over the nail polish that didnt come off, and told me that it was okay!! You could see the remains of my previous manicure under the new one! The lady doing my nails seemed like she was in such a rush and didnt care to do a good job. It was a horrible place, and a waste of my money! I will never be going back there!

I went today for a pedicure. I was excited because it was only minutes from my house. I wish I too wouldve read the reviews before coming here. This started out to be the WORST pedicure Ive ever had! The owners daughter was my pedicurist. She cant be more than 15!!!!!!!!! If I wanted my toes done by a teenager, I wouldve asked one of my cousins to come over. The ONLY thing that saved me, was she had to call her mother over because I have a slight ingrown toenail. She got it out perfectly, but then had to go back over the toe nails and re-file the ones her daughter did intitally. Do not waste your time and money here. Find a place thats not understaffed and employees that arent teenagers.

I dont know where all these negative reviews came from, this place is fantastic. I drove a little further away than normal to come here because they are open later than anywhere else. Got here @ 7:30p. Kim did my nails, asking after every step to make sure that I liked what she was doing. She let Diana start on my pedicure while she finished my nails. When they were almost done, a group of three women came in, all wanting Mani/pedis. The two of them (the only ones working tonight) took them, even though it was 20 min until closing.

I just went in with my daughter - I do agree they are short staffed and over priced but they are so sweet and we’re so kind and patient doing my 3 year olds nails and mine.... didn’t seem any more cluttered or “dirty” then any other typical nail salon....

I went there for a pedicure and had a great experience! He did exactly what I wanted and asked for with no fuss and the best part was that he understood me! Ive been to so many salons were they never understand me (language barrier) I would come back here from now on and the price is right for me!

I have been going to Tropical Nails since they opened, but I will not be returning. The place is falling apart. Chairs are ripped, tables are dirty, paint on the walls is chipping, clutter everywhere! It is not a clean environment. Do not go there in fear of getting some type of infection due to uncleanliness. I also have an issue with the unprofessional way they treat people, dress and act. It has gotten bad. This place needs an overhaul!!!!

My nails came out fine, but I wouldnt go back. I went in with a picture and they didnt have any colors remotely close and the colors were nude and gold so I feel like thats pretty basic. I wont get too elaborate, but overall it was a negative experience.

The only good thing about this place is the hours. Everything else is a complete disappointment! I asked for a certain length and she said it was $10 more. They ended up the same size as my real nails when I walked in. They wanted my friend to pay $50 for a simple design and more length. My nails are all crooked and different sizes. Not happy at all..

If you are, good luck and Im praying for you that you make it out without bleeding from every toe. If you are at home trying to find a place to get your nails DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. This is the first time Ive actually written a review on anything but looking at my best friends toes all bleeding from the super young girl who did them I felt I had to say something. We should have known better when we walked in and the place was empty on a weekend. After getting pedicures and my friends toes were cut open after she did her cuticles she then grabbed a bottle of ALCOHOL AND RUBBED IT WITH A BRUSH INTO HER OPEN WOUNDS. I CANT EVEN. Seriously. Do not go here.

The staff is very rude here, talks about you in another language while you are sitting there, left to play with their dog in the middle of doing a nail set, and did a terrible job. Dont go here unless you like being treated poorly and then price gouged. 👌

I wish I could give this place negative stars! I was in the area and I needed to get my acrylic nails removed and then get a manicure because my nails get rough after getting acrylics removed. It was a white lady who did my nails (I think her name was Teresa). First off, it took her forever to TRY to get my acrylics off and my acrylics are still not off all the way! Instead, the acrylic is now blended in with my real nails. My pinky is bleeding because she filed my cuticle while trying to get the acrylics off. Secondly, she gave me the worst manicure Ive ever had in my life. The paint job was so bad and sloppy that I could have done a better job at home. On top of that, this place is ridiculously overpriced. It was $20 just to get my acrylics removed and she didnt even remove them all the way. The nail salon that I usually go to takes my acrylics off for $5 and takes a quarter of the time that Teresa did. On top of that, her work station was so messy and not sanitized. This place is so disappointing that I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone!

#1 Unlicensed child labor. Must be at least 16 years old and have 350 hours of training to be licensed as a nail technician in Colorado. Having their 14 year old daughter do complete pedicures (not just remove polish) is illegal. Their son also works there. Unknown if he is licensed. Time for the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) to visit. I would encourage others to report! Im guessing inspection visits never occur in the evening or on weekends.#2 Two barking dogs in salon. Not relaxing.#3 Rude owner to repeat customer. Price is never the same! Sequence of pedicure always different. Quality of pedicure is marginal! Rude when questioned or asked to fix problems.#4 Broken pedicure chairs. Stuck in a broken chair 2/3 visits. Not receptive to moving.We have visited this place several times. I quit having them do pedicures for me because I dont want to give them my money. My boyfriend still likes to give them a chance because its close to home. Today was the last straw!Notice never a reply from the owners to all the negative feedback? Similar poor feedback going back several years for the same complaints! If the cared they would try to improve!

I got my nails done 3 days ago they are all breaking off snapping like a twig...They were soo horribly applied.The shape is ugly, and the nail polish job she did looks similar to when I let my 3 year old son do my nails.Lady was throwing my hand around very aggressively, snatching up my arm and hand.I had to tell her to be more gental.I’ve gotten my nails done 100000 times so if I’m In pain that means your just horrible and have no idea what you are doing

Came with a friend for pedicures, bad idea! We were greeted by pre-teen girl, while the adults were consumed with a mangey dog. I was then informed that I would be charged extra to use my own color! We were not offered slippers, like other salons. This place will have to do better than a 16.95 happy hour pedicure price to maintain any type of business. We will NEVER return!

My vinyl luxe mani lasted LESS than a day and they wouldn’t make it right... the mani/pedi took 2 hours, mostly because the girl doing my nails had to run to the back regularly to check on her dogs. I wont be back!

I had a wonderful experience for one, the ladys and gents and opened later then normal which is awesome, and two they were wonderful great nails, very nice place great recommendations just a very enjoyable experience.

I was just in yesterday.. I usually dont have a bad expirence at any nail salon ever. Yesterday was, it was horrible. I didnt get to catch the name of the two ladies that did my nails but I had asked her not to make them to thick with the acrylic and she then went on to make them way to thin I told her and she completely ignored me. She then left then had the other lady finish my nails after waiting at least 20 min for her to come. I told the second lady that I didnt like them to just take them off and they said that shed just put more acrylic. Long story short they ended being thick as starbursts and shaped unevenly. I was not statisfied so I asked her to take them off she filed two nails off and wrapped the other nails in foil and left me hanging for a long while...I asked for my money back and she gave me attitude? Dont come here unless you want a horrible job done!

If I could give negative stars, I would.To begin, the place looks nice at first with lots of chairs and great artwork on the walls of the ocean. However, take a closer look and things are dirty, no organization, the book with nail designs was falling apart, and so many of the nail polishes were dried out.My friend and I sat down to get our nails done and all of the sudden three Pomeranian dogs started barking away. I am a dog lover, but part of the manicure experience is to be relaxed and I was more uncomfortable by their growling. Also, VERY unprofessional to keep three dogs in the salon. Not very considerate for those who are allergic to dogs, especially since they give no warning or even apologize for the inconvenience. It is a little concerning to me that they are free to roam around as well.As for the staff, they are way understaffed. People were waiting on the pedicure chairs for 30 minutes just to get their nails clipped and then ignored again. The teenage girl who was working there seemed rude and took a long time to get to other customers. Everyone else seemed very kind. I had a white lady (no other description) and she was kind but definitely not licensed. She had to constantly ask other questions. Same for the boy and girl working there (siblings), they were too young to be licensed and I only saw one license framed (the mother).Now onto the AWFUL part of this whole experience...my nails. I got acrylics done. First off, I was there for 3 hours. My friend got hers done by the boy and she was done in a little more than 1 hour. The glue the lady used to glue my nails on did not work. The nail tips kept constantly falling off and she just tried to work with it. Once she put the acrylic on top they didnt fall off but they sure felt like they did. There was no massage, no lotion, no oils used during the manicure which was VERY shocking for the price (Ill get to that). Anyways, when she was applying my acrylic it was very sloppy and a slow process. She clearly did not know what she was doing. Also she spent a solid hour trying to get a nail shape (round tips). However, none of my nails were the same shape, they were all crooked, and they felt as though they would fall off. When she started to color my nails she did a sloppy job leaving bumps and bubbles and dried pieces of polish on my nails. The nail dryer was broken, a light turned on (did nothing) and there was no fan. I could have done a MUCH better job myself. It looked like a 5 year old did my nails with all the streaks left and the fact that not on a single nail did the nail polish hit my skin. A bunch of my nail was just left and I even asked her to fix it. But at the very least she could have made the nail polish coat at least even... But nope.Now, I went all the way to check out. I paid... The cost was $28 for acrylics (already pricey for acrylics, especially since service was LONG and awful and there was nothing special about the manicure). But then... They had the audacity to say its an extra charge of $7.50 because your nails are a bit longer.. Excuse me?! The nail went 2cm over my skin. Im already paying the acrylic charge!!! The total cost was $35.50 without tip. Insane price. My friend was charged an extra $7.50 as well when they put a matte coat of nail polish on her tips which took 2 minutes. Would much rather just buy the top coat for it with that money. Not to mention she could only get her tips done because they were almost out of that polish.Anyways I walked out, showed my friend my nails and she was disgusted with how awful they looked and she made me go back in. So happy she did so. I got a refund but in order to do so my nails had to be destroyed because they took everything off, including the acrylic.Please, under any circumstance, DO NOT GO HERE. Not to mention, a lady came back while we were there because TWO of her nails already were already falling off after 2 days.

One last was irritating when doing my nails. Kept telling me I was wrong, I told her I just wanted a basic manicure and she did extra stuff. She kept grabbing at my hands and just putting the lid down loudly with the uv light. Then my friend got a full set while I was getting my half assed pedicure and the same lady was on talking on her phone the entire time she was doing the full set. The finished products were less then okay. Not happy and will not be returning.

Typical nail shop, they do a good job!

First time and last time. I decided to go in on a whim because I was in the shopping center. I got a regular pedicure for $33 and IT WAS THE WORST PEDICURE IVE EVER RECEIVED. Teresa did my pedicure. I thought everything was going well until it was time to pay. I looked down and could tell that the paint job was sloppy and my toes had light polish around the edges but I thought it was minor. Even though minor polish issues can be annoying I just told myself to pay and try somewhere else next time. It wasnt until I got outside that I could see how truly bad it was. The sides of my toe nails were missing polish and I had polish on the skin after the tips of my nails on almost every nail. I couldnt drive away with my feet like that after paying $33 plus tip so I went back in and politely spoke with a guy who repainted my toes and did a great job. I didnt catch his name but he was a younger guy. As soon as I started to explain why I returned he quickly cut me off. Im assuming he didnt want the other customers to hear. I do appreciate him fixing the problem.

When I booked the appointment, the price was supposed to be half price. When I arrived I asked the technician for the half price mani/pedi and I was told it would be the express mani/pedi. I was charged full price less $5.00 per procedure. I could have paid full price at Lush and it would have been the same as Tropical Nails special price. If I had known this, I would have gone to Lush and paid full price. The very next day the polish on my daughters nails flaked off. When I called about this, I was told that nothing could be done since I did not get gel polish. The whole time we were at the salon, the technician was making personal phone calls and not paying attention. Needless to say, I wasted $84.00 plus tip. My advise, go elsewhere.

I really wish I had read the reviews here before making a mistake, service was bad explained what i wanted and didnt want done with my new set of nails and they came out horrible uneven and very flat looking now Im gonna have to pay someone else to fix them. they are also under staffed and I felt rushed and unheard..

Im getting an express pedicure as I type this. My feet soaked for 30 minutes before anyone touched them. Long enough for my footbath to go from hot and soothing, to cold and uncomfortable. 2 people that walked in after me were helped while I continued to sit and soak.The staff here are not very friendly, except for the young girl who seems to be getting worked very hard despite the child labor laws that exist. Maybe theyre unfriendly because they are overworked? As other posters have said, they seem to be understaffed.The prices seem a bit high here also. I came in to get a mani/pedi initially, but decided on just a pedi after I was shown the price list.I came to this salon because I was already in this shopping center. Next time Ill skip it and go elsewhere.I must say, my toes look good so far, so Ill give this place a good rating.

If you expect your nails to have the same shape do not come here. Waste of time and money.
