1st they are so nice and helpful they offer all kinds of designs and choices just go to their Instagram. The guy who did my nails was so professional. I will be back

If you go when they first open on weekend. There is definitely a wait. Time depends on how many people are ahead of you. There is no sign in. Do track who is in front of you!

The main lady when you walk in at the first desk is very rude and always has an attitude. I try to give places like this a chance but they always suck in customer service and forget who the hell is paying for their services and keeping them in business. Humble yourself or you will continue to lose customers all because of your nasty attitude

I have tried to give this place several tries, in the hopes they would give good service. First time I went, I waited 30 min before the staff realized they forgot I was waiting. They then put me in a nail service chair, and then told me I’d be next. 45 min later, still no service, so I walked out. Second time, I was waaaaay overcharged and the nail tech debated with me on what I was asking for; which still didn’t come out right.This last time...and this is the last time, I went in on a Tues afternoon. Only 4 customers (one was sitting at the drying table soon after), 5 staff, and I was told it would be a 20 min wait for a full acrylic set. 20 min later, another customer walked in and was told it would be an hour wait for her to get one nail fixed. I waited 10 min, watching staff on their cell phone and someone else trying to clean up, and then offered me a pedicure. After politely declining, I walked out.

Just got my nails done. They are just ok. Lady seemed to have a attitude. WAY over priced for quality of work. Wont be back. 2 stars because I sat right down.

Had a marvelous pedicure.. Service was prompt.. Prices were a bit high.. Place never had a down period/time.. I was there for quite a while.. I received 3 services: pedicure,, full set,, & my daughter got her nails painted.. Would have rated it with more stars but the prices are on the high end..

I like to come here , i would have given 3 stars but the nail techs are inconsistent when you find one that does really good stick with that same nail tech everybody do nails and toes diffrently

Tried this place today for the first time. Just got a gel full set and pedicure and I’m not happy. She did not give me the color I asked for and after she realized mistake, still didn’t correct it. I don’t recommend this place at all. I paid them for their time and left. On the way to another shop to fix.

Horrible service.They have no integrity for the work they do. I came in for a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was horrible and poorly done,minimum effort applied.My nails as well. My nails began to come off after 2 days. I went back and they said they were closing early and did not fix them. I went somewhere else.3 days after I fixed those nails that came off,2 more came off!! STAY AWAY! When I went back I was told I worked too hard for my style nails. I sit behind a desk!! My nails came off after I bathed!! Doing dishes!! They are a rip-off!!

This place is beyond horrible. I went to Z Nails to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady who did them had in her air pods, there was no hello what do you want done not a greeting that was said. I told her I wanted a clean up even though I knew she probably did not even hear me with her headphones in but I said it anyway. She was quick to nod her head like she already knew what I wanted or just wanted to hurry and get me out of there... lol.SOOO after she waxed my eyebrows she put alcohol on my skin and I felt a burn but did not think anything of it until I got home and realized this lady completely burned my skin off under both of my eyes brows where she placed the wax! My burns are in the shape of my eyebrows!The next day I went back to Z nail to show them what they did to my face. The lady who did them tried to say I did something after the fact to make it look the way it does... she never owned up to what she did nor did her employees want to agree that she could of done such a thing. The ladys daughter (manager) then decided to say well what do you want us to do about the freakin burn.She then told us that she keeps the wax on over night.....?? (Cough cough fire hazard). Bottom line this place is not to be trusted, their service is a joke & I would never trust them with my money again.

Horrible! Ive been going to them for YEARS! These lol know my face when I walk in! First off the lady gave me a horrible design I didnt ask for. I didnt want a design! They do the same designs! She rushed thru my pedicure! Then she tried to get me to give her a tip! I told her no she didnt deserve a tip. The only tip I could her was to not walk alone at night! When I leave I usually say thank you or bye that time I didnt say either I stormed out. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THIS PLACE MY MONEY! This woman wanted a tip for horrible service!

I jus left this place last week and Marie rush and did my nails she normally do good but this time it’s was horrible she mess up my nail and then charge me 63 dollars

Just horrible went on a Friday to get my nails done and Saturday gel polish already peeling and acrylic so thin nails already falling off. Never again will I go to that place.
