5-Star Service!!! JEFF, the manager is TOTALLY AWESOME! He was able to get me into a nice vehicle, very quickly. Then, I had an emergency situation, where I had to return to Houston, from Atlanta, and he took amazing care of me. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED, and this is the ONLY location that I will rent from in Atlanta.

I routinely have to travel due to my profession, and whenever I need a rental car I exclusively come to this Enterprise. They have always provided excellent service, and regularly go out of their way to ensure that I am well taken care of; even when incredibly busy, or when circumstances are outside of their control (thanks, COVID). If they ever have a situation where they dont have a vehicle available for me (usually due to a website error, or someone not returning their rental on time), they have always ensured to call me and inform me of the problem; and, have either upgraded me to a nicer vehicle at no additional charge, or helped me to secure a vehicle at another local location. Additionally, the vehicles are always in great condition, immaculate, and frequently on the newer side which is very comforting on long trips.TL;DR The service I receive here is one of the primary reasons that I only like to book with Enterprise, and avoid other rental companies.Bonus points for Pokemon nerds. There are several Pokemon Go pokestops in easy reach of the waiting area.

Check in took 2 minutes, we were in the car and out the door in less than 15 minutes and that included installing two car seats in the back and changing cars once. They upgraded us to a larger SVU (without us even asking) though we decided to stick with our original size which we were more comfortable with. This was the single best experience Ive ever had with renting a car. The process was fast, easy, and the staff was exceptional, especially.

Im very happy about Enterprise (always rent from them) and this location at Courtland st. Great service from the Branch manager Jess also another girl. She did call me few times to solve some billing issue. As we returned car on Jan 1st, at different location which was closed, they didnt know exactly when we have returned rental car so the charge wasnt precise. But they did call me as they send bill and also we spoke later. And corrected it immediately. Love that southern accent, Jess is very friendly straightforward positive manager. We rented in LA just days before at Dollar, although few dollars cheaper, but Enterprise customer service is way way above the rest. Happy new year!

I am a long time Enterprise user. It is a family owned business that promotes internally which i fine leads to more engaged staff than most rental car companies. I find the staff are generally coorperative when i want to make some modification. I have received many free upgrades do to there not being cars available in my low end price range.One of the most important services of Enterprise is that they will pick you up or drop you off for free after you pick up or drop off one of their cars. This is often extremely useful. Drivers do not expect to be tipped, and i recommend tipping them anyway.If you do have changes you want to make in your reservation or billing do so before they complete processing your order.

What a terrible experience. Only open till 5pm. Closed during the holiday weekend with no after hours drop off. Set up with insurance company and they put me in the most expensive car my insurance company would pay for so I couldn’t add my partner as a driver- I have a broken foot and it’s difficult to drive. Charged me for the extra two days because they were not open for me to drop off the car. What a scam.

I told her that on enterprise website states that you can rent a car if you have a cell phone bill and she just refused to acknowledge that. She’s a moron. Black Women need to do better as customer service representatives.

I came in 2 days in a row, long waits, they don’t answer the phones & not the friendliest staff. The manager, Jasmin Nelson, was completely combative and had the worst attitude. I had a more pleasant experience with her the previous day, so maybe she was having a bad day. But regardless, it was embarrassing and unacceptable.

I rented a car a couple of weeks ago from this location and I was super impressed. I worked with Willie and he made sure I was taken care of throughout the whole process. I missed my scheduled time for pick up so I had to wait for a car to be returned That was fine because he communicated with me throughout the whole process. It was surely worth the wait because I ended up in a 2020 Volvo.Im in the process of buying a new car and having figured out what I want. So, Ive been able to extend my rental just by making a phone call. I love great customer service and Ive received nothing but over and beyond great customer service from this locations team.

I truly recommend VIDEO recording any car you take from this lot before you pull away. I received a car that was previously damaged (specifically a dent on the ROOF!) and was charged over $300 because they claimed it was “bigger “ when I returned it which was a completely fraudulent claim. I don’t know if they think Craig was running from Chico & jumped on top of the car like in Friday but this branch is a joke and very deceptive. I was taken advantage of because I’m a tourist from out of state and I’m young. Just protect yourself!!! I know better now so I won’t make the mistake again when I travel

I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service that we received from the branch manager at the Jimmy Carter Blvd location. After relocating to Georgia from California where we rented a vehicle to drive across country, we were LITERALLY told that we could not renew our rental unless we obtained Georgia licenses showing our new address. We did so, having to drive 2 hours south of Atlanta as it was the only DMV open for appointments. After returning to the Jimmy Carter Blvd location, we were then told that we could not use our NEW temporary licenses and needed to present 2 additional utility bills verifying our address (mind you, we JUST moved and it takes 30 days to receive ANY utility bills) and we were told that we would have to leave the vehicle. We then had to unpack our belongings, AND our 2 yr old son and car seat and call an Uber to return us to our condo. This was completely out of the norm from my past experiences from Enterprise and has so so damaged my loyalty for a company I have used for YEARS and having just spent over 5K renting from them the last 2 1/2 months. Frankly, it was embarrassing and a HUGE inconvenience for moth myself and my family.After speaking with a customer service rep on the phone for over an hour, I was told to return to a different branch (Courtland St.) and they would honor my temporary license. I WAS in fact allowed to rent the vehicle (but of course there were issues in that as well as they didnt have ANY of the vehicles they had listed on their website, nor the one I had RESERVED). Needless to say, I have not heard anything back from Enterprise explaining this issue and frankly dont expect to. I will simply use a different service in the future.On a side note: the branches here in Atlanta are some of the worst I have ever seen. While the airport location is amazing, the others are simply disgusting and staffed by some of the rudest folks I have ever been forced to deal with.

I wish I would give 0 stars - worst customer service possible! I arrived at 2:30 to pick up a rental car only to be told to sit down so she could answer 5 phone calls. I understand she was busy but it wouldn’t hurt to just put them on hold and help a customer that was in the store. I kindly asked to confirm if I was at the right place and she didn’t respond. Once she finally did help me she confirmed I was here and then listened to me tell my ride it was ok for them to leave. She knew she didn’t have a car ready for me and didn’t provide that information. If you know a car isn’t ready why couldn’t she tell me that info then? She waited 20 minutes to then tell me no car was ready and it needed an oil change and a car wash first, oh and someone still needed to go get the car.I had a reservation for 11:30 and was late but would there even have been a car then? Probably not since I’m waiting on the lobby with 5 people waiting on cars.I just don’t understand how a customer service professional doesn’t have the decently to tell me when I arrive that there is no car and it will be an hour wait so that I can leave and come back when it is ready. I asked her to have someone drive me home or bring me the car and she said no, they are too short staffed. I asked for an Uber ride home and back and she said no.Then instead of apologizing for not disclosing this information she cancelled my reservation and told me to leave the store.During this a customer in the store started screaming at me claiming that I was using white privilege to get a car faster and he started screaming at me and standing up yelling at me. She did nothing to stop this and continued to let another customer in the store start a fight with me. I’m not sure what sort of store you are operating here but it is not one that I ever plan to step foot in again. It is not a safe environment and needs to be shut down immediately and Jasmin fired.

This location of enterprise has always been a disappointing experience. Firstly I didnt get the car I had rented, which was OK, I still got a reliable car and got to go no my trip. But when I called to be picked up, I was on the call for 45 minutes before I was hung up on. This has been my experience here in the past as well. No one ever comes on the phone. Then I explained this to the Branch Manger and I was told, Mam we are in the middle of a global pandemic We are busy doing other things we dont have time to answer the phone etc. And actually I was told with huge authority from the Branch Manager that she was the branch manager. I would hope in that position, you would try to calm the customer and take the feedback. I apologized for even asking the question. At the end, the door was slammed and I was told Have a good trip.The not answering the phone has been my experience with other enterprises in the area as well. The staff is actually annoyed at the question, which points to maybe there is an issue. I understand that right now due to the pandemic, people arent being picked, but at least answer the phone to convey the message. Enterprise, if the pick up service is what distinguishes you from other car rental companies, my experience in this service has not been positive. Ive used enterprise plenty of times and ve been picked up maybe once.I hope this feedback will be taken and steps will be taken to correct this issue. Thanks.

Went here today a few hours before they closed. The employees here are non-friendly to customers, they will stand inside and talk to each other instead of doing their job. They also speak in a way that makes you feel you are bothering them. Expect to wait 45 minutes for a rental even when there is no line and there are 3 employees on duty. I would go literally anywhere else.

I had such a positive experience at this particular location because of how Bree made it such an easy and pleasant experience! The car I originally had rented was not suitable, which was a very good call on her part! Bree upgraded me for the same cost of my original rental agreement for a much nicer suburban which fit all of my family and our luggage to go to the beach in one car. Bree has amazing customer service and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent a car through enterprise!~Ada Carlile

The customer service was terrible the girl with braids was hecka rude. Willie was nice though, but the women at the front desk was just terrible I hope they do better. Oh and I and to wait almost 35 mins after check in so I hope you don’t have something very important to do once you pick up , because yeah. I see a lot of people saying things about the customer service it’s true and I’m going to call corporate this is ridiculous they need new employees that also speaks volume about the manager because I’m sure that person knows it. Willie is the best thing here. The only one working outside. All of the women reps stay inside, make you wait outside (even in the cold rain) , and are not at all pleasant. This has been my experience every single time I rent there. I have been using Enterprise, for work, for 9 years. This location always ask me strange questions, and are only consistent in making you wait at least 30 - 45 mins outside, to rent or drop off.They ask for your credit card, then disappear inside for 20 - 30 mins without explanation.Changes should have been made at this location, as they are never friendly, efficient, or kind unless its a man.

Had a great experience here this week. I rented a car from this location and was immediately given an upgrade, at no extra cost, to an SUV from a compact. It was raining, so that was helpful, as the SUV was safer for highway driving. Second, as I didnt want to keep the car overnight and was returning after this location closed, they gave me the option of returning the car after hours at a nearby location, which really made things easier for me. Anthony was very helpful as was the staff at the Coirtland street location. Highly recommended, if to need to rent a car downtown.

I just moved to Atlanta from Miami and I must say the southern hospitality is a real thing up here. A young lady that goes by Ms. Pernelle was so sweet and helpful. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied before I left. She even told me about a local smoothie restaurant that was amazing. I was recently in Wilmington NC and needed a rental car. I went online and found a rental car at the Wilmington Airport. I reserved the car online. I got a confirmation number. I then had a family member drive me to the airport to pick up the car. After the family member dropped me off and left I went to the Enterprise desk in the Airport. There I was told they had NO CARS. They said they had tried to contact me by phone. I never got that call. I had to call the family to come pick me back up at the airport. Very disappointing experience for me.CH

Return day was hampered by a marathon qualifier in downtown Atlanta; I called the office and the young lady assisting my call explained that it would be better to drop off the car at the airport (no charge for change of drop off). Wow! What can I say these guys rocked. I love going to this location on Courtland street I’m always taking care of and they have amazing customer service. My recent rental went a little something like this. I came a little early for my reservation and the manager informed me they were waiting for some cars to come in. It would be about a thirty min wait. I patiently waited. The manager checked on me about every 15 mins. I was so patient and polite the manager upgraded my car and gave me a day on them just for my kindness and my patience. I appreciated that the most it was kind of an early Christmas gifts. Professional and friendly! When I got into my car accident back in Oct and needed to pick up rental (although the car I was supposed to get mistakenly got rented out) The management team took great care of me and made sure to get me in something that I felt comfortable in. The young lady who picked me up from home to take me back to the place was also very friendly and helpful. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will definitely visit this location. Brandon the Manager of the Courtland Ave location in MidTown Atlanta went the extra mile for me and provided extraordinary excellent customer service! I always preferred Enterprise for a couple of reasons. One, is because of the plug from the movie Step Brothers. Hilarious! The other is because of their customer service and professionalism. As a business professional I travel extensively. My last visit to Atlanta I dropped off the car at this location to catch a flight back to LA. For some reason my App for shared rides wasn’t working. Brandon came to the rescue and offered one of his staff to drive me to the airport on a Friday afternoon with commuter traffic. I was amazed and so grateful. My stress level dropped to zero and my gratitude level lifted. I am a loyal Enterprise customer for life! Thank you Brandon @ Enterprise Atlanta!

I needed two rentals for an auto claim when repairs got delayed. Although of few of the staff were different, both times I was greeted immediately upon arrival and asked what I came in for. Stuff was professional, friendly, and helpful. I was given a choice of cars in my category on each visit. They also drove me home after both drop offs within 10 minutes or so when I returned the car. I ran over the approved number of days on the second rental. They said it should be no problem and a couple hours later I got a call that all was good and the deposit would go back to my credit card. Could not ask for anything more.

U usually enjoy renting from this Enterprise location, but not this time. I reserved an SUV for a long trip. When I arrived to a full lot, they could only offer me a minivan or small sedan (Elantra or Sentra). I have a reservation for 2 weeks, there is no excuse for them not having and SUV for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had the option of being picked up in the exact car I was renting and the check-in process was conducted via computer tablet carried by the employee.  The person who picked me up was exceptionally courteous and genuinely seemed happy. The initial rental was kind of a cluster; I had reserved a full size car and when I got there, they didnt have any. They substituted a mid-size SUV which I thought was fine. But after driving the SUV, I had to return it because the tires were incredibly loud. It took some back and forth to return it because they werent sure they were getting any full sized cars in, but I was able to swap it out for a very nice car the next day. The manager was super responsive and really trying to make it right. So, three stars for the initial rental and five stars for the subsequent rental, an average of four stars.

I think his name was Anthony. Just amazing, fast and friendly service. They opened a couple mins early to allow us to come in because it was cold outside. The Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Cortlandt Street is the worst I have ever been in the agents there was not professional I had reserve a intermediate car but I got there at 4:25 my pick up time was 4:30 they gave me this Dodge Intrepid Turbo that had so many scratches and dents the car was dirty the agents walk around the car so fast and said to me dont worry about all the stretches and dents on the car but when I return the car Monday at 4:20pm as I waited for 20 minutes for a agents to greet me and it was not busy the agents did not walk me around to car with me she said I was good to go I ask for a receipt she said I will get a email that never happen but the agents call me and said that it was a crack on the passenger right side tail light the agents call me at 7:30pm the car was so beat up that how could anyone tell if happen before are after I will never rent from that location again

He remembers you each time and can call you by name as soon as you walk in the door. His service is one of the reasons I only rent from this location. If you can avoid this location, please do. Or do so as long as the incompetent manager Jasmin Nelson is there. She’s supposedly the new branch manager and has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever encountered since renting with Enterprise for years. Enterprise, do yourself a favor and get a manager that won’t give you the run around with lengthy made up, outdated procedures etc. She had us waiting outside over 45 mins only to tell me I had to have a utility bill after renting from this location numerous times in the past month. It definitely felt personal and I was able to get a hold of the Regional office to make an official complaint after her giving me a generic # when I SPECIFICALLY asked for the corporate #. The situation was that serious. Ending up leaving without a car, and ruined my plans on my sons birthday. The rudest manager ever. If you ever have issues, don’t allow her to give you the generic 1800 Rent A Car number. Hit them where it hurts by calling the customer service # that asks for your experience with the survey or experience. They’re usually on your reservation confirmation and all of the business doors. This will get you straight to the Regional office above the manager at the location. Customer service sent an official complaint yesterday upon letting them know my horrific ordeal with this manager and location and informed me poor service like this risks their JD Power award standing. They had a pregnant woman waiting outside for over 30 mins along with me. I understand Covid-19 is going on, but having me and my 4 yr old and a line full of 7-8 ppl waiting in the heat (and rain drizzle) is totally unprofessional and inconvenient. Only to leave without a vehicle! I will be making sure I continue following up with my complaints on her with Regional. They’ve already offered me a free rental because her service was that poor. It’s sad to say, avoid dealing with the branch manager, Jasmin Nelson if possible. I’ve never encountered her since renting from here and they seem to be replacing managers like revolving doors. I will never come to this location again unless I’m guaranteed to never have to deal with her or her unprofessionalism and the staff gets a more efficient way to handle curbside service because what I dealt with yesterday with my child was horrific.

The staff at 303 Courtland in Atlanta was great! I’ve been waiting for days to get the car I wanted and it took for me to drive to this location to get it! Anthony was very helpful and informative and made sure my service was exceptional! I would suggest that anyone who is renting a car come to this location!

I was very impressed by my experience at enterprise. They were able to accommodate my car rental needs on a short notice, is specially since I needed a one way drive back to North Carolina. The staff was professional, the car was very comfortable and clean, and my experience was wonderful. I will definitely recommend Enterprise to all of my Atlanta friends for car rental services.

Car choice available, great location, friendly staff, clean car, enough gas to get out of Atlanta, lots of space in trunk, good gas mileage. The cruise control didnt work which I dont know if thats done on purpose but it would have been nice to have.

Very unimpressed with this location and Enterprise as a whole. Terrible customer service. I had to rent a car through them only because my insurance uses Enterprise. I receive the wrong car that I requested initially, then given a small SUV which I originally requested and this had a slow leak in a tire. I came back twice to get the air filled in this tire, then finally said I obviously need a different rental car. I called this location, and they suggested I take their rental car to Firestone to fix it myself and they would reimburse me...NO! I was then given a different rental car, so this is now my third time to go back to this location and time away from work, what a hassle. Then, as Im switching cars I left a nice pair of sunglasses in original rental which was my mistake. I realize this a few hours later and call this location. No help, this car is now getting tire fixed. We will check when it returns and call you...Nope, never happens. This car is now rented out with my sunglasses in it, so I go to the location again to return my now second rental car. Several staff members assure me that they will check, take down my cell phone and check this car when it is returned for my sunglasses. Never receive a call. They told me my original car with sunglasses in it would be returned on 3/6, I call back again. Will check for you, nope. I call back today, again they cant help me because the car is not at their location. I have never been so frustrated since they pride themselves on customer service and being family owned. What a joke. You can not track your own car and have someone check for a pair of sunglasses when it is returned. I know the saying never say never, BUT I will NEVER use Enterprise again. Simply awful and a brand new pair of sunglasses that Im sure they will now enjoy (on me).

I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Courtland Avenue location in Atlanta for about 8 months while my car was out of commission (waiting for Takata airbag recall parts to become available). I had to bring the Jeep in every month to re-write (extend) the contract, so became pretty familiar with the Enterprise staff at that location. They were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the managers on down. Couldnt have had a better experience.

The customer service was efficient and thorough when we went. This is not a large lot though and can be difficult to get too if youre not familiar with the area.Very busy rental company. We usually rent from Enterprise on Howell Mill but this one is just as good.

Great staff and customer service! The team in downtown Atlanta were terrific to work with. They expedited my car check-out and assisted me in obtaining the best deals available. We know these folks at Enterprise work on a high commission incentive, but they dont make you feel like they are trying to squeeze every last dollar out of you bank account. Id use them again...

I have a fantastic relationship with this Enterprise location. From needing only one car to many, they have always been able to accommodate my requests and, in turn, I try to give them plenty of notice when I have large requests. Our working relationship is second to none and when I reserve vehicles for my personal use, it is always there, clean and ready to go. I sign off paperwork and drive away.
