DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHING HERE!! The customer service here is non existent. VERY RUDE!! also they have a way of always charging a different price for the same items they its always an extra charge, but no clarification for this. they also can never explain when called or confronted. They send me home with broken buttons and totally ignore sending me home one time with a suit with NO buttons and act like I did something to make them disappear.Also random stains and marks that they act like they have no fault. Im fed up! This type of total disregard of workmanship and lack of customer service is why they will probably go out of business. It is evident they dont care about customers service or if they loose business. So I will gladly take my business to Sig Samuels right down the street from now on! they are polite and friendly and dont try to rip you off by fake charges and unexplained marks or stains.

Their basic dry cleaning services are ok. I am fine with their turnaround time and service. However, DO NOT GET YOUR CLOTHES ALTERED HERE! I had 6 pants hemmed here and now have to take it to someone else to fix their mistakes! It may already be too late for half of those pants. In addition, they said they charge $12 per hemmed pants and 15 for hem and taper the waist. I got 5 pants just hemmed and 1 tapered and hemmed. In addition, had a single shirt cleaned. The bill should have been no more than $80. Somehow, the bill came out to over $110 and the lady acted like she was doing me a favor and said will give me a $10 discount. I just realized this the next day when I was trying on the pants reading other peoples reviews about them mysteriously up charging bills. I will be going back to them to to try to get a refund from them. If not I will be claiming fraud with my CC company. There are better dry cleaners to use around them.

Best experience for dry cleaners! I only go here and they always do a great job. Always end up returning here for all my dry cleaning needs!

We have been using Mac and Jac for 20 years. They are attentive, friendly and service oriented. The quality of the work is always excellent. There is a reason they have been around for over 50 years.

We had a jacket sent for dry cleaning. They only cleaned the outside not the inside. Apparently you need to specify to have your jacket cleaned on the inside. Last I checked you don’t just clean the outside of a garmet. And they wanted to charge us again for the inside to be redone. Absurd.

I was sorely disappointed with the services! I took a brand new jumpsuit in for pressing only. I told the male clerk that the jumpsuit was brand new. He said no problem we take care care of it . When I stopped by for pickup, there were two ink pen stains on it. I explained to the female clerk that the jumpsuit was brand new w/no stains, or spots. She stated soma-time new item have a stain. I told her no maam, not this one. She finally relented and said loudly, okay, okay. I took a pic of the ink stains before leaving their store. I stopped by four days later to pick-up the jumpsuit. She was pleasant when I walked in the door. She pulled my items and hung them up for me to see. I used the flashlight on my cell for better lighting. I mentioned to the female clerk that some of the ink stain didnt come out. She went ballistic! She snatched the jumpsuit off the rack, yelled at me saying how dare I use a flashlight to look at their work. I tried to explain to her the reasoning behind the flashlight. She continued to yell at me! I asked her several times to calm down. She was so emotionally out of control, she threw her glasses on the back counter and broke them! She said I no calm down! You come in here using flash-a-light to see my work ! She snatched the jumpsuit, and my three shirts off the rack. She told me that I would not receive my clothes unless I pay first. She shouted you dont want it ! I told yes, I want my clothes. I told her that I would like to be reimbursed for the jumpsuit. She yelled again! I tried to show her a pic of me with the jumpsuit on. She refused to look at it! When I handed her my credit card she snatched it out of my hand. I pulled it back from her and told, dont snatched anything from me because I did not snatched anything from you. She gave me my card back. I am still in shock with what I witnessed from a business owner! I was too shocked to call the police. She was completely out of control! The male clerk sat in the corner, and did not say anything until I tried to remind him of our conversation on 6/2/18. He started yelling too! What happened to good customer service? She would not listen to anything I had to say. Ive never been in such a position in my life! I told her I was going to write a review. She told me go ahead, I got good customers . Im truly saddened by what I experienced at Mac-Jac. At this point, its not about the stain nor the jumpsuit, its about being treated as a human being and not like an animal! That was inhumane! Its about respect, and showing some appreciation to those that patronize your business. Ive been going to this cleaners since the 90s. This place use to be Atlantas premium dry cleaner! In my opinion, based on customer service I received yesterday, that is no longer the case.

Good results, but they seem to make up the price at the register. I have been overcharged a couple times now, with no excuse or correction offered by the clerk. Quotes a price of $2.10 per shirt, then somehow 18 shirts comes out to $66. When pressed for the itemized receipt, its clear special handling for several items was unneccesarily added on. Also extra charge for large shirts? No price list is posted, and the clerk acts dumb when asked for one.

Very very rude! Asked him could I ask him to do my measurements and I’d pay him and he asked me am I one of his customersI informed him that I will start using his services for wash and fold however he told me he didn’t want any trouble and he wasn’t going to do it I asked him what does he mean by “he doesn’t want any trouble” I asked him to pay him for measurement Then I was asked to leave I was so confused. I was going to start using them for services I was uncomfortable and won’t go back running

I brought in a dress that I needed hemmed for my university choir event, and it was altered totally wrong and they refused to give me a refund. Price was way too high for what I asked for, and it wasn’t even done right.
