I love this office! Between Nicole, Robin and Anna, they are all wonderful agents. This office is filled with professional women who are always a pleasure when handling my policies. Nicole was even able to get me and some of my college peers approved for a student credit card so we could pay for our books! I didnt even know State Farm had a bank. I am now in the process of refinancing my new car through State Farms bank! Give Nicole a call! You wont be sorry!

Been with Nicole Williams state farm since January 2017. Called them before recently before getting my new car to check how much my new car premium would be. I was quoted by Robin for $130, which I was comfortable with. I bought the car the same day and called them to add it to my policy and boom the premium is $180 and the reasoning is that when she put it in the system it came back different than before. I go ahead and add the car anyways. Later, I sell my old car and keep my new one only and also reduce my coverage for the new car. Robin tells me that my new premium is $80 then she calls me later saying its $100 as she forgot to remove the multi-car discount I had. Two months later my premium goes up to $145 because the multi-car discount was removed (which has been removed for two months now) and that my zip code changed!. I got quote $66 at progressive for the same coverage vs $145 at state farm. Overall, very unprofessional and whenever I ask to speak to Nicole she is never there!

Recently Nicole Williams visited my place of employment to offer her insurance services to our clients. Very soon after, I had a customer that needed insurance and I caller her. She personally picked up the phone (that was nice)...I could tell she was somewhere crowded...Nicole explained she was at a restaurant. Not for a moment did she make me feel like an interruption. She got out her laptop and wrote the policy. My customer was so impressed (as was I). This went so well, I have referred others to her and they have all received the same great level of professionalism and service. I recently decided to switch all of my personal insurance needs to her...Auto and home. Not only did she save me money, Nicole has turned out to be the best insurance agent I have ever had. Just like Thomas Kwok. Communication issue.I do not normally leave negative reviews as I believe everyone deserves a chance. The Office Manager, Robin Carter, has no customer service skill and should return to training where it teaches to listen to customers and how to win them! I have current in good standing auto and homeowners policies with State Farm through this agent. I am now in the process of closing on another house and need a homeowner insurance.So here’s how it starts.Using my StateFarm online access, I clicked the link to contact my agent due to the inability to add the current homeowners insurance to my accounts (I can only see auto insurances). Robin, instead of the agent, responded the next day (thanks and bravo for prompt response) with irrelevant answer. After explaining my intention explicitly on my reply even with the screenshot of how my account access looks and the policy number to add to my account online, she came back again with answer that I already have auto policy and getting a discount??? Hello!! I’m asking about how to add a policy!I then contacted the office via phone directly. I know that I may have raised my voice due to this frustration. Robin then said she couldn’t read my mind and she had to do all the research to figure out what happened. Isn’t doing research part of your job, lady?It turned out that I’m not listed in the policy and it only has my husband’s name. This has been an issue from time to time because I never changed my maiden name. She could at least explain in the second reply that the policy number I provided has someone’s name without revealing it. This will make a better flow of questions and answers.I am transferring to another agent or maybe to a completely another company. Too bad I cannot speak with the agent as Robin states “I’m the only person who can help you” and she is the only person who can relay the message for the agent.To Agent Nicole Williams:I understand you are busy; but I believe you should rethink about giving full control to the office manager to handle all businesses. I have been a satisfied customer since 2014 until now when I have to deal with Robin. I am concerned that there may be more unsatisfied customers out there and that you are losing their business. I have a new homeowner insurance quote from you for the house that I’m scheduled to close next month. I intended to activate this quote but must find another agent with cool, calm, and collected office staffs. I will eventually have to transfer the current policies (auto and the current homeowner) to this other location.
