If I could give zero stars I would. They over book and take more reservations than they have cars. We booked a rental for 5 days {very much needed} when we booked our trip. We were called the day we were to pick up the car an told, no cars were available because they took more reservations then cars that were available. Normally, when a rental car service no longer has available cars it will say not available on their site. NOT AVIS. They take your money and put you in position to search for a car. Unfortunately, in our situation everyone was sold out and we were not able to rent a car for our time in Atlanta. I do NOT recommend Avis, I will never use this company again under any circumstances. Horrible business practices.

Though disappointed I didnt receive the vehicle I was suppose to get the staff was accommodating. Staffing was very helpful for me to get a refund from my original rental. Those who had any type of bad experiences with this Avis location is notable but then itcan happen even at any location even the budget across the street from them. Id recommend any one to this place.

This is the Worst Rental company I’ve Ever dealt with. They Never and I mean Never answer the phone. They overbook you. And they will even have you come all the way there just to tell you they don’t have any vehicles. That is such an inconvenience, especially when you had to use an Uber to get there. This place needs to be shut down and or hire Better employees. Like the other person said, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Yall overbooked.....I reserved in advance and when I arrived, on time and was told over the phone when I called prior to arriving my reservation was good, I waited over 2hrs to get a rental.....in which they brought cars from the airport Avis and I returned to the airport Avis and was charged a fee... .so no I will not be recommending anyone sorry.....but I should be compensated for my inconvenience and time....worst rental experience ever....I missed a very important function with my son....I will never be able to get that back😪😪🤨🤦‍♂️

This place is trash. The people are super rude & lack even the slightest customer service skills. I literally sat for an hour waiting being told I needed to speak to a specific person who seemed to deliberately not look at me so she didnt have to acknowledge I was waiting for her. As I waited I had to listen to a man behind counter using profanity & he was at least 60yrs old & should have better sense than that. I watched a woman come in & speak to a man who worked out in garage or somewhere & he just stared at her. Didnt even speak. We both just shook our head. This same woman had to come back inside twice because they gave her cars that service & tire pressure lights were on & they didnt even seem surprised.. they seemed more surprised she actually said something. When they finally did assist me the lady was so rude & dismissive I had to control myself from responding. Its so sad to see people really needing employment & willing to work but u see people like this who come to work & behave like someone begged them to take their position

The staff was courteous, smiled, and made me feel welcome. My one way rental from DC to Atlanta somehow got changed in the system. The on-site team immediately made sure my rental agreement was changed and confirmed no extra charges were added. Thank you! Great customer service!

AVIS LITERALLY PUTS YOUR LIFE AT RISK. I rented a car from the ATL airport Avis location and the next day it was completely dead. I had someone jump it for me, and I drove it for 30 mins, parked it to run an errand, and came back to the car DEAD again. I got it jumped a second time in two days, and the engine said it was malfunctioned. The car literally advised me to drive at a moderate speed and get it serviced asap, thats how bad the engine was (see pics). I was obviously too scared for my life to drive to the airport and went to the nearest Avis Location (this location) that wasnt in the airport. I could have called roadside assistance to tow it but they would have charged me $500 plus and Id still have to deal with Avis. This Avis location I returned the car to told me they couldnt refund my money and that Id have to drive to the airport to dispute the charges, despite my fear that the engine would break down and would kill me for that much longer drive. They told me I had to call the airport location to get a refund, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to the counter there. I called every single number I was given, and I was lied to multiple times as the numbers never connected me to the ATL Avis. I am extremely dissappinted at the service at both of the Avis in Atlanta, and dissapointed in their blatant disregard for human life. Oh also, this Avis location I was able to drop the dead malfunctioned car off at STILL charged me a $25 fee on top of all the charges for the days I had the car even though it was dead for most of it and literally dangerous to drive. Please see attached pics of the error messages. If you value your life, rent a car at any of the other agencies in the airport and avoid this location.

The representatives at the Courtland Street location in Atlanta GA were GREAT!! Pleasant and extremely helpful. I would hire them in a second. Take care of those folks. Wish I knew their names so I could ask for them again. On Thursday, June 22 @ 4:30PM gentleman waited on me...you can check to see who was working AND on Tuesday the 22nd of July @ 3PM?? a cute young woman helped me. What a change from the hectic airport! Everyone greeted me at this location. Clone that place. Love to go back

I reserved a vehicle by phone for Uber, but when I arrived for my pickup, I was told that there was no vehicle for me first come first serve, like, what was the point of a reservation if youre going ignore it.Not only did I get stranded but i had to find alternative transportation to pickup my children!!!I was lucky, what if I couldnt find a way. They dont care about that, they only care about their bottom line.

The staff at this location were really helpful and patient, especially Devonte. I had rented an “full-size” vehicle but the first vehicle had a maintenance warning so I asked to switch vehicles. The second vehicle also had a maintenance warning but Devonte was very understanding and found me another suitable vehicle from an upgraded class. The new vehicle was in pristine condition. I had the new vehicle for a week and didn’t have a single problem.

I am a Uber driver I just handed in a rental the day before Sunday I go to pickup rental the charges aren’t totaled on my credit card not to mention I wasn’t approved with my debit you think these people would help me so I could get to work. No the outlasted me and look down upon me I have a account with them and just rented it’s really inconvenient and very unprofessional to knowingly deny your corporate accounts I was so upset I did all this back and forth money and gas in Uber’s to be denied. I will never use Avis, speaking on a corporate level I had issues before and they reassured dedication to there customers as you can see they don’t.

You dont have many locations. I was told it was going to cost me more to drop it off at a different location. Although you made more money You should have been able to discount. the $290 left even when I only took it for 2 weeks out of 4 for the whole amount. This approach will make think twice before using you again.

While the process of getting a vehicle and returning it went very smoothly, the condition of the vehicle was the problem. The exterior and interior of the vehicle was unacceptable as it had not been cleaned. There was a dried up substance on the outside rear of the vehicle and the side mirrors were dirty, which my husband and I used Windex wipes to clean, necessary to be able to see oncoming traffic from either side. The inside was equally unclean and had a strong and distinct smell of marijuana. At a time when the country is dealing with a COVID-19 pandemic and sanitation is very important, the interior of the vehicle didnt feel clean at all. The floor of the vehicle appeared, was not vacuumed and there werent any floor mats, which we found unusual for a 2021 vehicle. Again my husband and I did our own disinfecting spraying the seats with Lysol as well wiping down the interior and rear view mirror. We even had to place 2 air freshener trees to combat the marijuana smell in the vehicle. There were scratches and small knicks on the rear bumper and a small rock/pebble star crack on the windshield which were there when I picked up the vehicle. We were also concerned about the vehicle stalling on us, as a routine maintenance alert appeared on the dashboard everytime the vehicle was started. I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle at 1:00 p.m. but had an unexpected delay and did not pick up the vehicle until about 5:00 p.m. It seemed like I was given a vehicle that perhaps someone may have just dropped off shortly before I had arrived. If not for the brief time that I had scheduled the vehicle for, I would have returned it for another rental. They need more personnel to service their vehicles before releasing them to customers. My husband and I were very embarrassed while driving this vehicle. Weve rented from Avis before and never had this type of experience. Very disappointed.

The customer service at this Avis location was excellent and I would highly recommend it. We had a horrible experience at a different location nearby, where an agent told us there were no cars left and refused to help us. We came to this location instead, and were so grateful that Yonas did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. We were ready to give our business to another car rental company, but the expert help and attention we received from him made this branch a fantastic choice. We really appreciate everything he did to help make our trip run smoothly!

Very disappointed with Avis as a whole. Reservation was made months in advanced and they called at 4pm the day before pickup and stated there was no van. No alternative offered. They also had a Nissan pathfinder that is available however they are trying to build an extra 400$. How is the customer being penalized and inconvenienced when we received a confirmation from your company guaranteeing a resv. I will be escalating this

Very disappointed in Avis and this location. Reserved a Premium car a few weeks in advance, showed up on time, was told they didnt have my car, but would give me a Luxury car. The Luxury car was a three year old, well-used Chrysler 300M. The Nav/Stereo system didnt function at all and after fidgeting with it for the first hour, my son and I were able to get radio finally!!! Then the radio was possessed - it would scan on its own at random times.The worst part was the condition of the car. Looks like they vacuumed the floor and that was it. No wipe-down of the interior and certainly no car wash! Fortunately we brought some wipes from the hotel, but wow, the interior was dusty. Very apparent they had never cleaned the inside of the rear window, so I cleaned that night. Also, hard water stains on passenger side-view mirror making it hard to see.I did give feedback after the trip and apparently the Regional Manager read it, but no discount or future coupon for such a terrible experience.Shame on you Avis, way to give your customers Corona....

This location and its staff are useless...I was reeeeaaaally hoping the prior reviews might have been somewhat exaggerated or false but nah. I had a confirmed reservation for work and after reading the reviews called to confirm my reservation. Only to catch a 30-minute Uber ride (which is not cheap) to the office and they tell me that there are vehicles but he can’t rent one to me until maybe Friday. Today is Tuesday. What TF!?? I’ll have to expense out instead of ever trying this again. They’re a very inconvenient joke.

I would give them zero stars if I could. This is fir the Avis @ 143 Courtland St NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.We arrived on a Saturday in March. Our flight had been delayed, then changed. We didnt realize this place closes @ 2 p.m on a Saturday, which seems odd. We got there, found the location closed. Had to go back to the airport. Thankfully, the airport location had a vehicle for us. But, they charged us a rate if almost $1800 for a week. It took us until Monday of the following week to reach this location. The representative was rude and also wouldnt let me speak to the manager. How can any company provide customer service this bad?

Zero stars if I could. I made a reservation and paid up front 3 days in advance for my rental and the day before I needed was told they don’t have any cars which is fine but give my money back. They stopped picking up the phone and was screening the calls. So I asked what was I suppose to do bc that money was for a rental. The person who answered the phone told me he doesn’t know what I should do. Very rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time I had something like this happen and should not have ever rented from them again. The first time they over charged me and hidden charges. Never again will I ever rent from them again.

Terrible location to do any type of professional business with, let alone get clear and effective communications from one of the managers, Brian. Its funny how Avis automated systems can call you with updates about your rental when something goes wrong with a scheduled transaction, but no one from the location the vehicle was rented from can call to let you know that THEY are making modifications to your reservation without your knowledge: no email, no call, no text. NOTHING. My contracted amount is supposed to be taken on Fridays, but they charge my card on Wednesdays, Ive seen the transactions every time they post. Brian cant tell me why this is though. He DID tell me that because of an issue on THEIR end regarding paperwork that they need for each reservation at this location, my card was charged 3 times the weekly amount in 2 days. And this is my fault right? I NEVER gave an authorization to charge my card more than I contracted at any given time without notice from Avis. Instead of taking the time to throughly answer my questions, Brian began to get agitated with my questions and clearly upset. He even stated that he couldnt belive that I told him the customer service is lacking. Unbelievable. Customer service training definitely should be an huge investment for the team at this location. Not a fan of renting vehicles and definitely not a fan of Avis.

Avis is one of the worst rental car companies available. The rate almost always is higher than you are quoted on turn-in. Remember the Seinfeld episode? Jerry tells the rental car agent, You know how to reserve a car, but you dont know how to hold one, *That is what a reservation is. You keep the car aside for the reservation- you should not show up and then the car you reserved is not available.

Terrible customer service. There are too many reviews on here that sound just like my experience. The car had not been cleaned at all in or outside. I took the car because I had been making reservations and showing up and being told there are no cars available. The key remote did not work, check engine light was on, 2 bulbs headlight and brake light went out. It was also missing the gas cap. I took the car to Pep Boys. They kept it for 2 days and never got to the car. I had been told over and over that I could not exchange the car for another. Now all I want is an answer to my charges after I turned the car in. I can never get them on the phone. The very few times that I do, I am put on hold until I am transferred to a voicemail that is full or an automated system that hangs up. I feel like Ive been hung up on purposely at least 3 times today. After they ask for rental agreement number, you are put on hold until the call is over. The biggest run around ever. Time and money wasted, lesson learned. Never Again

This place and these kids that run it are the most rude and unprofessional people have have ever seen. I have NEVER EVER gave a bad google review. But the people that work here are ridiculously rude. Even to the point that I heard one of them tell the person I was on the phone with to hang up on me. And she literally did after she completed one task with me and I asked for something else and she hung up. The staff dont even wear a shirt that says Avis, so besides them being behind the desk you wouldnt know who to speak to. One guy was answering calls and tone was nasty, the lady who checked me out had a nasty tone and attitude (not towards me but as if she was sick of working there).My problem was the additional screening questions. I was asked where I worked (who knows that from 10+ yrs ago when I first signed up) and then got the manager to review my rental to confirm it was me, after they had my CC and drivers license in hand. Im also a corporate member and profile is up to date with the same CC I gave them. The manager told me that theyve been experiencing scamming, but what does that have to do with me when everything matches up. The only positive is that the car was nice, new and clean and I was in and out in under 10 mins. Tire pressure was low for one tire, felt unsafe to drive towards end of rental so I returned it to a closer location.

My rental car was towed (absolutely my fault, obviously), and when I went to the downtown Atlanta Avis location to ask about the procedure for getting it back and to fill out any necessary paperwork, I was completely blown off.“Well, it’s Sunday, and our manager will handle it Monday morning. Here’s his number, but he’ll get in touch with you tomorrow.” Fair enough, everybody needs a day off, but the manager never got in touch with me either Monday or Tuesday, despite my returning to the physical location both days. It was always “he’s not here and we don’t know when he’ll be in.” The number they gave me also turned out to be just the general customer service number. I was finally able to get in touch with a person over the phone from Avis’s customer service, who filled out a report, gave me a case number, and could only say that yes they do have a procedure for things like this - it happens all the time - and that it will be taken care of ASAP.It is now Thursday, two days after that report was filed. Not only have I heard nothing back, but still nothing from the mysterious manager at the downtown Atlanta location. In fact, although that location is supposed to open at 7am on weekdays, I went by at 8:10 and then again at 9am in an attempt to get some answers, and they were closed - lights off, garage gates lowered, and a line of cars and people wondering what on earth was happening (yes, I took video both times).I have no doubt that all these delays will mean Avis attempts to pile on more fees - and *I* was ready to take care of it within the hour, *Avis* is four days in and still neither a resolution nor any communication. Obviously, I will not be renting from them again.

Yikes! I think I woke up the person working. Person was not happy I disturbed her dream state. Patiently waiting to be processed and receive car I notice a key had randomly been slid through a 1 inch gap in plexiglass. Not sure if intentional or even my key I grabbed key and left building. Thankfully a person noticed me roaming around and assisted. Place reminded me of the lost luggage counter at airport. Interesting experience.

Threatened ($250!) unreasonable, unpredictable credit card charges for sand in two of the floor spaces. Avis assessed the car, checked us out, we paid. All fine, no concerns. Afterward, another Avis employee comes out takes a look at the car and tells us we’ll be charged $250 for the sand. We offered to vacuum it out (Avis has a vacuum), he said no so we offered to take it close by to vacuum it, but he said no again. He then said he couldn’t allow us to take it and vacuum it since Avis already checked us out. He said the airport-Avis would be the one to determine and charge us $250.It is unacceptable to threaten to charge someone’s card after you already check them out and clear everything. Also, It was not much sand: there was a fair concentration only on drivers side floor mat and the carpet in the back in the floor space for the middle person’s feet. The remainder of car had almost no sand. We kept the car clean and cared for overall, wiped it out, left it with a tank more of gas than we received it with. Very infuriating experience.

Great weekly price. Great downtown staff reps and the man taking car of the cars in the parking deck. The Kia Suv was really great on gas almost 500 miles to the full tank. Only thing no xmradio or cd player(make it accesable). Im old school and havent learned to use my phone and didnt want to use it for music connection because I had a 12 hour drive to and from Ohio. Will rent from Avis again. Thanks

I rented a car during Christmas time from Avis in the Courtland location. I must say that the manager and his staff were outstanding, and they were the most courteous and professional staff I have ever dealt with.During this time of the COVID19 pandemic, they exercise strict social distancing policies and ensure that the vehicles are cleaned and sanitised, and they personally walk you to the car at pick up time. All transactions are touch-free and secure. I would recommend this rental location to anyone in the area looking for a vehicle and good service. Keep up the great work.

My boyfriend and I rented a car from this place for a wedding November 6-8 weekend and just from the start I could tell something was sketchy about this place. There were barely any cars available and the one they gave us smelled like smoke as soon as we got inside, yet said there was going to be a fee if there was smoking inside the vehicle. They told us we needed to put down a $218 deposit which would not be charged. Later that day we notice that the check engine light comes on and the car doesnt turn off even when you remove the key from the car until a minute or two. Clearly there were electrical issues with this vehicle (but upon picking it up we obviously didnt notice anything).The next morning we go to start the car to head down to a wedding that is 2 hours away and it wont turn on or anything. We end up having to call Avis for them to send us Road Side Assistance to jumpstart the car. The gentleman told us to swap out the car for another one due to the bad battery and electrical issues most likely. Avis customer service tells us the only available vehicle they have is at the Atlanta airport that we had to drive to and switch cars.We were fortunate enough to get a way better car from the airport Avis and they were at least super helpful with the transition. We are told that the deposit would show back up on the credit card and NOT get charged. Its now 10 days later and weve been charged the deposit. The manager Richard now isnt returning our calls and this has been the absolute worst experience ever with a rental car place.

I had booked a car online through the uber program. I caught a taxi from another city hoping that I would finally start back working. To my surprise, I was told I called you this morning to tell you there werent anymore cars. They called at 9 in the morning and left no voice-mail. I tried to call the number back but no one answered so I thought it was spam. They just gave me attitude and the run around. Id been trying to book a car for 3 weeks with no success. As a Avis preferred member the Customer service at this Avis location is absolutely horrible. Every service agent act as if they don’t care about your issues. Avis will charge your card whenever they want. I will never go through this again with Avis. Jalen and Jolene nasty attitudes are absolutely unnecessary. Please stay away from this Avis in downtown Atlanta. I’m highly thinking about closing my membership as a preferred with this type of customer service. No need of calling Brian Gregory the branch manager because he doesn’t have a voicemail setup or email on business card to be reached at.

First and foremost this was my first experience renting from Avis and I’ve only used enterprise prior to them and I must say the service was extremely pleasurable,fast,courteous and efficient. The location that serviced me was the one in Atlanta,ga off of courtland anytime you’re here ask for yonas Bryant but everyone in there in equally amazing❤️❤️❤️

Due to severe inclement weather all along the east coast Monday and Tuesday, we were an hour late returning the car. The location had closed upon our arrival. We sat outside the location calling Avis to find out where we should drop the car and were on hold for 45 minutes the first time and 35 minutes the second time--each time the call was disconnected. After going thru the menu, we were told the online Avis had a 24 hour customer service. I connected with it to hear that customer service closed at 7pm. I was unable to connect with anyone or leave a message. After returning the car the next morning and talking to an extremely rude manager named Yonas Gebremichael, I was charged for another FULL day--my rental was due at 6pm the previous day. I returned the car before 9:30 the next morning....another full day would have been 6pm Wednesday. I was also charged a late fee.

Renting a car from this place just add on more stress to everyday life! When I first received the car it was dirty on the inside food between the seats and stains in the back seat. They never answer the phone! I was on a weekly transaction schedule they changed my contract and over charged me I seen 760 come out of my account without my knowledge! Plus two transactions of 250 in the same week. This place is a nightmare I can’t get no one on the phone because recently they charged my twice in one week! I don’t understand why this company is making it so hard taking ppl money obviously if I’m renting a car through Uber this my main source of transportation being a single mother this isn’t convenient at all just add more stress and create financial issues what if I didn’t have 760 in my account that’s a lot of money taken at one freakin time

Today 1/14/21 I was at this location and a car was given to me with the check engine light on it. I asked if the car can be exchanged for another car and I was told to take the car to Pep Boys to have them to fix it. No type of customer services for the young men working at the location. Car rental was cancel and I called Customer Service to get the help needed concerning my case. The young lady on the phone was more that willing to get my matter resolved. However as far as the downtown location for Avis they need to get new staff that knows how to take care of customer and resolved the matter concerning cars that needed to be services before letting another customer comes in for rental pickup. Just Bad Customer Service at that location.

Unorganized that’s all I have to say.Update - this is the worst place to get a rental! Please save yourself the agony and go elsewhere! I rented with them via Uber and these people caused me to have loss and prevention harass me for a vehicle THEY TOLD ME I CAN KEEP FOR 8 weeks and THAT THEY WOULD CHARGE ME WEEKLY. THEY FAILED TO RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY AND NEVER TOOK MONEY GAVE ME A RECALLED VEHICLE THAT ISNT EVEN SAFE FOR THE ROAD AS WELL! YOURE LITERALLY DEALING WITH IDOITS FROM THE STAFF AT THE LOCATION TO THE 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! These people don’t know a damn thing about running a business!

The car was dirty and smelled of smoke! The exterior of the car had dead bug goop on the front bumper. The interior had pet hair, straw on the floor maps and stains on the headliner. The inside cabin had not been vacuumed.

After having a reservation at another car rental company and them not being able to keep their commitment to that reservation the day before Christmas I was panicking. 1300 miles from home and everyone place I called was out of vehicles. I called Avis and was able to get a car ! Aaron helped me and not only was very polite, but he got me in and out and on my way in minutes. Avis is now the only car rental service I will use ! BEWARE!!! I rented a vehicle from this location for five days in July to travel up north. I paid for a Volkswagen Jetta or similar mid sized car and instead was given an 8 cylinder minivan. When I picked up the vehicle it was full of dog hair, vomit, and dog food. I switched the car out at a different Avis and again did not receive the vehicle I paid for. It is noteworthy that this car also had not been cleaned even during the height of a global pandemic. My elderly mother has flea bites from the first vehicle and to top it all off they charged me for an extra day though I returned this piece of junk well within the time limits. I contacted customer service (which took DAYS to achieve) and was given no refund and a cursory letter of apology. If you would like to literally leave your life and well being in the hands of an abhorrent company, then I highly recommend. I have contacted the health department and am in the process of filing a lawsuit against the company. So for $500 I am left with hospital bills for my mother and am understandably furious. Go somewhere else to rent a car- trust me.

This Avis location has EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is a particular light skin slender PERSON who has an attitude every time you go there. HE IS VERY RUDE, EXTREMELY UNPRIFESSIONAL, and makes you not even want to rent from this location. he is never welcoming, acts as if he has an attitude when you ask any question and just plain UNPROFESSIONAL.

We have been trying to rent a car for five days around town and had no luck. So we gave Avis a try , and we did everything from our phone and paid for it on the phone. Since we were staying three blocks from Avis downtown location we decided to walk there but we were bombarded by a quick huge rain storm! We were soaking wet and couldnt find the place. So we found the and we came in soaking wet and they did a great job of getting us in and out. Great service with a professional and caring attitude from the employees. On Nov 18 I picked up a midsized vehicle from the Avis in Courtland. The service was 5 stars however upon driving the vehicle the wheel started to shake when you approach a speed of 40mph or more. I immediately called the Courtland location and the instructed me to return vehicle. They upgraded and placed me in a Ford Escape. I was truly satisfied with my weekly rental so I called in to extended for an additional week. The young lady stated my weekly rate would remain $352.00 plus a one time fee of $10 for extension fee, total $362. I agreeded. In the mist of my extension Gregory called from Courtland informing me that its a recall on the current vehicle. I returned car on Dec 3rd & was charged $410.69 for the extended week when I was informed $362! This is the 2nd time Avis has over charged me and mislead prices, Im so over Avis overall!

Was given a useless Uber rental car that registration expired within 2 weeks of me having the rental and they had no other inventory available. Was promised a prorated credit for the time I could not Uber with the car which was a month but every time I go to the branch the manager is out and whenever I call I’m out on hold. Never again. Considering that its a holiday weekend in Atlanta, I thought the process went smoothly. I booked the night before, of course. Never expect a spur of the moment booking to be at the rental place in less than half a day or more. I gathered that others didnt have the sane experience from the complaints I heard as they exited. Heres a tip for any rental car situation. The longer u wait and the more frustrated others become, be that much kinder and appreciative of what the guy behind the counter is going thru. You will make them feel better and Ive twice gotten free upgrades 😉.

Horrible. i got someone to rent a vehicle from here 2 days ago and i was supposed to be added driver on there. when i first got into the car before leaving i told the manager that the maintenance light is on and tire light was on too and he ignored it and said it wasnt a big deal. now its 2 days later ive had to keep putting air in the tires the whole time i had the car. i took the car back there this morning and the little gay boy that works there act like he didnt want to be there and had a attitude and said they didnt have anymore cars so i had to go to the airport. long story short i get to the airport and they tell me they cant give me another car because the car wasnt in my name NOR was i a added driver,. so they took my keys and car and just basically closed my contract and left me stranded at the airport. the boy that works at courtland location should be fired becuase he knew that i wasnt supposed to drive off the lot without even being added and this whole time i never even knew my name wasnt on there. the customer service at courtland is horrible, my car wasnt cleaned correctly and not sanitized. i will NEVER rent from there again

The staff were very friendly and professional and ensured that customer were in CDC guidelines with wearing mask and social distance. Also Mario deodorizer the car again due to my allergies. The young lady who assisted me ( I apologize for not remembering her name)was very upbeat and professional. Will definitely return to this location again.
