I honestly don’t know where to begin. We have had NUMEROUS ISSUES since we started doing business with them that it’s almost comical they’re still open. If you have questions, you’re always being passed around and may not receive follow up calls for several days after (even if it’s about new business!!). There’s NO accountability for mistakes, which for my account they have made SEVERAL. I have addressed these issues personally with the staff on many occasions so that I wouldn’t have to write a review like this. When’s the last time you’ve heard of a customer giving concession to a business?! But when I saw this review pop into my email I couldn’t help myself because the level of service with them has been inexcusably poor.

Initial inquiry regarding insurance was kind of bumpy and misunderstanding from both parties. As we continued on with the in processing of multiple vehicles and home, it turned out into an impressively results. With continuous communications, I am very satisfied with the outcome. One in particular is Ms. Robins who I can honestly say that she’s a professional admin and so patient and no nonsense response by her. Overall, top notch service. ThanksI

Excellent service! From the moment I walked in to this office, I felt very welcomed by friendly employees. The service they provided was beyond my expectations. They also gave me a very good rate on my auto insurance. The rep I met with took the time to help me better understand coverages which is very important to me. One week ago, we switched our homeowners insurance policy over to Allstate via a phone solicitation from Isaiah Janey, an agent with Dorcelin Bazil Agency. Keep in mind, I normally dont entertain phone solicitations, but they called me within six weeks of my policy renewal, so I took a moment to listen, asked some questions, discussed it with my husband and agreed to switch 2 to 3 business days, later. We based our decision on comparable coverages, deductible amount ($1,000) and the ability to save money. After wed canceled the other policy, I received a phone call yesterday morning from one of their reps stating that everything went well with the survey of our home, but because we dont have our auto Insurance with them, we will have a $2,500 deductible, instead of the $1,000 that was originally quoted (in writing) and agreed upon. I advised her that we were misled and are very disappointed. This is a bait and switch tactic, and their way of attempting to make you insure your vehicles, even if youre not saving money. Hang-up if you receive any solicitations from this agency.Update:Isaiah Janey promised to send a gift card in the amount of $25, possibly more, after we switched.We still have not received it one month later.

Robin was extremely professional and excellent in making sure I got the products that best fit my needs. She was very thorough in explaining to me to how everything works. As I have always struggled to really understand car insurance polices . She was not pushy in getting me to go with a certain policy as most people in sales are and that’s what I liked most about my encounter with her .

If I could give zero stars I would. Please note, Ive had insurance in 3 states both renters/auto packaged and never had an experience like this. Ive spent so much time trying to get things straight, I feel like I should be compensated as a State Farm employee. It got to the point communication was so bad, I had to take time out of my Saturday along with a few times on lunch break to go in face to face (as this was the only way I could get answers and good communication).I move to Atlanta from Texas back in October 2016. Needed to find a StateFarm branch and this was closest location. When starting off all was great, my policy was transfered from another state. I requested a month to month auto-withdrawl as I didnt want to pay the lump sum at one time, they said that was no problem. I then asked what my roughly monthly payment would be and I couldnt get an answer as it was being transferred from another state. Which is understandable, I have no problem with that. The following month, I reached out in regards to being confused as I wasnt billed for my monthly payment. I reached out and they said I am upto date and not to worry, once the policy clears we will notify you. Another couple weeks went by and still never heard from anyone. I reached out again 5-7 times over the next couple months and didnt get any answers besides, youre up to date on payments dont worry. THEN IT ALL STARTS TO GO DOWN HILL.Finally, I went into the office for face to face interaction, and to get my proof of insurance cards (as I never received that and had to beg the agent Dorcelin multiple times before that ever happened). So anyways, when I went into the office, Dorcelin DIDNT even know my payment was billed incorrectly by a representative until I came in and brought issue to his attention. He told me on the spot, I owed a healthy amount because the rep billing my account messed up and he apologized.. But said I still had to pay the lump sum at once, even though I reached out 5-7 times asking for my policy to be billed monthly so I could avoid a large one lump payment.. As I made that very clear back when I moved to this branch. Long story short, I had to come back 2 weeks later as my policy continued to not be billed. I was in Dorcelins office for just shy of an hour and 25 min.He told me even though his representative made a mistake and set up incorrect billing, I still owe the lump sum upfront and theres nothing I can do to change it. What if I was a single parent or low income home and couldnt afford a blindsided payment of $XXXX a month state farm? Youre telling me you are ok with putting people in that situation off your own mistakes..? Doesnt seem like a fair or honest practice. Anyways after conversing longer, Dorcelin told me he would call billing one last time to see if we could split the payments up, as I didnt want to pay all in full.2 weeks ago:After giving him my payment information and agreeing on a split payment of half in July (on day I was in office) and other half in August and we are good to go. However, we changed my monthly billing day from 8th of each month to the 28th. I ASKED, SINCE WE HAD TROUBLE WITH COMMUNICATION IN THE PAST IF SOMEONE COULD GIVE ME A CALL ON THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY TO CONFIRM I WASNT GOING TO BE DOUBLE BILLED IN JULY since early July when I went in person, I paid my half balance. In writing, and face to face conversation, Dorcelin told me he would personally call Friday to confirm I wouldnt be double billed in July, and my next payment would August 28th. Friday came, and the call from Dorcelin never came. Then Saturday morning I recieved a billing noticed that my next bill would be JULY 28TH!I had to reach out today myself and figure out the situation. Dorcelin told me QUOTE: I am a business man and have 2000 clients, things come up sorry.Please let that sink in.. Insurance is only as good as the person who writes/services it.Save yourself a headache.
