When I first signed with Amazon Cleaning, two cleaning services ago, their cleaning services were sub-par. I was willing to give them more chances, as I have a family member who has used their cleaning services in the past. However, each time I attempted to book a new deep cleaning appointment with them, they increased the price by 43% from $175 to $250. $250 FOR AN APARTMENT CLEANING!?? How absurd is that?I live in a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhome apartment thats already pretty clean. Im pregnant and was simply looking for a deep clean to help me during the pandemic while Im pregnant and cannot use certain cleaning agents. They are taking advantage of COVID and capitalizing on it by stating With that in mind, that price was with our old price chart. Prices have changed due to COVID as our insurance did spike.Do yourself a favor and avoid this cleaning service at all costs. There are several other competitors in the area that will have a positive attitude and provide above average cleaning services to fit your needs.AVOID.

I have had the most wonderful experience with Amazon Cleaning. Everyone Ive interacted with has been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. You have the same crew clean your home each time, so they really get to know your space and you, which I love. Im sure everyone is fantastic, but I think Beatriz and Alfredo are the absolute best. Theyre quick but thorough and go above and beyond. They certainly clean it all better than I ever could! Theyve gotten to know me and Ive gotten to know them and I always enjoy seeing them each month. Nothing feels better than a clean home and I SO appreciate this exceptional cleaning service.

I really love this cleaning company. The rates they charge actually make sense compared to others that in my opinion are way overcharging for the same or sometimes not as good service. The quality of the cleaning is amazing. They do some items that other companies would charge more for (wipe floorboards and kitchen cabinets, make all the beds with fresh linens) and their extra services (e.g. fridge cleaning) are very reasonable. I like that the same two people are here each month because they know the home well and are a very efficient team. They also work around me working at home.

Amazon has been cleaning our house every 2 weeks for a year. You have the same team and day each time. They are always on time and do a flawless job. Im very picky and have been extremely pleased. They are very quick to respond and always give quality customer service. I definitely recommend!

I would say Not recommended. The customer service came to my house for quotes and we have agreed on they will do deep cleaning the whole house with a fixed price from 1PM to 6PM. And she mentioned it will be done in 5hrs and if they exceeded time, they will still complete their work. However it turns out this is not the truth. I was asked for another $100($50 after discounts) for another one to one half hour by customer service after they ran out 5 hrs, and they said if I didn’t pay for it, they will send them back and “will not guarantee for the customer satisfaction”. I was so shocked. We had an agreement when you came in and now you just broke it and ask for additional fees? Then what is the point for the quote and agreements??I am paying per service, not paying per hours. If you cannot finish work in time, it is your responsibility to finish it and deal with it internally, not something we have to cover. Eventually we didn’t pay for it, but we had to ask cleaning team to only vacuum the carpet and clean the toilet and skip other cleaning in one of our guest room so that they can finish the work within 1 hour. I would give 1-star to the compliant but the cleaning team is doing their job. Because of the rush time, we didn’t get chances to do post check, but overall the cleaning team was good.

Amazon cleaning responded to my info and scheduling requests very promptly, which allowed me to get a last minute cleaning scheduled. The two lovely women who cleaned the home were early, very kind, and did a fantastic job. The work FAST too! The home looks and smells fantastic!

I was really excited to have my home cleaned. I am a new mom with a full plate. The process for booking was fairly simple. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths total of 1117 sq ft. My cleaners were both vaccinated (yay!). They arrived at 11:44a and left 3:56p. They ended up only cleaning one bedroom (my request), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. I added on an oven and fridge cleaning. My quote was $295 for the total cleaning. Since they only cleaned one of the two rooms, I was offered $10 off (that was a little confusing but it’s their pricing model so…). The two cleaners were nice. I wish they would have called before arriving but either way, I had laundry and some other items in the living room area. I’m in the midst of purging for a move at the end of the month. They motioned that i didn’t need to move anything. There was a language barrier so trying to communicate my needs was difficult. I prefer to be able to freely communicate and be understood. It is uncomfortable for me to not know how to communicate with someone in my home. Anyway, I left them to work as I also needed to work. There were a few things that kinda made me cringe. They used the same cloths to clean the bathroom and kitchen. They also used the same mop & water for the floors. I’m not one who uses the same anything in the bathroom and the kitchen. Multiple times I had to point out blatant missed areas. They were nice about going back in and cleaning it, but it still wasn’t “cleaned”. It was wiped. At one point, I took a sponge and showed them the areas they were missing. That’s a little annoying because I should have been focused on work but had to stop to show them areas missed. For a deep cleaning, I was hoping for a cleaning better than I would do (when I have time). I was disappointed. They did offer to go back over areas and re-clean but I just didn’t have the time for them to do so. I expressed my disappointment to a manager and received a discount on my service but honestly, it would have been better if I didn’t have to go back and waste time recleaning. I appreciate that they were apologetic for my experience. I was impressed by the reviews and was looking forward to a pleasant experience. I will probably not use this service again. It appears today, unfortunately for me, was a one off. I hope others have a better experience.

We used Amazon once a week for a few months.. They sent a new crew to our apartment one day and number of issues came up. First, they left the key to our apartment in the door which I discovered upon leaving shortly after their arrival. Second, they failed to clean the floor in the main living and dining areas. Third, they left a pool of water in the middle of the living area floor. When we called the owner to address, he said no worries he will send someone out to take a look.. Well, he sent out two third-party handymen to assess the damage. The owner calls us one hour later and claims these handyman were his insurance investigators and they have determined this to be a fraudulent claim. Then he hung up on me and did not answer or return any subsequent calls.You see a companys (and its owners) true colors when issues arise. Amazon Cleaning clearly does not pass the test as a reputable, well established company to do business with.Potential customers, please do not hesitate to DM me for a more detailed review of Amazon Cleaning and its owner. Calling in to the office is also a pleasant experience. They do reminder calls 48 hours before your appointment which helps is a last minute change is required.With Amazon, cleaning is one less thing I have to think about at the end of a long week. I have used them before Covid, but since the pandemic, they have put lots of measures in place, including upgraded cleaning products and masks at all times.
