We had a great experience at Len Lyall Chevrolet in Aurora! They had the vehicle we were looking for on the lot. Naro Salas, the sales manager, ensured that someone was there to meet us since we drove down from north Thornton. When we arrived, Erik Chavez had the vehicle ready for us to take for a drive. He was knowledgeable about the Chevrolet line-up and helped us compare trim options to get all the bells and whistles that we wanted. The vehicle was priced fairly so it meant no haggling back and forth - keeping the experience simple and quick. Len Lyall will be my preferred Chevy dealership from now on!

Although the service was completed in a satisfactory manner, the service was EXTREMELY HIGH PRICED. After doing some research, we found that the parts needed were reasonably priced elsewhere, the position/placement of the replacement job was easily accessible, and replacement would have easily been completed WITHOUT THE HIGH COST OF LABOR. I will DEFINITELY do my homework next time we need service work, so we dont fall into this trap again, and NO, I would NOT recommend this service department to friends or relatives. Times are REALLY TOUGH for EVERYONE right now, and shelling out over $900 to fix a blower WAS a bitter pill to swallow.

Waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. No update on time. No apology. No consideration for my time. Watched the employees walk around laughing eating and having a great time while I waited in a uncomfortable waiting room. We have purchased 4 vehicles here in two years and this is the thanks we get. I have had all my vehicles serviced at this location for years. I had never had any problems with customer service until today.I came to drop off vehicle for routine oil change and tire rotation, and when requesting my routine shuttle ride home I was denied the ride.Per associate Kirk Garrett they did not provide shuttle rides for oil changes. However I have always been offered this option in the past.Kirk was extremely annoyed with the situation. He proceeded to ask his manager for approval on the shuttle ride, which thankfully was approved.Then Mr. Garrett continued ranting on with his bad attitude. He even told me he was going to push my cars finish timefor later, since I was leaving the facility. I think he wanted me to also be upset, however I was not going to let anything ruin my good spirits!I am a loyal customer but being treated in this manner is uncalled for.

Truck was pulling to the right & had Len Lyall do a 4 wheel alignment. According to paperwork, truck was still pulling to right and they switched the front tires and truck then pulled to left. They didn’t switch front and rear tires to see if that corrected issue.Service texted and emailed that truck service was complete. I picked up the truck after service was closed. I paid for alignment, but the problem wasn’t really corrected - truck now pulls left. Not sure that I should have had to pay for something that wasn’t wrong. They said it is a tire issue - stock tires.

It took 4 days for anyone from the service department to call me and let me know what the check engine light on my truck was about. I never would have known my truck was ready if I wouldn’t have called. My truck was there from Tuesday - Monday and I received one phone call the entire time. All communication was from me, not the dealership. They couldn’t have cared less that I was without transportation for 6 days. Spend $40K on a truck from a dealership and you think they’d act like you’re even just a little bit important to them.

Honestly, I was treated with more class at Len lyall than when I take my Bentley in for service at Bentley. If you don’t know anything about the car you are buying, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. The only reason I bought from this dealership is because I knew everything I was looking for on my car. The salesman who helped me didn’t know a single thing about the car I was buying or any maintenance history about the car. Also once it was finally time to register my car and get my license plates, I found out an emissions test was not done on my car before I bought it and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so unbelievably rude about it when I called to ask about it. Lastly, being a woman buying a car, I felt extremely prejudiced against. My father came with me to help with the process and they would never speak directly to me although I was the one buying the car. I will not be referring Len Lyall Chevrolet to anyone and I highly suggest you do not buy from here.

The second time which is on 7/6/2021 they basically said too bad not our problem and they want to charge him four hundred dollars to fix a problem for a car he just bought. Len Lyall is not fair. Eric Chavez - can’t say enough about the guy. Stayed in contact with me when I had some parts ordered after I bought my new Trailblazer. Didn’t pressure me, just gave me the best price he could and the best trade in value for my Jeep. He showed me the cool features of the car and found out answers to questions he didn’t necessarily know (brand new model so he was still trying to figure everything out as well). On top of all of that, when my roof rack came in, he let me know immediately and when I brought it in, he and a couple of the other gentleman at the dealership personally installed it without me having to ask or lift a finger. On 11 June I inquired about a truck via the website. About an hour later I received a call from Marselo Gutierrez. He explained to me the current market and that most trucks are sold before they even hit the lot. I mentioned my trade and that I may or may not be by to get my trade appraised that afternoon. Ended up going by to see the lot myself Saturday afternoon. Saw some salesmen sitting outside and talked to Marselo and the Finance Manager, Robert. Got my trade appraised and spitballed some numbers. Since the truck I wanted wasn’t there I went to a 5 other Chevy dealerships and got more appraisals.I ended up calling Marselo and Robert back at Len Lyall Early Monday morning to confirm I’d like to purchase the Silverado. From the Parking lot conversation the Saturday prior, I knew I wouldn’t be given the run around. I showed up in the early afternoon after picking up the check and was greeted by Marselo who’d already teamed up with Robert to have my packet squared away to finalize the deal. I’ve bought more than a handful of new vehicles in recent years. This was the most efficient, inviting, comfortable and open experience to date. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Marselo, Robert and the rest of the team at Len Lyall Chevrolet. They set the bar high for all future vehicle purchases in my lifetime.

So I previously came to Len Lyall Chevy in August to get my oil and filter changed and a tire rotation, it went great, I paid with rewards points. Today I came back for the same service on my vehicle, and for some reason just found out that last time there was no tire rotation completed, cause they couldnt find the wheel lock key; which was in my glove compartment the whole time. Kinda confused as to why I wasnt told this service wasnt completed on my first trip here. Also I bought my vehicle from a different dealership, I guess I thought all of the chevy dealerships would be nice and personable like that one. They offered us water, asked how we were doing.. the guys up front at Len Lyall just ignored us for an hour, like we werent sitting there. Ill be going somewhere else to buy my daughters car this summer.

Once I managed to get an appointment, I had to go through the service manager due to a foul up with the on line and service personnel, everything went according to plan. I was surprised that Lucas Jozefkowicz was ready for me and even arranged for rides to and from the dealership. He even informed me of a couple of potential problems one of which one I was able to afford to take care of at the time, probably saving me from more expensive repairs later on.

Ive brought my Trail Blazer in for service here several times and have had very positive experiences in both cases. The service advisor I worked with was friendly and professional. He kept me well informed about the status of the vehicle while they evaluated damage as a result of vandalism. He helped me secure a rental vehicle, arranged a Lyft ride to the rental location and suggested repair options for the vehicle once they evaluated it. I will definitely return to this dealership for future service work and would recommend it to friends/family.

My car had a nail in it and the tire needed replaced. They had the car for a day. A couple of days later I noticed the same tire was on my vehicle. $200 and a day with the car later. When we took it back it was discovered that the new tire was still in the shop and the manager had excuses due to the Coordinator nor the Tech not being at the shop that day. If we would of noticed that the nails were still in the car they would of stolen not only my time but my money.
