Rented a car here recently and it was a good experience. It’s a small office with only one employee so expect to wait if they are attending others. There are plenty of cars available for most needs and the one I used was in good condition. The prices they quoted me at first were insanely high (650/weeks) so make sure you look at your selection and the fine print before you sign. Returning the car was very easy and straightforward, otherwise not a bad experience.

The Hertz rental place was secluded and hard to find for a first timer. The lady was nice and prompt in getting my reservation even though I was early. The car I rented was a super nice 2019 vehicle so that was appreciated. I took one star off because it was difficult to find but the service was quick and the car was great.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. The customer service at this Hertz location is horrible. I have never had a pleasant experience here. Every time and I mean every time I go to pick up a car at this location there is an issue. I’ve had the car that I prepaid for given to someone else and had to wait almost 2 hours for it to be rectified. On multiple occasions the cars have been dirty inside and out. My last rental when I pick up the car the Manager on duty tells me that they hadn’t had an opportunity to put gas in the vehicle I was picking up and asked me if I would wait while they put gas in the car. I replied ok. After being there for almost an hour I asked the manager if the person who went to put gas in the car had returned. He replied that she had just pulled up and was told by another manager that she was needed back at the location and NOT TO PUT GAS IN THE CAR!!!! Are you serious?!?!? So I sat there for an hour for nothing and was given a vehicle basically on E. I am seriously considering giving up the status I’ve earned and switching to another company to use as my primary car rental company. Any suggestions?

I reserved a car for today at 8am. When I made the reservation no one told me that the car was only going to be held for an hour so when I arrived a little later my car had been rented to someone else. Thanks so much Hertz. All you had to do was tell me the reservation was for one hour but you left that out. I made this reservation six weeks ago. Great.

The lady who helped me this morning was very kind, helpful, and efficient. She got me a great car and even got me a discount on the car that I had reserved through a third party. The car was clean, gas tank wasnt full but she discounted my bill because of it. Longer wait because she had her plate full with reservations but this was way better than the airport.

Reserve a car at the airport. Told I was at the wrong Hertz. Lyft an hour to the correct Hertz. Even called them. When I get there they say they are still waiting on the car from the airport. Are you kidding me. I ended up taking a sub. What a beating this has been. They are shady. Make it out like you made the mistake and when you finally call them out. Blank stare. First and last time using Hertz. Dont waste your time.

You all Double charged my account for a rental extension and I have other things I need to do with my money! You all totally inconveniencing me! Took extra money without asking me! I called customer care and they tell me they can’t see the charges and I have to contact the location! It’s 2018 and you all can’t see each other’s information you put in the system? This don’t make no sense at all!! You all need to upgrade your system ASAP! This is a shame!

Had an online reservation, and when I showed up, was told that there were no vehicles available for the next hour. Was told that having a reservation doesnt guarantee that youll get a vehicle at the time specified. Sounded like this isnt an issue limited to this particular location. Avoid this service unless you have all day to hang around. Lousy at car rentals, great at reimagining the English language.

Most pathetic location service ever (buckhead). I had rented the car through official website from my work. Hertz charged then I was supposed to, even after returning the car after a week they still kept the contract open and kept on charging on my cred card. Even after calling on there customer care for 3 times and asking them to close the contract coz I have not revived my receipt and have been getting charged on my credit card. All they can do is sending email to the location to close the contract but no action take to actually close the contract. Highly frustrating. Finally I call location, and guess what they said. The cars battery was dead and I need to pay for the toeing charges, I was mad coz when I returned the car i was fully functional. Then said no you dont need to pay coz you had bought a protection cover. God I was frustrated with these people.This was my first time hiring car from Hertz and I am never going back to them coz there pathetic customer service.

I reserved a car directly via their website. I received a call an hour before my rental was to start stating that they didnt have any vehicles on the lot and would call when one was available. Two hours after my rental was scheduled to start I hadnt received a call, so I called myself. They stated that they wouldnt have any cars ready today and that it is company policy to not call and cancel with customers. I believe the agent on duty stated that they were overbooked by at least 25 reservations. Ummmm.... I deserve a phone call stating I wont be able to leave on my trip today. I called customer service and was told the only way to escalate the matter was to contact the manager who is already aware that they are overbooked. Poor business practice. Unprofessional.

Had a horrible experience renting a car from Hertz. Waited in traffic & lost money paying for protection on a Hertz vehicle only to get a call at the last minute from a manger saying they dont have the rental vehicle I already reserved. This is my first time trying to use Hertz & Im very disappointed with their service.

They cheat!On the check list it record the gas tank was 6/8, but it is only 4/8.The tire pressure light was on, but the agent said it is the glass water light.And they said the Chrysler town and country minivan cost $60,000, which will neither be covered by my own insurance nor be covered by the credit card insurance. They asked me to by their insurance. Later I found a brand new town and country with best package cost less than $50,000.This is the worst Hertz and worst rent agent I have ever met!

Not sure if I should give any star at all..! Had made a reservation couple of days back, reach the center and the guy is not there, neither takes calls..! He comes after an hour to say he doesnt have any car..! Then why dont you say that while booking one? You should realize booking a rental car is only part of holiday etc and this could mean jeopardizing the entire plan..! and of course no apology given either..!! I was lucky to get a car from another vendor...! Wont be coming back to this center for sure

I am currently waiting for this location to open. It supposedly opens at 7:30 AM, but seeing as the time is now 8:20 AM, I guess the scheduled office hours are more casual for employees than customers. Ive tried calling, and again, even though theyre supposedly open, the phone keeps ringing and I cant leave a voicemail. Ridiculous and a waste of time.

If the were less than 1 star i could have given.These guys are frauds they took money and didn’t give the car.The reception is so damn busy that you keep on calling them for days but will not respond.The guys at reception are so rude they don’t even wanna help.Do not use hertz . Do NOT use this Hertz. This location will price gouge you. I rented a car from this location and had to return it on a date the location was closed (Labor Day). The following day I received an additional cleaning fee. When I inquired about the cleaning fee, the manager, Drew Burke informed me the fee was because of dog hair. I do not have a dog nor did I have a dog in the vehicle. During the conversation he yelled at me stating there was clear evidence of a dog in the vehicle, because there were lick marks in the window and the fee was only $50.00 so it should not be a big deal. When I asked to speak to a manager above him, he informed me that he was it and I just had to deal with the charge. I had to research to find the area manager to resolve the issue.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Posted hours are 7:30am-6pm. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle at 8am and ended up calling another Hertz location at 8:30 because no one showed up to the service desk. Left with my vehicle at 8:45 and almost missed my business meeting. This is a reoccurring theme at this location, go elsewhere!
