Quoted my husband and I a “round about” price over the phone for dry cleaning around $35-$40. Drove 35 minutes to the establishment for the price to become almost $80! Showed no sympathy over lying and misleading us to their establishment thinking they could just throw a price on us! Truly disappointment. Beware!

I had called them to confirm they offered wash and fold service as I had been traveling and needed a few things cleaned. They quoted me $1.29 per pound, a normal price. I confirmed with them twice before hanging up since I would have to bring my toddler with me to drop the clothes off and that can be difficult at times. I showed up with around two or three pounds of clothes, he then quoted me $35. I explained the conversation I had on the phone and he said No, no $35, best I can do. I then said thats not what was quoted his response was he didnt care what was quoted, but he might be able to do $30. This is a man that has the nerve to start haggling with a father holding a toddler in his arms. I said No, that was not what was quoted at that he walked away from me and dismissed me outright. This was one of, if not the most, rude, unethical, inconsiderate customer service experiences Ive ever had. He should be embarrassed as a human being, never mind as a businessman. Never go here.
