My daughter had her hair dyed purple which was an hours long experience. Jen O was great with her, and it came out amazing. I also got my hair cut and braided, and I got a pedicure. Overall great experience!

Charm Salon is the best!! Every single hairstylist at Charm is incredibly talented. They provide a positive, fun, clean atmosphere with very reasonable pricing for top notch service. I have personally had my hair done by Alyssa, Shelby, Jess and Kayla - all who do an AMAZING job.In addition, Jenna also provides her hair services for the residents at Vitalia Solon, a senior living community where I work, and she does excellent work! I would recommend this salon and their 10/10 services to anyone.

I regularly book with Shelby and she is so talented. My hair always looks so perfect and she is great to talk to! My husband sees Doris for his haircuts and he loves going to her! I almost booked his second haircut with someone else and he got mad at me that it wasnt Doris! The ladies here are so friendly and the salon is SO clean.

Jamie has been doing my hair for a long time. I love the way she cuts and colors my hair. She is very talented and she always make me look great. Jamie also gives the best massages. You can always depend on Jamie to excel whether she is doing your hair or getting rid I’d your aches. Best hairstylist around.

Call ahead and make an appointment as soon as you know youll need it.Pricing is very, very reasonable. They could probably charge much more and no one would complain.Lovely, friendly salon with any beauty treatment youd like!

Jamie has been my hairdresser for years. When I found out she got her license to do massages, I signed right up. Now, every 5 weeks, I drive from Brecksville to Aurora for Jamie’s 30-minute massage and haircut. Absolutely worth the drive and money.

I couldnt love this place more if I tried. Alyssa (the owner) does my hair and is the best ever. I have sent a copious amount of people here to see her and they all love it. A couple have used other stylists and loved them as well. 10/10 times would always recommend.
