I used Stanley Steemer to have the tile and grout cleaned per the recommendation of another flooring company for a home I was preparing to sell. I was very pleased with the results and have used the service again since then at another home in California. I will definitely use them again. The tile looks great and the price is very reasonable. Gustavo cleaned all of our ducts and vacuumed the dryer vent. It was an all day process. He was punctual, thorough, very organized and cleaned up when he was finished. He made sure that everything was working at the end and to our satisfaction. He took before and after pictures of everything. He did such a great job that my friend who was visiting asked him how she could schedule him to come to her house!!! First rate experience all around!

Introduced themselves. Accessed the area rug. It is a white rug. Told me it wouldn’t be pristine white as when I purchased it. They cleaned it and treated it really good. I’m satisfied with the end results. They worked quickly and efficiently.

I would have given more stars however the push to sell more product was way too much. Told them 4 times didn’t want next level up from cleaning! Even walking out he made a comment! I’ve used them several times before in rental houses with same product and was pleased. I understood the differences. It was enough to make me reconsider using again.

I have been renting and the tile in the home needed to be cleaned. When I say Stanley Steamer did an outstanding job with my tile and carpet. They are definitely a go to if you need cleaning done for your floors.

I’ve used Stanley Steamers in Florida since the 80’s, and though a tad more expensive than other companies, the end results are fantastic. Yesterday was my first time using Stanley Steamer in Georgia, two men cleaned three bedroom carpets and a large living room rug, and today rug and carpets look almost new. I’m always happy with service and the two men who came were experienced, courteous and amazing at their profession. The price may be higher, but you can’t put a price on carpet, it needs to be cleaned properly so no mildew smells etc., and Stanley Steamer always gets it right. My house smells lovely today. I highly recommend.

After a disastrous experience with another mitigation company, our insurance company recommended Stanley Steemer. Within an hour of the initial contact, we were in touch with Mel who was super professional and made us feel at ease. The plan was laid out, all questions were answered and we were ready to go after Mel took moisture readings and measurements. The crew arrived promptly the next morning (today) and got right to work. We were amazed at the speed and efficiency of the team of 2 gentlemen and Mel, they got all of the damaged carpet, furniture and ceiling out in 3 hours! They moved things around and put several dryers in the damaged room to finish evaporating the moisture. We did have mold on some items and the carpet was damaged down to the subfloor but the guys got all of the damage out in short order. I can recommend Stanley Steemer most highly and without hesitation. They work hard and fast, which is vital to those of us who are highly allergic and have medical issues. We had our air ducts cleaned for our Hvac system! We are pleased with the air quality we are receiving from both systems!

They did a really nice job; however, I was a little disappointed that they didnt roll up the area rug and move the coffee table (which by the way is on rollers) and clean that area they just went around it. I did not realize this until after they had left my home is it my home. I am going to reach out to them and let them know and see if they will come come back and finish the job. Other than that, the guys were perfect gentlemen.

Very professional always ask was it ok for heavy stain areas. Offer other products, and said for any further jobs remember Stanley Steamer. By the way I called Stanley Steamer when I lived in another city. They also cleaned dining room chairs now they look new after a summer with grand babies. Up stairs steps now they look like new carpet.

The only advice I have to anyone needing their carpet, sofa or area rug cleaned is call Stanley Steemer first! It will save you time and money. I called a competitor first and was left in tears, mostly because of the money I paid for the awful job done, but also because my sofa looked worse than it did before I hired them. A valuable lesson learned! Again, call Stanley Steemer first!!! My tech, Brian, was professional, engagingly friendly, and most of all, knowledgeable! Worth every penny!!!

Used the 2 rooms and a hall special and they were very agreeable to work with me on three short halls that were like one medium size hall (way below the 100 sq ft for a hall allowance. Plus only did walkways in rooms using much less than the 300sqft/room allowance. Great service. Fast, quality, and dried quickly too.

Miracle workers I tell you! My carpet looked horrible! Preparing it for sale so I was going to redo the flooring. But decided to see if cleaning could have it looking at least 60% better. It does not look like it’s 15 yrs old carpet. Very pleased and I recommend them over the other guys *coughs* Zerorez 10 times over.

The guys did a good job cleaning the carpets, I have no complaints about the job they did on the carpets. My only complaint, and it is not exclusive to Stanley Steemer, is the constant upsell, and this comes from corporate. You book the appointment for one price, but by the time they are through the price is almost double. From all the extra treatments to rooms being considered two rooms due to size, even though they only cleaned the traffic areas and moved no furniture. I would actually consider using them more often if it wasn’t for all of this garbage. It has become as bad as buying a car with all the games that are played.
