I am extremely disappointed especially after they tried fixing my issues and were rude and unprofessional. I spent $260+ for very poor quality for both myself and my niece. The matte black didnt cover my entire nail, and the matte was messed up and streaky, the jewels were put on sloppy and you can see the glue, there is still dip coloring all around my nails on the skin. My nieces nails have hairs under the polish, and the glitter was placed wrong. The pedicures were great, and relaxing, they really took their time on those! I have never left a nail salon so disappointed and sad. I leave town in two days for a graduation and now have no time to get these fixed. I hope that you can make this up somehow. I am not sure how this quality is okay. I struggled rating this facility because my experience wasnt great or terrible. My tech was nice and did alright except one nail that she kept asking if I liked and pointed out 3 times to correct. She did try but its not great at all for the one nail. Its broken/chipped and I have skin filed with a small cut from all the correct.I was also a little annoyed when I checked out because I called prior to making an appointment about charges for nail length. I was told if it was cut under the nail number then I didnt get charged. However, when checking out, I was charged. I asked about this and they shrugged it off. I paid for mine and my mothers, we both experienced this.The other thing that bothered me was I actually asked towards the end to file down more but I felt uncomfortable because of the reaction I received and said nevermind.Our pedicures were great, the facility was a little small but they had lots of colors available. I feel like I had an average visit so I gave an average rating. I want to try them again and will see how it goes in the future but not sure when I will return.

This salon is SO busy! A friend of mine and I visited to get our nails done and were shocked at the amount of people they were serving at once. There was no social distancing, no dividers, and almost every seat was filled. They are not as concerned about COVID as I feel like they should be. Good news is, youll get in and out quickly, and your nails will look pretty good. But dont forget your mask. Wont be going back.

Great under pressure. There was a booking error and our homecoming group overlapped with a huge wedding party. The nail technicians rose to the challenge and managed the full house quickly, with quality, helping with color choices, and no one was turned away. The results were beautiful too with custom nail art. We will be going back.

This was done on Sunday August 22, 2021. I am very unhappy. I’ve gone to different nail salons and by far this is the worst. The lady was super sweet, but I am not happy that my nails are already really unpleasant as well as the shape was wrong on my thumbs… Will definitely not recommend, on top of it my best friend went there as well, and she received even more of a poor experience she had to get her nails redone somewhere else!

This place is horrible. My appointment was at 12.When I got there it was a10-15 minute wait for me. The salon was packed and not enough seats or standing room. When I called to cancel they said they were ready for me yet when I walked in they asked me what service I was here for. My massage chair did not work and the tech didnt care to move me or try to fix it and the massage sucked! I will never go back!!!

I have been coming to this salon for the past year for most of my nail appointments. I always just walk in and only one time they weren’t able to get me in. I just went exactly a week ago today and got a rebase as usual. The next day one of my nails snapped off and another chipped on the side…ive been getting acrylic nails for 10 years so that happens..I went in on Saturday to get them fixed. That’s where the problem is, because I was very guilted and shamed that my nails were broken. We also couldn’t find the exact color that I had gotten at my first appointment..that is fine except the technician was quite rude with how she addressed it. She said “this does not match at all. But it’s not our fault that you can’t remember the color”….while yes that is true it’s not their fault it’s also not my fault the nails broke. Anyway I moved passed that interaction and now here I am with two more broken nails. I am not doing anything wild when it happens i think the nails are just too thin. I got a full set only a few weeks ago but based on how I was treated I do not even want to go in to get them fixed. It’s disappointing because it’s only been a week and obviously I like to have my nails nice

If I could rate this place with a half of star I would. First Lady to do my nails did them completely crooked and they are wavy they are acrylic same lady did my pedicure painting the toes were fine but she didn’t do anything that she was supposed to do. She was supposed to scrape my feet and never did. So I called the manager and she told me to come in today to make it right I thought I was going to get my nails redone and my feet redone but no all they did was file my nails to were the original nail is showing and completely screwed it up. I will never go there again and I do not recommend this place to anyone I would have much rather gotten my money back than waist my time going back there.

The first few times were ok. Techs are nice, friendly and do a an overall decent job. The way the business is ran is horrible, zero organization. Their website shows different prices than what they charge. The last time I came with my 2 sisters and my niece. We all booked appts for 10 am. When we got there they only had two of them and they faulted us for not calling. Whats the point of online bookings if they want you to call. They said they could get two of us in and then the other 2 when chairs free up so I started with one of my sisters, my other sister and my niece waited . We were almost done by the time they wanted to start my other sister but couldnt start my niece at the same time as her. My sister and niece walked out. Completely disappointed. You need to update your website and fix your online booking program and maybe dont take as many customers at once. I wont be back.

This was my first time at this nail salon but they made me feel like I had been going there for years. It was bustling but still managed to keep it clean and make you feel comfortable and not forgotten about. Lovely job on all services completed. I will absolutely be going back!

First time here and first time having lash extensions done. I made an appointment and good thing. There were customers waiting outside when I got there. Standing room only! This place is sexy as hell.🔥 Every chair had a customer engaging in some kind of service 💄💅 Lets go into room #2. Gigi had me lay down on a table and she worked from behind my head for about 2 hours. I got the classic full set and they look amazing.The cost was $120 for the full set and you need to go back for a fill-inn about every 3 weeks and the cost is $60 for a hour of time. Gigi was so friendly and kind. She has such a calming voice I think I fell asleep acouple times. Wooppssss! They do take walkins but I recommend an appointment as this business is so busy. Thank you Gigi for such an amazing experience. ❤

Very beautiful a salon. Great quality work but my nail tech was honestly very mean. O am not sure if it was do to a language barrier but if I am paying over 100 dollars for services. I expect to be treated kindly and with respect. She was a really young girl but still rubbed me the wrong way. I will not be going back, this is the most important thing to me and events ought the service was great, this made me want to honestly go somewhere else.

My Nail artist was Amy! I always love ombré looks for my nails with them also being sparkly! Amy did such an amazing job! She exceeded my expectations and made my nails even better than the example in the picture I brought for reference! I definitely recommend this nail salon! This is the closest nail salon to me, and I am so glad it is! It is constantly busy, but it is because they do such a great job. Try and visit during the week if you can. I have gotten really good pedicures here, my favorite is the jelly. They are absolutely meticulous with your nails, and make sure you’re leaving with exactly what you wanted. I visited yesterday and Don gave me a lemon tea pedicure that included a hot stone massage, paraffin wax treatment with hot towels, and exfoliation. SO good! He also created beautiful dip ombré nails. Their prices are super reasonable as well. Highly recommend, and make an appointment if you can! They have a lot of walkins. ☺️

Don is a very professional & competent nail tech with attention to detail & he gives great pedicures as well. I love the new French dipping nails with colored French tips! I highly recommend him! 💖

Less than 24 hours after spending almost an hour and a half on just a fill and the polish on 5 of my nails are lifting. The polish on the nails that aren’t lifting is uneven and bumpy. We have been traveling for the last 6 months and I have had my nails done by everything from the best Salons in SF to a tiny hole in the wall in Nebraska and this is the worst...by far.We are staying 45 minutes away so it’s not like I can just pop over and have them fix it. I am not happy at all.

I’ve had okay experiences here, but I’ve walked out 2 times because of the fact that it took then over the time they told me to wait. I’ve also had appointments here and didn’t get in until after my appointment. Today they told me 30 minutes , I waited and 45 min later then finally got me a chair. But I had to approach them first and they said well these people have appointments. If they knew it was gonna take over 30 minutes they should’ve said that and I won’t have wasted and hour of my day doing absolutely nothing. I got in the chair and they said just give us a few more minutes. So I left. They do a decent job at nails but the fact that they also never have tried to improve the situation is ridiculous.

Very friendly and did a wonderful job. Got a little crowded at 5pm so if youre worried about COVID or the Delta Variant wear a mask or go early during the week. Unfortunately, my daughter messed up her nail polish and was embarrassed to go back in to fix it. But thats on her, not the salon.

I love coming here. Everyone is so nice and it’s a great value for the service. GiGi has been doing my nails for over 2 years now and she does such a great job every time.

Love it here, always so nice and cares for their costumers. Good price for what you can get! Most of the workers here do great on designs, which I ask for some complicated ones. Even if your lady can’t, they will get you someone who can! Although I feel they could be more clean due to covid.

I went by on Friday with a same day appointment. The place was full and busy, but my service was prompt and on time. I had the jel pedi and it was a treat to my feed. My feet gets easily dry, and 5 days later it still feels soft. I had dip for my nails and it was done beautifully. My nails feel and look natural. My technician was Uaon. I might have misspelled. But she was friendly, informative and did an very good job. This was my first visit and I will be back!

Terrible experience. I’ve never been more mistreated in my life. No one wanted to tell me the name of the lady who mistreated me. I believe her name was Q. From the beginning I could tell Q did not want to help me.She was disrespectful did not answer any of my questions or listen to what color I wanted. I showed a picture of what I wanted and of course didn’t expect them to have the EXACT color but I’d hope she would try to match. Boy was I wrong. She did one pinky in the wrong color and only gave me one ring of gel colors to chose from and told me the rest weren’t an option?!! I ask for another nail tech and she said no one was available and that she could take off the acrylics she’d already done.I explained that I was mistreated and discriminated against I could tell that the reason I was mistreated was bcOf the color of my skin. I was NOTHING but respectful despite the mistreatment I received. I’ll NEVER return there are too many nail shops in the area to be so rude and inconsiderateNo matter your color,money is green. It’s a shame that there I is so much prejudice against black people.Update for the owner who was not present ***You’re speaking from second hand knowledge and you don’t know what happened because you were not present. I was only told to chose from ONE gel nail key chain and I didn’t try numerous colors just. One. I spent less than five minutes with the nail tech I complained about. Everything you’re saying is false and it speaks volumes that you’re not apologizing and standing up for unprofessional behavior from your staff. Friendly staff, clean and bright salon. Nice pedi and love the design on the big toe. Also, loved that they match nail and tie colors. They do dip differently than Ive had at most salons--no base coat, UV for top coat. The tech who did my daughters nails seemed rushed, lots of details missed. One of my nails cracked a day later and two more cracked within three days. I went back to get the cracked nails fixed which they did right away. But the same nails cracked again the next day in the same spots and two more cracked on the other hand. Very disappointed.

I really appreciated Gigi working with me. She did great on my nails and it was done rather quickly! Definitely will be back to do my nails with them 😄I also wanted to add that Sandy also did a great job on my nails! She made sure to be careful with my nails when she was grinding them and she was attentive to details. Loved her work!

I take my grandmother for pedicures once a month. This was the best experience weve had yet! Everything about our pedicures was perfect. And the appropriate distancing rules were applied which is super important for her age. Well definitely be back.

First and last time at this nail shop. I chose it to because of all the good reviews, but it was a mistake. Made an appt but when I got there, it was several people waiting to get their nails done. Btw no social distancing at all in the small cramped waiting area. The seats are connected to one another. Had to wait 30 mins eventhough I had an appt. Pedicure felt rushed and it wasnt very relaxing because the techs were holding loud conversations with one another. I overheard one say, we are talking like this because the boss is out today. Customer service needs work! They are loud and unprofessional. Just spend your money elsewhere like I wish I did.

I had acrylics put on and painted. First, my real nails were filed very unevenly and jagged. The lady then put the acrylics on, and couldn’t understand what I meant by “coffin shape”, so I had to literally ask (politely) for the nail file to show her what a coffin shape looks like. She watched me file my nail while I was paying her for her time. Another lady then came to us and had to explain to her what kind of shape to do. She was rude and rushed the whole time, clearly more focused on getting out than on quality or even politeness. She didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me when I tried to start a conversation to pass the time; instead, she only spoke to her coworker the entire hour in a different language, probably gossiping. When she finished painting, the nails looked alright, I was satisfied with the look, but not the service.After just a few days, two of the fake nails started peeling off, and the nail polish was already chipping. I’ve had fake nails before, and they didn’t start peeling off or chipping for at least 3 weeks. Terrible quality.After a month, I went to this same salon to have my fake nails taken off. I had broken one nail clear through my real nail, so I asked the lady to be careful with that one. This lady was also rushing. She soaked the nail I had hurt, but did not soak any other nails. She then used another new acrylic to remove my fake nails. She used the acrylic to slide it under my fake nails and literally ripped them off my real nails, and it hurt. My real nails had their top layers peeled off, and she clearly knew what the safe way to take off fake nails would be because she soaked one nail and that nail did not hurt when removed. So that means she took them off that way because she was rude and rushed, not due to a lack of knowledge on the removal of fake nails.Keep in mind both times I came to this salon I was polite and did not even complain, although I should have asked for my money back. This is how they treat a new, polite customer. Unfortunately, this salon has bad customer service, and terrible quality. I could’ve done my nails better on my own and I would’ve saved myself time, money, and pain. Take caution before wasting money here.

All of the nail techs are very friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience here and recommend trying the Deluxe Spa #3 its a relaxing squishy experience.

Me and my mom got full set acrylic this morning they were super busy when we came in for our appointment but they made should you get us back for our appointment on time. The nails look amazing me and my mom are both very very happy with the results and will be returning at some point

This is my favorite salon for Manis and pedis. Supposedly masks are mandatory for all customers and employees. I counted three customers without masks. Why is this? Pretty disappointed by that after seeing all posted warnings

Ive been looking for a new nail place since Ive moved to Aurora and I feel like Ive finally found the perfect place! I got a gel color change polish and it came out perfect! I mean perfect! Polish was even on all nail and the young lady that was helping me also got my creases and tips without me asking! AND the polish was close to the cuticle! I will be going back for sure. Side note, they were busy, but even with 3 people ahead of me my wait wasnt more than 15 mins, and total time with polish and removal was about 20 mins. Reasonably priced at $20, and I was told they have over 1000 colors to chose from! You can schedule a service and they also have a loyalty program. Lots of parking as well!
