After several tries dealing with the Dodge Dealership - I called JM Auto Service and asked if they had a diesel mechanic that could diagnose my issue and they said YES. They made an appointment for the next morning and the mechanic -FRED- was awesome. He was available on time - I didnt have to wait. He figured out my issue quickly and corrected within less than an hour. I was so happy to be back on the road safe and sound. I will take my truck to them from now on.

JM Auto went above and beyond in repairing the extensive damage to my 2007 Ford Explorer! Due to the age of the vehicle, spare parts were hard to find. Jordan searched extensively to find the parts needed to restore my Explorer to like new condition.I am very pleased with the work that was done!!Customer Service and Professionalism still exist at JM Auto Service.

I recently went in to fix my headlight and driver side handle and they handled this amazingly. It took a couple days for the parts to come in but once it was ready Jordan got the paperwork started right away and they gave my options on how I want to fix my car in the process. My car stopped accelerating while I was driving & I needed to get it fixed quickly. They were able to take a look at it, a couple hours later we thought the issue was fixed but it turned out the throttle needed replaced. They ordered the part and it was completed 24 hours later. Fred was very detailed about the process and I’m happy to have my car back! Would definitely recommend.

I went to this busines to get an estimate on a few smaller dents on my cars trunk and hood. Spoke with Jordan who was more than honest which is very rare in todays business world. He told me that he wood give me a quote for what they would do to repair the damage. He explained that they would need to remove the dents, sand, paint and more which would cost over $1000.00. He then recommended that because of the size and places of the dents I could possibly save money by going to a paintless dent repair shop. He referred me to Caropractor who does paintless dent repair. Took his advice Caropractor used their paintless repair process which ended up costing me only $300.00. I cant say enough about Jordan at JM and his honesty. Thank you Jordan

Took my vehicle to J&M auto after it was damaged by a shop while getting an oil change. J&M was extremely prompt, friendly, professional, and repaired by car much faster than expected! I highly recommend this shop and even though the price didn’t come out of my pocket, I can say their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

You know when a person is doing good business cause you and the business you are engaged with, will be on the same page or have the facts of what was actually done. I went to JM because I had an insurance claim and estimate already but the shop before hand decided that because some parts were obsolete they wouldnt care to do the job. JM was fortunate enough to use my customer provided parts that I sought for with the insurance check while some parts they didnt need to replace only repaired or keeping originals. Also that some parts on the estimate are not available so do you charge for parts that never came in or actually never used for the repair? Which is a significant amount of the estimate which is my fault for not being thorough in my review of the parts needed to actually repair the vehicle and math of that review, also theirs considering they are charging me for those parts. I have paid $3,700 in cash or credit which we ended on being okay with but now it may seem Im overpaying or the insurance was based off the rarity of the vehicle or parts that again never came in, obsolete, or were repaired. My deductible is a $1,000 and believe me when I say I am not getting away with not paying that.

We were provided a very quick estimate on our vehicle. We did not use them as our vehicle was a total loss.

My car was totaled in an accident and it was towed to JM Auto Service and Collision after hours. The next day, I spoke with someone from JM Auto Service and Collision and discovered the charges the tow truck driver disclosed were not the current fees JM charges. After speaking with the manager, Jordan, he made sure everything was taken care of as initially disclosed...Thank you Jordan for being so kind and helping me out during this difficult time.

I had a few issues with my vehicle. JM Auto and I tackled these issues one at a time. The first issue had to go through the insurance company. The second issues dealt with maintenance needs. JM Auto did a great job repairing my truck back to where the truck was before the attempted theft. There was a lot of damage done. And it is great to get it back. The second was an entire brake job. Very pleased with the outcome. This is a very old truck and is good to go for another 10 years. Thanks JM Auto.

I parked at the denver airport, i live 100 miles west of denver. Upon my return, my car wouldnt start, jumped it, pulled it, no start. Had it towed to JM Auto (recommended by AAA), rented a car and drove home. JM called the next day and it turned out my key was bad, once i brought the other key, started right up. Best part - NO CHARGE.

I was so happy after I got me car towed there. The tow service was quality plus I got excellent communication about my car once received. My Honda was fixed in a timely fashion such a great price. I would give 0 stars if I could. Was told to bring in my truck, so I had it towed there. I go in three days later to see what’s up and they tell me they don’t work on vehicle’s with carburetors. Lol k I just paid 130 for a tow there because they said that they did. So they said to try and keep me happy they would work on it. Quoted 1700 more than any other mechanic I went to lol. Sad part was their quote wasn’t even for the problems I said I had. Think I talked to fred and honestly the guys really rude n dishonest. DO NOT GO HERE IF U HAVE A CARBURETOR.

I just wanted to thank JM Auto Service and Collision Center for taking my Scion TC 2009 for repairs. This shop by far exceeds any other body shop in Denver. Jordan Patterson and the other staff are very professional and polite. Truly an AMAZING repair shop. The quality of the work is outstanding.

Didnt have a great experience. Made an appointment to have my car looked at. Went the night before and put my keys in the night drop. Called the next afternoon to see what had happened and they had no record of my appointment nor had anyone even checked the drop box. Also, was assured that they would work with my auto warranty, but then was told they dont. Picked up my car and took it elsewhere. They worked with the warranty and there were no issues.

This was one of the best and easiest experiences I had ever had. My car looks and feel like I never had an accident. Jordan handled the transaction so well that I felt zero stress. Even better is that I got my car back almost a week earlier than the quoted time. I will recommend this body shop to anyone needing or wanting work done. Seriously an amazing shop and team.

Luv this place. Fun friendly carrying auto place. I was taken care of Every step of the way. They even sent a wonderful man named Robert to come pick up my vehicle from my home. Karina helped me over the phone the entire time sending me email updates on how my car was and what all was being done to it. When I showed up to pick my vehicle up she looked brand new. Karina also had it detailed and smelling amazing. I also got to speak with Jordan as well he made me feel right at home and explained things to me fully regarding my repairs so that I understood before I took my car home.

I was involved in a car accident that almost deemed my car a total loss. Through a series of events, my car ended up at JM Auto. I am so lucky that my car ended up at JM. JM Auto was awesome in that they answered all of my questions (there were many) and all of my phone calls and reassured me that they were able to fix the car back to factory standard. Carrie worked with me from the beginning in providing me with a preliminary estimate and then worked with the insurance company to get the work on the car started. Jordan worked with me as my car was being fixed and constantly gave me updates on my car to make sure that I was able to get it returned back to me in a timely manner. JM handled everything so smoothly and were so nice to me through this process. Highly recommend this shop, great work on the car and it drives wonderfully. Thank you!

While visiting from out of state my check engine light came on and my car was almost stalling every time I stopped. I was referred to the shop by a friend of a friend. I was treated like family. My car was done in an hour (minor part replacement/tune up) and I was back on the road. The family that owns this shop,a well as the workers were amazing people. I had such a positive experience I gave my personal phone number to the mechanic as well as the owner should they ever come to my state. Absolutely recommend!

I just had two vehicles repaired by JM; my 2014 Audi A4 and 2013 Honda Ridgeline. The work was excellent, the price reasonable, and they remained both vehicles to me CLEAN! I would highly recommend JM Auto Service to repair your vehicle.

I had my truck towed into JM auto body by John’s Towing (who is affiliated with JM auto) because it kept losing power. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem which was my throttle body, ordered the part and had my truck back to me by the end of the week!

They send you email updates regarding your vehicle, but they arent actually true. Six hours after receiving an email that work on my truck had started, I checked in on the progress of my oil change/tire rotation. They hadnt touched my truck yet. They were even the ones who picked the date/time for the appointment! At least they were polite

During the entire duration of my car being in their care (6 weeks) there was NO communication. Literally I only received one phone call towards the end giving me a finish date that wasn’t even met. Of course only after I called 5+ times that week. I felt like I had to ride their a** to get every part done. That, on top of dealing with insurance and rentals, made it ALL a headache. There were multiple completion dates that were not met. The car was said to be done on a Friday so I assumed I’d pick up Monday because At that point I highly doubted their credibility of the deadline . And when I finally showed up to pick up on the following TUESDAY , they still had to do “a finishing touch” that took another 20 minutes. When I received my car there was paint and primer left on my drivers side window.Not sure if it’s because they were slammed with hail damage cars (even though my car arrived there a week prior to the storm) but my experience was absolutely terrible. Never taking my business there again. Would not recommend it.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I took my car here for a minor dent repair. When I came to pick up the car the dent was not removed and needed to be re-done. Jordan (technician) agreed to pay for a rental car as compensation for the inconvenience. I had to input my own information for the rental car which was fine. When I came back the second time around my car was fixed and I dropped off the rental car because it was after hours at Enterprise. This is where it gets shady. I dropped the car on a Thursday night. A month later I got a bill from Enterprise for tolls with the date of Friday. The day after I dropped it off. They used the car under my name to drive all over Denver with all liability in my name. If they are willing to pull shady stunts like this I am sure there is other stuff that can be avoided by simply avoiding JM Auto Service.

There was a misunderstanding about the insurance payment and they went above and beyond to help me out. Very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been using JM automotive for six years now. I cant think of a better automotive shop or mechanic to recommend. I dont take my Yukon Dinali very often, simply because whenever they have needed to do repairs or work on my car its done correctly. Ive never had to go back a second time. So its nice to know that I have a dependable automotive shop. I highly recommend considering JM automotive if youre looking for a good mechanic.

Worst place to get your car repaired. All I can say is if AAA says to take it there tell them you will take care of the repair process yourself. You will save yourself a headache. Took them a month to do an alignment nd replace 2 wheels and tires. Not to mention the fact that when I went to have my snow tires put on I found out the control arm was still bent. They practically wasted my time and the insurance companys money.Update: Found out that J&M auto service it the reason my transmission is going out with only 46000 miles on the vehicle. They did the alignment when the control arm was bent. This has caused the C/V Axel to put more stress on the transmission as it does not line up right. Mitsubishi will not cover the transmission due to faulty repairs and no record of the repairs being completed by a licensed Mechanic. The insurance company noted on my car fax the vehicle was in a accident but J&M doesnt report the work to carfax so most people look at it like it was in an accident and never repaired. They are hiding under a blanket of multiple different companys so they can continue to screw people over and no one can do anything about it cause they have built there business around scamming people. Im sure the reason they do not report repairs made is they do not want their name attached to the horrible work they do. Pretty pathetic way to run a company.

My daughter and I were on vacation in CO in January when her car broke down just after I had dropped her off at the airport. Jordan from JM Auto, and the nice ladies at the front desk, kept me as calm as possible. The problems were pretty bad but they got them resolved as quickly as they could to get us back on the road to Texas. Wonderful people/service!!!
