This place was great! I got my first wax at this place and Lynee was amazing. She made me feel extremely comfortable and talked with me the whole time, and it made the process fast, easy, and not nearly as painful as I thought it would be! I have to come back another time for underarms because they said my growth was too short, and since this was my first wax, I was told that I’m supposed to get 50% off from the woman at the front and looking back on what I paid, I was still charged full price. These things were disappointing. Overall, the wax itself was still a great experience and I’ll be back soon!

From appointment set up to the actual wax, this location was amazing. I had never waxed anything but my brows before and they patiently answered all my questions. Taylor was my Wax Specialist! She was efficient and personable. Was chatted and laughed while she worked. Again she answered any questions I had and was stellar! I will be back again happily! Edited to add: I’ve never had an issue with my hair being “too short” that a service couldn’t be completed, my underarms and leg hair has been growing out the same amount of time. So the reply to my original review is BS. Definitely won’t be coming back now that I’ve been pushed off and lied to.Showed up 15 min before my reservation and was told I could wait in my car and they’d call me when my waxer was ready. 10 min after my reservation, no call, so I went back inside and was rushed back to the room where they said they couldn’t perform both services I requested because “we were 10 minutes in” as if it was my fault that I wasn’t contacted when my waxer was ready. Won’t be coming back to this location, but I am pleased with the results of the service that was performed.

Lynee was awesome! She was quick, got everything, and made sure that I was comfortable. She was very professional and did awesome. Highly recommended her.

Got a Brazilian and it is half off the first session which is great! Still ended up being about 75+ with tip and Ingrown cream but other than that it was good 👍

I always come here for waxing with Michelle, and I always leave satisfied! I’ve tried a couple other specialists here when Michelle wasn’t available and honestly none of them come close to her skill/professionalism/making you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable position (haha). I’m getting married in June and Michelle sat down with me and came up with a perfect timeline so that I wouldn’t feel weird about wearing a bikini on my bachelorette or on my honeymoon, which are 3 weeks apart. Anyone who’s planned a wedding knows it’s the little details that count and any stress relieved is always welcome! Will be coming here for all future waxing needs :)

I went in yesterday afternoon and the girl at the front desk was extremely rude I was still asking a question when she started helping another customer she literally cut me off in the middle of my sentence and told me to sit down instead of answering my questions. Also when I finally got to the back they told me my hair was to short after driving there for 40 minutes.... horrible experience...

I got my first ever Brazilian wax here with Marie and she was amazing! She answered all my questions and was very professional. Definitely will be coming back.

I went in today to get a simple unibrow waxed and the lady took half of my eyebrows off. If you’re looking for a place to get them done don’t come here unless you want half your eyebrow taken off . I’m a very dissatisfied and still paid full price.

This used to be my go-to before I moved to Parker. Loved it then and now! I went back to this location because the other one was temporarily closed due to their systems shutting down, and I was not disappointed.

The appointment was on time. They got me in last minute. Area was clean. The only reason I believe it was a two star is because of the way they went about the whole wax itself. 1. She missed a lot of hair and she didnt give me a chance to tell her that. 2. She didnt make it clear that she was done just kind of stood there. And 3 I overall just didnt feel welcome there. It was overall just a very off-putting experience for me and the job just wasnt done well...I understand that I was one of the last appointments and they wanted to get out of there but but still Im paying for a service. And it sucks coming into a new place and not feeling welcome by both the front desk or the waxer.

Great staff. Very friendly! Youre in excellent hands if youre thinking about getting waxed here. They dont ever hurt you. Wax is always the right temperature, doesnt burn. I visit regularly. The prices did jump since I started getting waxed here, which upset me a little. But they are still decently affordable. A+

First timer here. The facility was clean and they got me in within 5minutes without an appt. (I did call right before I showed up) Megan was great and very personable. We had a good chat like we had known each other forever. I got my brows and underarms waxed & my results were amazing! My only regret is that I didn’t snag some of the products they use on the way out 🤷🏼‍♀️

Service was ok. Waxing was ok. I noticed a patch of hair and mentioned it and it wasnt received very well. Paying $350 and having to go back home and shave and tweeze, definitely not worth it. $21 for my eyebrows to look like this. Threading would have cost less and looked better.

I have been going to this location for years and have never had a bad experience. Michelle is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly! The staff at the desk recognize me and are very nice. There is a European wax center closer to my house, but I go out of my way to come here.

This is my second time coming here. I love it. Marie was great. I make sure to follow up with her when I come through. She does an wonderful job. Make sure you choose wisely who you let touch your eyebrows. Taylor did AWFUL! I asked her before she even started to please keep my eyebrows thick due to someone else messing them up and she went very thin and uneven! Very bad experience, especially for the price.

Marie is phenomenal! She always pays attention to detail, extremely friendly and makes my trip to getting waxed fun. I would highly recommend her if it’s your first time and you might be uncomfortable or just want someone who will take extra care of you.

I’ve been going to this location for a while and absolutely love Lynee! She is quick and thorough. She is absolutely the best at distracting me during more sensitive areas being waxed. I have never left my visits with her unhappy. If you want a fantastic wax, go to Lynee!

Marie is the only waxer Ill get waxed with. I drive from 30 minutes away because she was the first waxer to get the job done right! I see her every 4 to 6 weeks typically but Ive been coming in every 3 to 4 weeks lately to make sure she has clients after covid

Michelle did a great job making me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. Her wax was wonderful and looks and feels great. I was in and out in ten minutes! Ill be back soon. :)

I had a Brazilian wax done here today and my experience was so pleasant , relaxing and fast ..first off let me say this was my first time doing the procedure and I was scared of the outcome but Michelle made it easier. She was very welcoming and her work ethic was superb .. their customer service is also the best ,from the front service to the team at the back are all respectful and professional ...I recommend this office for anyone that is looking for a waxing center in aurora area.

This is a really great place to get your waxing done! Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Grae is who I see and shes awesome! Makes you feel super comfortable with her friendly personality. The service itself is almost pain free which is such a relief from my previous waxing experiences. Hunter has been waxing my eyebrows for approximately nine months. I tried four other places when I first moved to Colorado before I finally found someone who knew what they were doing and had a great personality. She is so friendly and outgoing and makes the experience very relaxing. My eyebrows were a mess when I first found her and she has shaped them and even gotten some bare spots to grow in properly. I couldnt imagine using anyone else.

I’ve been coming to the Hampden and Tower location for a couple of years. I have always experienced the best care and professionalism from the staff. After an appointment, I feel like a brand new woman and I truly thank them for that!

Love the discounts and the payment plan they offer on their waxing packages. I used to go to a local nail shoppe to get my waxing done; I am so glad I tried European wax. I used to break out when they used their wax at the nail shops and realized they would use the same stick to do my bikini as they use to do my eyebrows. European is so much more sanitary and they dont double dip!

Waxers at this location are always late. They lack the professional courtesy of letting customers know when they are ready or not. I

I have Lynee as my waxer and she is amazing! She is thorough and gentle (if thats possible to have the 2 together lol) but she does a wonderful job! She always asks about updates on how I am and what has transpired since our last rendezvous, which for me creates not only a distraction but ensures a comfortable environment. I have never been waxed before and was very nervous about going in for the first time. My esthetician made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Okay... I am sorry to write such a poor review but since it was asked of me Im going to give my true opinion. I got an excellent coupon offer in the mail so we switched from threading and got my daughters eyebrows waxed one day. She has gorgeous eyebrows but they are a bit hard to deal with. The first technician missed so many spots on my daughters eyebrows and we had to end up going back the same day. I dont think they were too happy that the eyebrows had to be fixed but they attempted to fix them. Even after the so-called fix they still looked bad and we have definitely decided to go back to threading instead of waxing. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience.

I’ve become a loyal EWC client and specifically to Lynee. She makes sure I am comfortable throughout the process and is thorough in her work.

I like their wax, definitely less pain. Gave three stars because the wax job itself was so..so. UPDATE- The manager called after she read my review, went back in to try a different person as per her suggestion. When you go in for a wax job you want ALL hair gone. Both times the technician left hair, not just one or two. Disappointed for the price I paid. $59.00 is a lot of money to pay when the service is not good.

In the past the experiences Ive had here have all been great but today I had an appointment set for 12:45 and I was not seen until 30min later. About 20 in the girl at desk said it will be about 5 min, 5 min later I asked how much longer and she said 5 min. When I finally made it to the back for my brow waxing the girl told me the previous appointment was intensive, however now one came out with her when she went to the lobby, and it was just the two of us in the back. This was very unprofessional. I will return to European Wax Center but definitely not to this one. When I asked if there was a late policy for the store, I was told no just the clients, its a double standard with a snarky attitude.Update: When and by how have your tried to reach me I have been on the look out for any emails from European Wax Center as well as phone calls/voicemails and have received none of either.

The ladies at the front desk are all so great (Asheley is my fav)! Taylor does my brows and chin. Shes gentle and fast. Also love that she doesnt over tweeze. She has me out and looking great quickly! Also very friendly and cool!
