Great experience at Hyundai of Napleton. Faris was very knowledgeable about all of the genesis cars, different trims, and available features for each trim. He also went above and beyond to get me the color and trim that I wanted. All the staff were very friendly. I was greeted right away once walking in the door and was able to get the help I needed too.

Service department is incredibly slow. Friendly, but slow. It consistently takes ~2 hours for an oil change which really isnt acceptable by any measure, especially when you have an appointment.Sales and financing were really great so kind of a mixed bag.

Very satisfied with the service at Napleton Valley Genesis in particular with salesman Joe Williams. I was looking for a particular color scheme and model and Joe went above and beyond to find the car I wanted. Thank you!
