Cynthia is absolutely wonderful! I was a client of Cynthia’s for several years and the improvement she made with me was amazing- no other Electrologist I ever worked had the results over time she had with me. On top of that, she is a compassionate, thoughtful and wonderful person and I even looked forward to our sessions! In addition, I always felt safe in her practice in regards to Covid which is very important to me. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I have been a client of cynthia for almost a year. She is an amazing electrologist. She takes extra care to make sure her clients are comfortable, and feel safe. She has always worked with me if I have something come up and need to reschedule. The one time in the year I have been with her that she needed to reschedule, she gave me advanced notice and got me in as soon as possible. As a woman, and a member of the trans community, I highly recommend her services. You will not be disappointed. Plus her prices are extremely reasonable.

I didnt enjoy the experience all. The electrologist would start my treatment late and end my treatment early and still charge me for the full amount of time spent working on me, which is not cheap. She would complain that she didnt have time to eat and cut into my time because she was shaking from lack of food andthen had to brush her teeth which started me even later. When I offered suggestions, she was very rude telling me she sets her own schedule?!?!? I knew then what her character was.The last straw was when she took phone calls in the middle of my treatment and when asked about what I was actually paying for when it came to MY time, she became very defensive. On my way out, her next appointment was late, of course after finishing me up early, and she began to bad mouth that client from the Springs in front of me, as she was ranting and raving about how important HER time is! How this lady is so unreliable, and so on... I just couldnt believe what I was hearing and couldnt get out of there fast enough.I was cheated out of 15 minutes in just two treatments which equals $20 and she claimed that was okay because there will be times that we might go over on time. I seriously doubt with her mindset that she ever goes over without charging.One of my main concerns is because she is scheduling clients one on top of the other, how does she sterilize her needles in time? I have little scabs of where she treated the hair and Im praying they dont scar. Its bad enough that we go to a place trusting they will do the right thing and realize they are just greedy, unethical and extremely unprofessional.There are other places out there that respect good business ethics and will give you the service you pay for. I would rate this place a zero but the rating system didnt accommodate.
