Drew has been my agent for almost five years and him and his staff members have always provided exceptional service. When I first started my life policy and was unable to go into the office, one of the staff members came all the way to my job for me to sign my documents and educate me on my policy. Since then, I’ve had my cars, renters, car loan,and life policy with them and even had my family switch their insurance company to State Farm(with Drew as their agent). My company requires higher coverage than typical and so I am frequently subject to higher fees or unavailability of coverage. State farm was able to offer the coverage no problem at all for cheaper than what I was paying before at the two other major carriers. When I moved to the area and was shopping for auto insurance, this agency came through with the best offer and friendliest service (thanks Ashley!). I recently added homeowners insurance and got the help I needed to set it up and transition smoothly from a previous coverage. The staff here are really wonderful. I’ve personally worked with several of them, usually Inga. Everyone is super nice and patient and they are happy to take the time to understand your needs and work with you to meet them. I can’t say enough nice things about them. I have had an account with Drew for many years. I would never recommend him to anyone! He does not have his customers best interest nor is he responsive in emails or phone calls.I cancelled my policy back in April and went to his office to sign the proper documentation however I am still getting bills in the mail saying my policy is still active.In March my bank called me because there was a fraudulent charge on my account that my bank flagged. Apparently his office was attempting to withdraw from my account twice in the Month of March which prompted me to change insurance companies. Since then I have attempted to email, call and have physically gone to his office on 4 different occasions to resolve the matter and to disputes the charges all in which he was not there or unavailable.He is the epitome of corporate greed.
