Staff Does Not Wear Mask. Front desk lady is very rude I’m assuming she’s the honor by the way she speaks to the staff and controls the front area. Signs states mask are required she did not have a mask on the entire timeOf my visit My friend and I tested positive for covid shortly after visiting here. SERVICE IS POOR‼️

NEVER AGAIN. I usually only go to this salon for pedicures because every time I get a manicure/full set they do a terrible job. And today was no different. I went in and asked for a simple French manicure and they gave me the most HIDEOUS manicure I’ve ever had the displeasure of paying for! Not only are these Not French tip designs, but the shape of the nails and the application is just awful. How do you ruin a French manicure???? It’s the most common nail design & they didn’t even ATTEMPT to make it look good at all! I won’t be coming back here again! I hate these nails. I don’t even want to look at my hand!!

Absolutely horrible. i asked for medium length acrylic nails over the phone and in person and showed the lady a picture. she said okay. then cut them as short as my original nail length (which was to my fingertips) and said this is all u get. i showed her the picture and she continued to argue and roll her eyes at me. she said it would cost extra for more length, when i already said i want this length nail. she didn’t expholiate my nail or prepare it for the arcylic. i said i’ll just get gel. the manager argued with me and finally said i can get color for 20$. the lady then switched me over to another person and complained. i got the color, asked how much extra for the shape, and the other lady and her coworker laughed at me and the client laughed as well. then i got the gel, and 5 days later, it chipped. i was beginning to leave, and the manager was bombarding me about the money as if i wasn’t going to pay. then i didn’t leave a tip because of the service and attitude, and the lady roller her eyes. i am demanding a refund for the horrible service and horrible manicure. also, the building itself, is dirty, over crowded with boxes and supplies and the worst nail salon i’ve ever been too. i was made fun of, argued with, and cheated out of my money. DONT EVER GO HERE. THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER. DO NOT GO. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

The nail techs do a great job but one of the lady’s that does the pedicures significantly went up on her price to $30 for a basic pedi and didn’t even inform me that her prices increased so drastically until it was time to pay. She got me that time but going elsewhere for my pedicures. Otherwise nail talk usually has no wait and nail techs are reasonable and do good work.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! i went in because i wanted a manicure and a pedicure and the pedicure was great she was really nice , the lady that was about to do my nails was pulling my hand and huffing and puffing just because i had my daughter in my lap when my baby was doing absolutely nothing and i clearly repeated myself telling her i had the stroller in the car i was just waiting for my pedicure to be done she’s like no i have to do it WHEN MY PEDICURE WAS ALMOST DONE SHE WAS JUST PAINTING THEM !!!

Y’all take a look at this mess. It’s already stressful when a person move and then have to find that right nail salon, beauty salon gym etc. so long story short. My daughter and I went to get our nails done here and something told me to leave because I saw an upset customer leave when we arrived and the vibe was all off. But I stayed anyway because I really needed my nails done. I asked for a certain type of tip and even had the picture to show them. This lady pressured me to get acrylic nails (which I hate) but maybe that’s what she specialized in. Then they didn’t have the color I wanted. She was polite but she did not cut my nails, shape them or nth the way that I needed her to. The pedicure was way better than the nail tech on my hands.The lady that was working on my daughter went out of her way to upgrade my daughters pedicure and even added designs without my consent or my daughters request. She then said that it was free. (Whatever). So at the the time of payment (which was before my nails were complete) (yes I felt a certain type of way about it) I didn’t leave a tip. Now it’s a problem because she upgraded the pedicure for my daughter and added designs. LONGER STORY SHORT. I probably won’t return here.

They are all about the money I went in there and waited 15 minutes another lady walked in and have a higher service to me and they still made me wait and took her before me these people really need to learn how to treat black people they treat us with absolutely no respect and we keep giving them money shaking my head

If I can give 0 stars I WOULD! First off their hrs start at 9am I waited until 9:17am the lady pulled up and said they didn’t open until 10am. I left and called 10mins later and she said they were open. I pulled up at 9:37am to come back and I asked the lady if she can do nails right now, one lady said yes and then another lady came and asked what I needed. I said a refill and she no come back at 11am this is about the most unprofessional nail shop I have ever been to. Keep in mind the only time I came here previously my gel nails peeled in 1 day. I only came back because I thought they opened early and it was convenient. There are many high quality nail shops in Atlanta, so that kind of service will have you with no business soon. Save your money and go else where

Repair one tip. Waited 30mins. Nail was crooked. For Buckhead area, this was worst! I do not complain. But to make matters they had wrong colors in box for gel nail color. I picked red and box color had red and orange. Listen, save time and money go elsewhere. Very unprofessional, very unorganized. Too many other good shops in area and I’m not even from this area.

This was probably the quickest manicure/pedicure Ive ever received and thats not a good thing. Im use to time being taken while getting my nails done, its supposed to be relaxing. I will say they did a decent job on cuticles.The foot massage wasnt on during my pedicure.Most places use new tools for each pedicure, they did not.They had a good color selection.Overall it was a decent experience but I probably wont be back.

If I could give this place no stars. Theyre very rude, they rush, they give a half a## job when massaging your feet, its filthy and racist. Its horrible to be quite frank and if you dont mind being rushed, having crooked nails, and dealing with poor customer service and racist behavior than have at it....but that was my first and last time. If you want great service go to the nail bar in little five points and let the guy in the third seat do your nails. He takes his time with everything he does and the service is awesome! He gets a pretty nice tip from me EVERY TIME!

$18 for a basic, horrible manicure. Also, sanitation is definitely an issue here, no hand washing, supplies is piled throughout the salon. The rag the tech used to wipe oil off my hands felt like a crunchy cleaning rag. Would never come back

I went here with a friend and the day after as I was going through my receipt, I found that I was charged more than what I signed. Be Careful with them!

While getting a pedicure, the tech continuously dug at hangnail. After telling her of my discomfort, she continued until blood appeared. Then she continued to cut until she got out a bloody hangnail. I’ve had larger hangnails and other techs took their time and handled professionally. This women just told me my skin was sensitive. I had to come back the next day to greet my money back because my toe got worse.

Wish i could give 0 stars. VERY poor quality igot my nails done and they shaped my real nail incorrectly which is causing me problems. The false nail was placed but the gel polish is incomplete. there’s pain because they rushed and did themincorrectly hours before closing. I will try to add photos. I love getting mynails done but not here!

Came in for a manicure and a pedicure (3 weeks ago), they did both at the same time making it more convenient for me. Marlon did a great job on my manicure, shaped them beautifully. The young lady did a great job on my feet as well, really enjoyed the massage. So Ill definitely be going back this week. Reasonably priced for a fill-In & a Pedicure

This place is amazing!! My sister and I were looking for a nail salon late this Sunday evening and Nail Talk was the only place open until 7pm. The others in the area closed at 6pm. I got a mani and pedi done by Vicky and she did a phenomenal job. She even gave me this cute 3D type flower on my big toe. I’m definitely going to be a regular.

I am a guy and came to get a pedicure and had to pay 28$ for a basic pedicure. I ask why she told me 28$ so will not return. I think they’re raising their prices because of covid.

I’ve been having a long stressful week and I came here yesterday and I felt so much better after. My nails were straight trash before I came in and now I feel like a whole new person. I picked a color and they noticed the nail color for my toes didn’t match so they even tried help me find something similar which I appreciated. Ive gone here many times. They have the big massage chairs for pedicures, they do a very detailed pedicure, no problems with pedicures or manicures. When you ask for both, they save time by having one person work on your feet - while another does your nails. Great place!

Pretty decent, amid reading reviews first I was pretty hesitant however when I went by to confirm prices Julies attitude won me over versus that of the salon across the street. So I came back and was serviced by two very nice technicians, the quality was better than originally assumed. I would go back and ask for same.

I have come multiple times and each time worst than the time before imagine being told you will be charged $40 for polish change! No nail repair no foundation setting. Just horrible customer service period had them screw up my eyebrows twice and every time i have went same services different pricing it’s like they make up the pricing as they go

Y’all, RUN fast! The place is so messy. Look at the ladies office desk. My nails have loads of bubbles in them and the gel polish is on my skin on 6 nails. The person beside me had to use these gross little nail soak bowls with crust and film on them. NO NO NO

If I could give a half star, I would. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone in Lindbergh! I came here to have 2 acrylic nails repaired on my lunch break. No one greeted me when I walked in, and the 4 customers they had were all sitting in the pedicure seats. Meanwhile, 5 techs were just sitting around not doing anything, but they told me to wait. No big deal, so i start ripping the acrylic off of my 2 nails I wanted repaired.... Once the male tech came over to my table, I simply asked to use a plastic tip so that I could remove that hard to get acrylic... and due to me having really thin nails, if anyone was going to rip off the acrylic it was going to be me. He looked at me with confusion and said NO, I do it. I said, Sir, I dont want you to take the nails off, it is a painful process and I would like to do it myself. For the second time, he said no no, I do, I do.... so I said Okay, or dont listen!?! He picked up all his tech materials and went to help another customer that literally JUST walked in and told me to wait till he was done with her... That right there is the worst customer service I had ever experienced. I was floored at the level of disrespect from this male tech, so I stood up and left immediately. Long story short, if a customer walks in, who you have never met, and requests something, YOU DO IT!

I came to this nail shop because they opened at 9:00am, as I pulled up, a lady was standing at the door watching me. I tried to go in and the door was locked and the receptionist ignored me. No worries, it wasnt a coincidence, now I see their reviews.

I really dislike the management here. The staffs initially impression is, heres another one (deep breathe). The pedicure itself was mediocre at best. However, despite my dissatisfaction i still tipped. I tried to speak with a manager and was quickly dismissed by a person who literally stood overseeing production. I will never return. I suggest you not come either.

I went to go do my eyelashes there never again the guy was very unprofessional! He doesn’t know what he is doing he got glue all over my eyes. When I was done all I can see was the glue on top of my eyelashes. His mouth smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting never going back! Ladies he will negotiate a price with you guys don’t do it! Just pay more for professionals!

The nail tech was rude didn’t even bother to even out my nails or file them so they don’t look like bubble nails. Throwing my hands back aggressively. I did SNS and he only did two layers so you can still see my nail under. Never again.

I was getting a pedicure when the nail tech went deep in my toe nail with the nail nipper and I started to bleed and as I was telling her to stop bc it hurts she completely ignored me and tried to continue to do my other toe nails, I had to physically remove my foot out of her hand for her to stop and when I asked for the manager they told me to call in an hr. So disrespectful!!

Poor customer service. When I came back to get two broken nails fixed two days after getting them done, the staff tried to challenge me saying I didn’t know who did my nails originally and that I might be at the wrong place. Even the guy who did them denied being there the day I got my nails done. Once I was able to prove he did them, they did nothing to reconcile for their dishonesty and basically telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. The nail tech also rushed and did a horrible job on shaping/filing the nails he repaired.

They make up there own prices depending on who the tech is, and when you ask for a break down they can’t even explain it.. I spend a lot of money at this shop and tip great but don’t feel appreciated.. I will NOT be coming back

I do not recommend this place. MARIA the lady who did my pedicure last time was very rough and caused my toes to bleed. I mentioned something to her about how she was handling my feet and she got upset and reused to do my pedicure any longer.I will not recommend this place. I decided to not return to this salon and switched over to Lush Nail Bar at Atlantic station. This salon is more expensive however the service is exceptional and they even serve champagne or wine. They remember you by name, none of the associates complain, they offer rewards with cash off service, and they care about the customer. Do not visit nail talk and spa and especially Maria she’s very rough and rude. Take your money someplace else.

Today reminded me why I stopped coming here.... long wait time ( half empty)... disorganised, didn’t do what I asked AND had an attitude when asked to correct. Then they left us sitting as the nail tech proceeded to someone else instead of completing mine. Took three people and some stern looks to get it corrected. You’re not doing us a favor- you’re getting paid. The least you could do is give me what I paid for.... not to mention there are soooooo many other nail salons! We will definitely NOT BE BACK!!!! take your business elsewhere

I came into Nail Talk for a gel manicure. I found the techs to be a little pushy and rushed. My greatest concern was my nail tech had the nail tools in a sterilize bag, however did not appear to be sterilized as evidence by the bag not being closed. He also put the tools back into the bag after my manicure and started using them on a different person without sterilizing first. My friends tech didn’t have a sterilize bag and just put them in a plastic container without cleaning. The cleanliness of this place is lacking to say the least; literally stacks of papers, vitamin pill bottles on the counter and supplies everywhere. The equipment appear outdated and old. The nail tech appeared inconvenience since I had glitter nail polish on. During the gel drying process, somehow part of a cotton ball got in the polish. The tech asked me “what I did?” which I felt was presumptuous. My nails look okay but it was not relaxing due to concerns of cleanliness and how pushy and forceful the tech was being. When you pay $32 for a manicure, I would expect more from a nail salon. It’s disappointing!

Worst experience Ive had at a nail salon in Buckhead. While getting a pedicure, the massage chair didnt work, the water was cold, and the jacuzzi didnt work. In addition, my cuticles were pulled and cut poorly due to them using dull cuticle cutters. Im shocked I wasnt bleeding by the time I left. The massage lasted about a minute. My cuticles around my big toe nails are so sore and itchy. On top of that, the cost was outrageous. 42 dollars for a gel pedicure? I can drive down the road and get one for 35 with a 5 minute back massage included. I will never be returning to this place. What should have been a relaxing experience turned out to be a painful and upsetting experience instead.

To be honest I didn’t stay to get my pedicure.. the house mother is what I call her wasn’t friendly at all. After sitting down for about 15-20 mins I realized the air wasn’t on. I asked can I buy a bottle of water because it very hot in here, she goes on to tell me we turned the lights off because it get hot in here.. then she went on to say it’s so hot out side the heat is coming from outside .. lol . Wow . Did she say that for real.. then on top of that she brings out ROOM TEMPERATURE BOTLES of WATER .. and gave them to all her customers . I said this is ridiculous. I got up grabbed my shoes and walked out.. I’m sure everyone experience is different. For me it’s a NO!!! If you visit this place you may want to bring a cooler with you ..

Great place to get a quick mani/pedi at a super affordable price. The staff is great, and they do a really good job. The place could use a little bit of a makeover (aesthetically), but awesome for if you’re just going by yourself and not trying to go to a poshy spot.

Terrible work! Went there to get a french gel manicure for my wedding. I even showed them a picture of what i wanted and the guy didnt even look at it. I told him i wasnt pleased with it because it didnt look anything like the picture and he didn’t really try to fix it. He gave me major attitude and still charged me the $50 for the worst manicure ever!

First of all, the gentleman who did my nails was extremely rude and impolite when I asked him to explain how my nail set would equal to $50. He could not do do anything of the sorts.Trying to explain the nails shape and length, honestly just sounded like he was making prices off the top of his head. They tax and are extremely overpriced for poor customer service. I will never be coming back here.

Not even 5 days after the manicure I went back to get a overlay (fresh.. That was April 1st.. Today is April 6th and I already need a fill in!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of my nails is literally LIFTING, as if Ive had this overlay for more than 2 weeks!) super pissed! This was the second time I didnt have a good experience. I posted a picture in case you dont believe my review. In addition, got a pedicure including the calus removal and guess what... IT WAS STILL THERE. No wonder they never have a line. Horrible service. Please save yourself and your money!!!!!

I went in for a pedi and my acrylic my pedi was great i loved the way the lady did it but my acrylic nails look beautiful at first and next day the gel started to get bubbles the guy that did them seem like in a hurry he was breathing hard and all since the first moment he started i think he was mad ... im going back today because my nails look horrible the gel is already falling off and for 35.00 i need my nails fixed .
